Highly recommend sitting for Emily and Andy! Nadene is such a sweet, playful, and cuddly pup. I took her for walks on some beautiful trails through the redwoods right by the house and she was obedient and friendly with other dogs. In general she was a joy to take care of and fun to hang out with. Emily and Andy’s home was clean when I arrived, and I felt very welcome and comfortable. The backyard is an absolute dream! It’s surrounded by trees and backs onto a creek. With plenty of sitting areas and a jacuzzi, it’s so peaceful that you almost forget you’re in the city. Emily and Andy are very kind and responsive, and I would love to sit for them again in the future :)

Finn and Frankie are two very energetic dogs! Despite the challenge of them pulling on the lead during walks, the location near the water was delightful, and you are able to get Too Good To Go bags from the local pub which makes it very affordable. The home itself was clean and provided a comfortable environment for both the dogs and myself. Overall, it was a positive petsitting experience, and I would recommend it to others. The dogs' energy and Finn's need for frequent bathroom breaks were the only minor setbacks, but they were outweighed by the enjoyable location and cozy accommodations.
The pets were great and easy to care for. Fibi was very loving & was at my side when I was watching TV or reading. She tried to be a "lap" dog -- but my lap wasn't big enough for her! The cat was friendly and would let me hold her briefly; he cherishes his place in the window, surveying the outdoors. The chickens were low maintenance & graced me with a fresh egg during my stay. The location was close to my daughter's home, so visiting family was very convenient for me.
Anita was such a great host and made me feel right at home. She had a lovely, clean house. Olive is still a puppy so you have to keep a close eye on her so she doesn’t get into mischief :) Bowie and Frankie the cats were so sweet and let me cuddle and pet them when they knew me better. I would be happy to sit for Anita again. Very clear instructions and even let us use a gift card for the grocery store. Thank you again for everything!
