One of my favorite sits to date!! From the very first zoom call, I knew Linda and Paul would be the most wonderful, warm, and welcoming hosts, and my first impression was not wrong! I arrived to a wonderful home-cooked dinner, a welcoming gift, and two of the cutest, sweetest, most well-trained dogs I've had the pleasure of sitting for. Linda and Paul's home is in one of the most beautiful towns I've ever visited, with stunning views of the valley below, and every amenity you could possibly need. The downstairs bedroom is so comfortable and inviting, and the boys slept close by the bed every night (Vinny can sleep in his crate, but after one night of telling him "off" when he jumped up, he got the hint and just stayed on the dog bed every night after, so if you're a sensitive sleeper and prefer for dogs to sleep off the bed, you'll be fine!) Both boys are super affectionate and just have the most darling little personalities. Our off-leash walks down the carved out trails, up the dirt road, and through the beautiful meadows were my favorite part. Both boys were a little bit cheeky about coming to me when I called them, but I was never worried about them running off. They always came back eventually and wanted to stick close by me. All that to say, you shouldn't be worried about walking them off leash, they won't run away. I had the best week here and would absolutely jump at the opportunity to come back! Thank you to Linda and Paul for being the most generous, kind-hearted hosts, and thank you Vinny and Tino for being the bestest boys!!
