Cat Sitters in Sheldon, CA

We had agreed to this pet sit months prior to their arrival. It was a 6 week stay. Jenny and Drew arrived less than 12 hours prior to my departure. I picked them up at the airport and took them to lunch at a seaside restaurant. I was so surprised that Jenny had not even read the "home owners manual" that this website provides. I sent the information a good month prior to their arrival. They were not prepared in my opinion or took the house sit very seriously. Nevertheless I had confidence in their abilities after spending time with them. When we arrived at the home I introduced them to my 2 doggies and got them acquainted with the home and area.. Upon my return (6 weeks later) there was missing food in the freezer, missing towels, and some broken items. The dogs seemed very happy and content and Jenny would let me know from time to time that the pets were fine. All in all they were good but I was disappointed in their lack of preparedness and the missing and broken items. I spoke to Jenny prior to writing this review in order to understand what took place while I was away. I was not completely satisfied with her replies. Most importantly my home and dogs were safe and sound. So I'm satisfied.

Eric arrived to the house on time, sent updates proactively and left the house exactly as we left it. He even put the sheets and towels in the laundry without being asked before he left. Would be happy to have him sit for us again!

We were very happy with Steve and Susan's stay at our house caring for Indy. They sent us pictures and updates of Indy while they were caring for him. When we arrived home they had left the house cleaner than when we left. They were very reliable and punctual when meeting for their orientation. We would highly recommend Steve and Susan to anyone looking for a sitter.

Nicole, Dakota, Sawyer, JuJu and Lilly were great house guests!!! 5 stars!! Our dog Mack was well taken care of and we came back to a very clean house! Nicole and I texted before, during and after the housesit. Nicole sent pictures everyday and it reassured us our 4 legged baby was being loved. Thank you Nicole and family!!!! ❤️

This is the second time we have had Kiana (and Kam) stay at our home with the two cats. The cats immediately remembered them from five months ago and were relaxed in their presence. We came back to happy kitties and a clean house. What more can one ask? Kiana and Kam are fabulous!

Vanessa did a great job. She was organized, tidy, and took great care of our dogs. I would absolutely trust her to sit for us again.

I would give Jenny and Brandon even more stars if I could. This is their second time sitting for me and again, exceptional care! Sam had a lot of fun with them and they were great at taking him places and spending loads of time with him. The house was sparkling clean, sheets washed, and everything was in order. I highly recommend Jenny and Brandon for your next sit!

Karen was outstanding!!! Our dogs and cat where very well looked after even with the drama of not having a vet on island she really came through!!! She provided just the right amount of photos and up dates and our home was clean and tidy even after being gone 2 months!! Buz and Lizzy

Claire was truly amazing with our two pups! We even had some house issues that came up while we were gone and she was BEYOND helpful. I would recommend her to anyone, my dogs loved her and were sad once she was gone.

Laura was an excellent sitter. Bailey ended up having a cough and she too extra special care of him. She waited until we came home before she left and checked up on him after she left. A true dog lover. We would love to have her again anytime!

Everyone needs Brian in their life. Brian took the best care of Callie the cat and she can be a challenge in her twilight years! He loved her like she was his own. As well, Brian did the best tidy up ever, cleaning the bedding and towels before leaving and welcoming us home. He sent regular pictures and assured me that all was well while we were away enjoying a holiday with 'peace of mind' all thanks to Brian. You're a star Brian!!

Pam and Gary house and dog sat for us for 15 days, which gave us a fabulous holiday break. Right from the moment we Skyped each other I felt comfortable and then on meeting with them the day before we left any anxious feelings I had vanished. They are such lovely people and Winston (our dog) also related with them immediately. Whilst away Pam would keep in touch with how Winston was going - he is only 10 months old so a bit of a handful at times. However, Gary and Pam took great care of him. It was great to come home to a very tidy home, gardens watered and a very happy dog. Andrea & Dave
