Wow. How lucky we were to have found Reinhilde. Even though we felt from the start that we had made the right choice, all we can say now is that we couldn't have asked for better sitters. She was an amazing sitter for us together with her partner Michael, who joined her after a few days. They went above and beyond regarding the care of our senior pets and took exceedingly good care of our slightly demented, partly blind and 100% deaf little dog. As we couldn't meet up before the sit we needed to organise everything beforehand and I quickly learned that Reinhilde is not only highly organised, but also very flexible and able to deal with things in a calm, efficient manner. When we returned home both our cat & dog looked happy & healthy and we noticed that our dog was calm and had created a bond with Reinhilde. They had clearly been well looked after and additionally, Reinhilde had given our dog daily massages to help her with her arthritis. We also received regular updates and the videos and photos reflected that they were in good hands. Our home was spotless. It was almost as if they hadn't been there apart from the lovely chocolates they left behind for us. We would love to have them back to sit for us and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They gave us huge peace of mind and confidence. Dear Reinhilde & Michael, thank you so much for the outstanding, loving care you both provided for our precious pets. We wish you all the best!
