Gabriela and Beata were incredibly helpful while watching Houdini and Birdie. They kept the place very clean and were easy to talk to and ready to answer our questions. Had a bit of a scare with our cat Houdini getting out at one point, but he earned that name for a reason. Would happily have them watch our place and pets again!

Alexios & Varia were great; I felt my kitties were in safe, affectionate hands while I traveled out of the country and time zone. They sent me photos and reassuring updates. Alexios even gave me pointers on how to upgrade my home technology at reasonable price and some information I could add to my listing that would be helpful. Laura was absolutely fantastic. From the time we confirmed the visit, she was in touch making sure she understood how to best care for Jasper. Our home was pristine on our return and Jasper was a happy kitty. It was obvious he was Ioved while we were gone and Laura sent lots of pics. I highly recommend her if you need a conscientious, reliable, pet-loving sitter.

Anna was a wonderful pet sitter. She arrived early and was very interested in how things worked around here. She was very loving to our pets. She was great about keeping us posted about our elderly dog.

I can’t say enough about Anna and Kyle. They arrived right on time and instantly connected with the pups. They kept the house in tip top shape and even had their sheets washed when we returned. They are welcome in our home anytime!

Thoughtful, considerate, and clean sitters! Nicole and Maggie were the perfect sitters. We completely trusted our kitties and house in their competent hands. We traveled abroad, and they were flexible with messaging apps, took into account time zones, and let us know when they were home if we wanted anything checked. They obviously love animals and got to know the individual personalities of our boys. They even kept an extra look out and sent videos of one of the kitties who may have hurt himself before we left. They celebrated cat lap time and didn't neglect play. When we arrived home, sheets and towels had been washed, the house was sparkling clean, and even some kitchen amenities were restocked. It was wonderful to come home to our space just how we left it, and our kitties happy and healthy.

Cath took great care of our dog and 2 cats over several days. We could tell she really enjoyed playing with them. Very professional and a great communicator and kept the house clean. We hope to be able to have her sit our house again in the future, HIGHLY recommended!

This was Katy’s 2nd sit for me over the past few weeks and she’s now my go-to sitter in a Chicago when I have short trips. Highly recommend.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura and her family were wonderful sitters. She was very communicative and we could leave our Toby without even meeting her! She kept in contact the entire time we were away. The house was clean when we came home- despite the fact that she has 3-year-old twins and a 9-year-old! Toby was well cared for and happy when we arrived home.

Megan was a wonderful dog and house sitter. She was very communicative about her schedule and the status of my pups at all times. She even brought them a couple toys and I can tell they were loved and well taken care of while we were away. Megan is welcome back anytime!

Constance was a blessing from the skies! I cannot recommend her enough. Her communication was excellent from the beginning; she asked all the right questions. She took care of Marty with so much love and patience, taking him for long walks to his favorite places and sharing pictures and updates along the way. Marty absolutely loved her, and so did we! We had a last-minute incident with Marty just before the sit, and he needed a healing cream applied to his paw during the stay. Constance was okay with that and handled it with love and care, even though it wasn’t initially planned. She left the house even cleaner and tidier than we left it, and we would LOVE to have her stay with our boy again! Thank you Constance!!

Andre took perfect care of our furry friends. He sent photos every day, replied to any messages I sent (even before and after the sit) right away and left the house cleaner than I left it. I would highly recommend Andre.

Megan agreed to cat sit last minute on a holiday weekend. She was willing to do both a video call and an in-person visit before the sit, which made me feel really comfortable leaving my cat Moose in her care! She was self-sufficient during her stay but also sent cute photos and updates about Moose. Moose seemed happy when I got back and the litter box was nice and clean. Jessica is a gem and took exceptional care of our home and kitty. I feel *so* lucky to have found her. She’s very communicative, responsible, and self sufficient! We were completely out of touch for most of the trip and everything went really well. She even befriended our skittish cat. What’s more, she left our house in better shape than she found it. I can’t recommend Jessica enough, and would be delighted to have her back.

Meg was a dream pet sitter for my three year old labradoodle. She gave him nice long walks and was very organized, communicative and tidy. I look forward to another opportunity to have Meg in my home!

We highly recommend Sophia for pet & house sitting. She took excellent care of Pyro while we were away, sending regular updates and pictures to keep us informed. David was a wonderful sitter! He took great care of our two dogs. An energetic young dog needing long walks and a senior needing lots of meditative walks and sniffing time. The house was left in great condition and communication was easy.

The house was kept in immaculate condition, and they treated it with the utmost respect as if it was their own. Moreover, Tracey demonstrated remarkable responsibility and initiative when our AC system unexpectedly broke down. Without hesitation, she arranged for an HVAC company to come and fix the issue, taking time from her day to ensure our home was taken care of. Her willingness to front the repair costs until I could reimburse her was an act of kindness and trust that you rarely see. Tracey and her children's thoughtfulness and thoroughness provided me with peace of mind during my time away, which is priceless. I returned to a home that was just as I left it, if not better. Their stay was characterized by an extraordinary level of care and I was particularly impressed by how they left the house in perfect condition, with happy pets to welcome me back. I wholeheartedly recommend Tracey to any future hosts. Her reliability, compassion, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with grace are commendable.
