We are so glad that we found Leah for our recent pet sit for our cat Loki. Leah was prompt with all of my messages and texts right from the beginning which goes on to show that she is very good with timely communication. Something that we always look for from a pet sitter. We had an early morning flight and Leah came to our place a day prior and was at our place on the time that we requested for which goes on to show that she was kind enough to be flexible and accommodating to our requests. Leah asked a lot of great questions upon arrival again a plus. She updated us regularly with photos of Loki and also took care of our outdoor plants. She also made sure to let us know what time she was leaving the day we were coming back and made sure Loki was fed before leaving. Upon arrival we noticed our house was clean and tidy. Our cat Loki looked healthy and happy. Lastly, she was super kind enough to give some very helpful tips on sleep training my toddler (even without asking). Overall Leah is a very lovely and kind person and a really good pet sitter. We would highly recommend her.
What a lovely dog Belle is! Very playful and very loving once she gets used to your voice and your calmness. She is very smart and well trained. Krista and Sugey have a lovely home situated in a quiet subdivision on the west end of town. There are many amenities within a very short drive, and the beach is approximately 20 minutes away, with lots to do and see. I am looking forward to my next sit with them.
I had a fantastic sit at Elspeth's house, which was peaceful, and in a stunning location. Elspeth gave me everything I needed and the handover was straightforward. Sid the dog is friendly and well behaved, and great on walks - joining me for some adventures in the south downs! It was lovely having his company. I had a few nice cuddles with Oscar the cat every day. It was a great place to work, cook and relax, and I had the most wonderful stay. It was a pleasure, and I would happily pet sit for Elspeth again anytime!
We really loved to stay here. We love both dogs an miss them already. They are very well trained and will listen to you. Loki is a very sensitive dog. He will adapt very well to your habits. He loves to be outside, when he is allowed to. He is very easy. Missy loves to be around with you and is satisfied with that. When you throw her ball now and then, you’ll be her hero. In summary, they are very easy to take care of. The house is very remote. But we knew that before and Ward gives awesome instructions. We never had such a great welcome guide before. With that it’s very easy to maintain the facilities of the house. We enjoyed every moment in the villa. The view is stunning. And you will have a lot of space. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and the awesome selection of spices as well as the TV and comfy living room and terrace. They also let us harvest an almond tree. (It was voluntary and we didn’t had to do it, but we wanted). What an experience. Loved it.
I had a great time sitting Frodo and Sam! Farbods place was in a great location, and the pups were amazing. I would highly recommend this sit to anyone looking to explore san Francisco, and hang out with some adorable doodles!

This was our first time ever having to board our dogs so I was super anxious. When I dropped them off on Wednesday afternoon, they assured me that they would let me know if they had questions or anything. You can even text them and because I’m an absolute basket case I texted them and they promptly responded with updates that I wanted. One of my dogs is very high strung and weird around people and when I picked them up this afternoon, the employee told me that she sat in their kennel with them and he loved on her which tells me a LOT about his experience there. The staff is always so kind and very responsive whether it be by phone or even by text. My dog is usually scared to go into any office or building but here he runs in excited to play. Grooming is reasonable for the area and they do a great job on my doodle
We LOVE Kelsey’s Groomers! Our Bichon always looks fluffy and beautiful! He gets so excited to see Kelsey and her team! Our Maltese is always cut perfectly and they’re always happy to see everyone. Which is important. They don’t shake or get afraid to go there. I know I can rest assure they’re in good, kind, loving, caring hands. 🐶🐶🐶♥️
Everyone at Kelsey's was so wonderfully kind & you can tell they truly love the animals. Very organized & answered all my questions. Excellent communication through email as well. Kelsey's has been grooming my dog for many years. They aways do a superb and wonderful job! My dog always looks so beautiful! The staff are very kind, pleasant and nice. Definitely highly recommend!!!
I have a white terrier mix who is afraid of EVERYONE, except the ladies (and gents) at Kelsey's. Piper has stayed overnight for boarding and goes in for grooming every 8-10 weeks.
Best groomer ever! Our three girls were SO dirty and they came out better than I’ve ever seen them! Kelsey’s team worked their magic and our girls were so happy when they got home. They were super gentle with our old lady, who is a 15 year old malamute. I can’t rave enough about how professional, prompt and talented the team is at Kelsey’s. Everyone here has been very nice and easy to talk to. Pricing is reasonable. If I had one complaint, it would be the hours. 8-5:30 makes it tough for a lot of people. Not everyone works a 9-5 in Minden
If I could leave negative I would. I left my dog with Kelsey for less than two days. She left him alone, and he was killed by another dog. So yeah. I would not leave my dog there if I were you. If anything does happen to you pet in her care, she will tell “how do you think I feel?” Because that’s what she did to me and my family when we tried to talk to her about the situation. Reminder: my dog was killed in her care and she yelled at us about how her feelings. That is who you’re dealing with here.

Laura was the first pet sitter I've used for my beloved cat. I was gone for just over two weeks, and Laura visited as promised and posted pictures of my kitty on her web page so I knew all was well. Laura came over prior to my need for her services, and I showed her around the house and explained where everything was. I also explained my kitty's routine. She doesn't charge for the home visit prior to using her services. Once services begin, her charges are reasonable and she does an excellent job with food and water dishes, as well as litter boxes. She is committed to keeping in touch with owners while they are away. I felt comfortable having Laura take care of my cat, and I have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
We have used Laura many times. She sits for our 3 cats and 2 horses. She texts me to let me know everyone is ok which I love. I trust her in my home and with my animals. My house, even though clean when I leave, looks even cleaner when I get home which means she is meticulous cleaning up the litter boxes and cats' food items. I feel completely comfortable that she can do whatever my horses need. She is mature and her availability is perfect for us. I just can't say enough good things about her. Thank you, Laura!!!!
I hired Safe at Home when I had a professional conference to attend. Jen came by mid day to let the dogs out. I have three dogs, two of which are easy. My little poodle is another story. He is blind, wobbly and cranky. Jen was able to pick him up and carry him outside with zero drama. I am very happy with this service and will not hesitate to use them again.

I cannot say enough about Stacy and her staff! My dog started going to Howliday inn as a pup and he absolutely loved going there for day care. Every time I picked him up he was happy and asleep before we reached our front door. As an older dog he would periodically be kenneled at Howliday inn. The staff was sure to always send me pictures and updates on his stay while I was away. When I picked him up he always seemed well cared for and never anxious to get home. The facility is fun, friendly and extremely clean. I would recommend Stacy, her staff and the Howliday Inn to everyone with a dog!
Would 100% recommend Howliday to anyone needing boarding services. My dog Mash can get a little nervous around a lot of other dogs, especially bigger ones so boarding him is always a little worrisome for me. With Stacy, I had nothing to worry about at all. Without even asking, she sent me daily photos of my boy smiling and having a great time. I knew he was in good hands! I could tell she cared about his safety and well being. Thank you Stacy and team! Just wanted to say THANK YOU to Stacy and the entire team at the Holliday Inn Pet Resort. We initially planned on boarding our dog locally as the place we were staying in Walker, CA didn’t allow large dogs. This would have meant boarding him from Friday mid day until Thursday morning at a minimum, even though we’d only be in Walker from Sunday to Wednesday. Doing some research, we found the Howliday Inn, and the reviews were great and it seemed like we should check it out. Having planned a “pre-run” about 5 weeks before, we asked if we could get a schedule a visit, and Stacy set it up for us to meet with Hanna. We had Huey with us and he was pretty exhausted as it had been a long drive from Victorville, CA to Gardnerville, NV. He was ready to stay then, but we still needed to get vaccine records and paperwork sorted. But we got a tour and confirmed it was better than the online pictures. 5 weeks later we dropped off Huey with Hanna, and once we got to our destination, logged into their website and checked out the video feed. He was already out with his new friend Hanna and the other large dogs. We checked in a few minutes on Monday and Tuesday and we could see him getting more comfortable and less anxious about being there and looking like he was doing great. Each day we also got a few pictures and texts from Stacy that he was doing good. On pickup day we got stuck in traffic and called saying we might be late but we were still on time before noon to 2p naps for the pups. When we arrived Huey was panting and a little damp, because they had already gotten pools out, but remembered that he liked running through sprinklers, so they had set some up, and he was getting the other dogs to run through the sprinklers with him. Which was really great, because he slept most of the ride to Victorville, which allowed us to get home much faster than the previous trips in either direction. Thanks Again, Michael, Lisa & Huey
If my dog could talk .. he'd say he had a great two days ..this is a clean facility....with a stimulating environment for your dog...the personnel are friendly and professional.... I'm happy with my experience and my dog was happy and well cared for and safe...all that I could ask for while I was out of town!!
We are so happy with Stacy at Howliday inn! We can’t just take a 3 pound dog any random place and hope she stays safe! It’s just how it goes with a tiny dog! She cares for her as if she is her own. I have an extensive background sending my precious dog Naga here. Plus i’ve had a tour of the facilities. I am routinely sent photographs of the staff CREATING activities for naga to be sensory and intellectually stimulated- but overall it’s just fantastic care. They have plenty of room, bedroom suites to themselves if you choose that, and every staff member knows every dogs name. stacy the owner is above and beyond. everyone cares for the pets. also, dogs can’t lie! my bulldog is thrilled with her body language every time she enters that place. for the worried- send your pet here!!!
My pup & I LOVE this place. I use the daycare and the boarding and my pup is ALWAYS happy & tired! The play yards are nice and maintained. The doggies are not left alone. The staff is AMAZING and they fully love their clients (both human and doggie)! The facility is clean and well cared for. GREAT place!!!
Between being available for questions, being greeted by the owner, Stacy, who remembered our and our dogs' names, and the quality and quantity of employees present, we can confidently say we were able to relax and enjoy a vacation without our dogs. Howliday stands out as the best of the best boarding facilities we've used. They are advocates for the safety of each dog in their care, and have a good human to dog to yard ratio. It's about the care for your dogs above all else! As someone with experience in the pet watching industry, l highly recommend this business. They are so kind and involved, send awesome photos of the pups multiple times a day, and really clean! When the time comes, I will choose Howliday again.

I love bringing our Corgi here when we fly out of town. We started coming here when our first dog was still a puppy so naturally we were pretty nervous about leaving her with someone for a week. Let me tell you that after meeting the owner, Stacy, and seeing the facility, we had no worries. Stacy sends us updates and pictures of our little pup playing and having a great time with all of the other dogs. They really make it so you never have to worry about how you’re dog is doing so you can have peace of mind whenever you leave your dog there. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

This is the face my dog makes when we pull into the parking lot at Camp Bow Wow. I love the fact that when we leave town we can still keep an eye on Zeus through the cameras on their app. Everyone there is a pleasure to deal with and I feel at ease leaving my boy there.
My pup had his interview at CBW and passed with flying Colors.. it was a surprise that we could leave him there for a few hours.. which we did! And I could track him through the yard cams and he was having great fun making new friends! The care and love he got from the pup lovers there, was amazing! The facility is setup so well.. and happy employees, taking great care of the pups! Definitely going to be back soon! Don’t remember names of all the girls handling the show there, but definitely Ray and Hayley!
Camp Bow Wow is a great place for dogs to socialize and camp (board). I really love the screening process before they accepted my dog. And exam, which is a screening process is free - that right there is a great business model, because it brings me a peace of mind that my dog is happily and safely socializing with other dogs.
We have been coming here for a few months now and our dogs Shamous and Yeardley love it! The staff is so nice and they really care about the animals. I love getting pictures of the enrichment sessions and being able to watch them on the cameras! Definitely the best doggy day care in Reno!
The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I know my pup is well taken care of and gets so excited as we walk up to Camp Bow Wow. Scheduling is super easy on the app and I love that there are cameras so we can see how much fun he's having playing with ll the other dogs. Couldn't be happier!!
Well we took our dogs here today and unfortunately we will not be back. It was their first time so we watched the cameras to see how they were doing. My dogs were there from 9:45 - 10:30. As we watched the cameras we noticed not once was their human interaction with our pups. The girls in the yard just walked circles in their pj's. My smaller dog which is a frenchy approached her multiple times and nothing. No acknowledgement at all. We noticed another small dog trying to mount her multiple times and no one paid attention. We noticed our baby going to the window multiple times and she seemed to be acting weird. So we decided to go get them. Even they brought our frenchy out she was overheated gasping for air and it sounded like she was having an asthma attack. The second we walked out the front door she puked. We immediately gave her water which she drank immediately like she hasn't had any water. We got her in the car immediately with the air blowing on her and eventually she was ok. Or other pup also had foam all around her mouth and was thirsty as well. They originally wanted us to leave or pups for 3 hours. I honestly feel like if we had she would've been dead or at the vet. Just an hr there was bad enough. I do not recommend.
I LOVE Camp Bow Wow! The animals are treated so well and you can tell they are loved. The indoor and outdoor play areas are a great feature. Being open weekends is just the icing on the cake.

Brought our sweet but very timid dog, Coco, to camp bow wow so that he could socialize with other dogs and get the play he needs while we do our thing and he LOVED it! I’m constantly nervous about him so the cameras to watch him are always super nice! When we picked him up he was tired and seemed very happy. I’m not sure her name, but the lady who checked us in when we dropped him off was super sweet!
