I cannot be more positive and grateful for Masha’s care both of Zach, our dog, and our home. As with most owners of older dogs, we have been reluctant to leave Zach under the care of anyone other than family members. Masha along with Ian were so positive, friendly, and easy to communicate with that both Chris and I were comfortable in leaving Zach in our home under their care. This was our first experience with Trustedhousesutters and they, Masha and Ian, far exceeded our hopes for a successful experience. All went extremely well, we came back to a home neater than we left, and a dog who was extremely well taken care of. I cannot say enough positive things about our experiences with Masha and Ian. The bonus was their adorable baby, Charlie. As an indication of how wonderful this young family is, I wish they were neighbors.
Don't hesitate to have this wonderful human and her trusty lil side-kick in your home. She was thoughtful, responsible, communicative, agreeable and had a lovely, calming energy. She adored Cooper and I felt like he was in great hands.
Nanny Ashley is amazing! She took care of our munchkins and always would send us little pics because she knew we were missing them. She took our Ella out on hiking adventures, and even to rooftop restaurants, and car rides! She treated Ella like the little princess and gave her all the treats and snuggles, and made sure our shy boy Charlie felt lots of love and attention too! So grateful to have had Nanny Ashley!!
