From the moment we arrived Susanne and her family made us feel right at home! We had our own seperate house which was really comfortable and the main family home is where we cooked and ate which was lovely also! The animals were a joy to look after and our kids just loved taking care of all the different animals. There was alot to learn but Susanne was a great teacher and before we knew it we were in a routine and got the hang of everything quickly. This was one of our best house sits yet and we would be delighted to sit for them again in the future - highly recommended!
I had a wonderful time in Munich with Found! Communication with Anita was easy and quick. The flat is cosy, comfortable and very well located so that everything Munich has to offer is close by! The neighbourhood is also very nice. And the most important thing: Found! She is a very lively and sweet cat. Despite her 19 years, she is still very fit. She loves to be petted and likes to be brushed. She also enjoyed keeping me company on the balcony. Found trusts strangers very quickly and is very easy to care for. The flat is cosy, comfortable and very well located so that everything Munich has to offer is close by! The neighbourhood is also very nice. Anita is very organised and has everything well prepared for the sit. Thank you for the great stay!
It was a joy to spend time with Tiny Toes! This was a dream sit. Tiny is one of the most loving and affectionate cats I’ve encountered. I loved waking up to Tiny’s gentle massages, having her curl up next to me on the couch, and being greeted by her purr when I returned home. Being brushed and playing with her bird on a stick were some of Tiny’s favorite activities. Alyson was a pleasure to communicate with. I instantly felt welcomed by her presence. I also valued Alyson’s comprehensive welcome guide and the tips that she offered during the sit. Alyson’s place is amazing. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the in-apartment gym area was both impressive and helpful. The plants and earthy aesthetic made Alyson’s place a respite from the concrete of the city. The apartment is conveniently located within an easy walk to several grocery stores and about a 15-20 min walk or a short bus ride to the Forest Hills stop on the subway. The F can get you into Manhattan in just 4 express stops. I highly recommend this sit and hope I get a chance to spend time with Tiny again!
Enjoyed our 6 days sitting for Charlie & Frankie. Mishka & Ciaran were terrific to work with up to, during & thru the end of our stay. Charlie was very active and walks with him were enjoyable & provided plenty of exercise for us and him. He seemed to become more relaxed as our sit progressed. Frankie was a frequent visitor during the day as she prefers the outside since the weather was good. Our accommodations were very nice and we had all we needed regarding facilities. The surrounding area provided all manner of restaurants, shops & services. All were easily within walking distance.
Well, first I have to tell you about Stella - she has quite the personality! She talked to me immediately upon my arrival and let me pick her up and love on her right away. Madison, took a couple days to warm up to me, she is also a sweet girl, but is a little hesitant to let you cuddle her. As soon as I started petting her she started purring like crazy - that just fills your heart! Lucy has the funniest meow I have ever heard, and she finally decided I was okay once she realized I was opening the can of food! All three of the kitties were just as sweet as can be, and just had to accept me on their terms - I mean, they are cats right? Sue's home is adorable and the back yard is so relaxing! I ate lunch out there, while Stella supervised me, and tried to nab some of my meal! I was able to set up my computer and work from Sue's house so that the kitties could go out at their whim and I could still get my work done. Since I was local, I did not need to spend the night; however, Sue had everything set up for an overnight sitter...fresh sheets...coffee...whatever you could need! I look forward to helping Sue out again in the future, her communication and helpfulness was above par and I know that she was only a text/phone call away if I needed anything.
Great first pet sitter experience. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Michael and Julia were very nice and accommodating. Their home was absolutely gorgeous and I loved their dogs. Lily was a grand old dame and Mila and Olive were well behaved and walked great on leash. I would definitely sit for them again. 2 thumbs up.

Jayne looked after my dog whilst I was away on holiday and sent me regular pupdates of her on walks in the local park and playing in the garden. A very professional service! Craig and his family looked after our two dogs for the weekend. They provided excellent care in a safe and secure environment. Our two dogs are not used to boarding but they settled immediately. The team go the extra mile to ensure your pet and their owners are given five star treatment. Plenty of photos and updates to put your mind at rest. Our pets certainly made themselves at home. I have just got back from a weeks holiday this was the first time we had put my dogs in somewhere when we went away so i was very anxious about them but i found Dotties and craig was brilliant he really put our minds at rest before we went and while we was away sending photo and videos of my dogs settling in and relaxing with craig and his family i would definitely recommend and be will be using again thank you for taking such good care of my doggos for me while i was away .

We reached out to Craig at dotties pet care and he stated that he did not take dogs that are not neutered, which is understandable. Craig then got back in touch pretty much straight away and stated that there was someone else available who boards dogs on his behalf when they are unavailable/fully booked. That’s when we were put in touch with sue. Sue stated that she could look after our Bobby last minute and she was so lovely and her communication was fab. Bobby enjoyed his time with sue and came back all tired out, as he had been on lots of walkies with sue. I don’t think he wanted to come home haha. We would recommend sue to anybody and we can tell Bobby has been well looked after and enjoyed his time there. Will definitely be using again. Thank you sue. Craig assessed my puppy for a couple if hours. He wasnt phased by his boisterous behaviour. He was relaxed and had an obvious passion for dogs I felt totally relaxed and confident that my puppy would be well cared for. He sent me photos of my puppy to put my mind at rest. I recently reached out to Craig at Dotties. We were all set to go on a family holiday when our home boarder let us down. Five weeks before flying and we had no one to look after our charming, clever furry cockapoo friend. Craig empathised and did everything to accommodate the family dog. I found the interaction with Craig very warm, confident and caring. He and his family are lovely people who go beyond a home boarding service. They looked after our dog with such love and introduced him to new friends. Our dog even showed Craig that he had a trick or two to share with his new doggy friends. One trick shared was his ability to reach for and open living room doors and then to invite his pals upstairs. Craig, was light hearted about this canine trick. We really appreciated receiving the text messages from Craig, while we were on holiday to say the furry friend was doing well and enjoying his time with other dogs. A truly wonderful family, doing more and more for the animal world. Their love for animals is incredible; this is more than a service, it is the ultimate place for dogs to be cared for - it’s Dottie’s place. Thank you for being amazing people.

We have been looking for a Doggy Day Care for our black lab for a while due to our previous one going on maternity and others just being a let down... Dottie and the family have made up for that lost time for our black lab. We met within such a short space of time of messaging and were accomidated so quickly, the fact we met the family and Dottie (and Freddie) just made us see how much they adore the dogs they care for and we started him straight away. My dog absolutely adores them all and recognises Dotties name of a morning when I say "should we go and see Dottie!?" Me and my partner couldn't be happier with the care Cole receives, his relationship with Dottie was meant to be! I also LOVE the pictures and videos I get sent, they make my day! Would recommend to absolutely anyone :-) Thanks for all you've done so far and what you will continue to do, we appreciate it!
Our German pointer has just had a wonderful overnight stay at Claire's. He was dropped of early in the day as requested by Claire so she could get to know him and do fun things together. We picked him up the next day and he was happily playing in the garden with other dogs who were staying. We could tell he had been well looked after and came home very tired with all the fun he'd been having! Claire is a real dog lover and we would happily have Claire look after Barney again.
We were recommended Claire from a friend. We were hesitant to leave her as our Greyhound is a rescue and suffers from separation anxiety. However, Claire was fabulous with her. She loved her stay and we are now very confident that she will be spoilt rotten whenever she visits. Thank you Claire x

Memphis had a lovely time with Claire for 2 weeks while we where away. It only takes seconds to see the Claire loves dogs and takes good care of them. When we where away we knew Memphis was in a home making doggy friends playing with them and Claire rather than being in a pen in kennels.
Jodie, my Doberman, has just spent 3 weeks with Claire while we have been on holiday. Claire kept us updated with pictures & videos all the time we where away & Jodie came back happy. Jodie will definitely be staying with Claire in future.

We went on holiday and had We Love Pets look after our 2 cats and our 4 rescue hens!! They sent Sarah who was perfect. Sadly one of our hens, who had been poorly before we left, passed away. She’d fought hard to survive, but she was too tired in the end. Sarah gave me the news straight away. Very hard for her, but she was so caring and considerate. Throughout the week she sent photos and videos and daily updates. The most amazing service!! We came home to this… a photo of the lady we lost, a lovely plaque and handwritten card xxx this is a priceless service, that went above and beyond. I highly recommend this service if you’re going away and don’t want your pets to be uprooted and upset!!! 10/10 priceless service!! Thank you xx
We use “we love pets” to do puppy visits to our gorgeous Hugo. The ladies are amazing - they all visited beforehand to meet him and now come whenever we need them. Hugo loves them all and loves to play with them. We get great photos (thank you Elkie and Carol) and can tell he is safe and enjoying himself. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Hugo would give 6* if he could!
We had a wonderful experience. Mandy really took great care of our cocker spaniel and introduced him to lots of play buddies. Everyday we received updates from his walks out and Oakley really missed his holiday fun when he came home. Thanks again, for the care and attention you gave our four legged pal ❤️
Our little boy has the time of his life with the ladies at we love pets. He has been going with them now for over a year. He had problems with other dogs while out but now loves his little gang and loves his walks with them. They have a reslly good understanding of what your dog needs to enjoy the walk and take care and are very patient. They always collect him on time and leave him back at the house with fresh water and a treat. He is always happy to go with them. While we are away he stays with our mother and he is collected from there with no worries and they are always happy to change arrangements to fit in with us and what's best for the dogs they care for. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for dog walking services.
We love pets, helped me out with an urgent 2 night boarding. Meeting Mandy for the first time in her home, I instantly felt her warmth towards me and Chester, it was certainly home from home for him , her understanding of his needs and dedication shown, with updates of text and videos during his stay was so reassuring, I will definitely use the services offered by we love pets again
We love Pets Chorley, are absolutely incredible they have been so accommodating to us and we couldn’t be more than thankful. Elkie has been walking our dog since he was a puppy and she has bonded so well with him and knows actually how to handle our boy especially when he is one of his crazy puppy moods. Elkie initially started with the 1-1 puppy call around but has now moved on to have a big boy walk where Elkie takes him for an hour and we couldn’t be so lucky it’s with another Hungarian Vizsla and they’ve become the best of friends and we love it when we’re both at work and they send through all the videos and pictures that day. Ted has the absolute time of his life when out walking with Elkie or any other member of the team! His recall and relationship with other dogs has improved no end. I know I can call on Caroline at short notice and our needs are always met. Ted is often out longer than the time I have paid for and is always dropped off clean & dry, which for a mud magnet takes some doing! I have 100% confidence in the whole team and would recommend them without hesitation.
We have had such positive experiences with our two girls, Mandy is very attentive on her visits and sends us ample photos and videos of them, taking the time to play their favourite games. Our cats are very lucky to have someone so wonderful check in on them when we have to go away!

She is amazing with Kobi, he adores her and it completely puts my mind at rest knowing she's not only taking care of Kobi but also trusted with our house key. Katie is a doggy guardain angel. I don't think I'd trust Max with anyone else. Max adores her and all his new buddies he's made at daycare. I love the fact we get daily updates with a raft of photos of the dogs daily activities and updates. He comes back knackered every time after a day full of fun and adventures. He's been with Katie from being a young pup and I credit her for helping him being so socialbe and playful with other dogs. Definitely the best decision we made contacting Katie for daycare.
We had other dog walkers and doggy daycare for our dog before we found Katie and she is 100% the best dog walker we have ever had. Our dog, Ruby can be quite anxious but Katie has such a natural empathy and understanding of dogs that she really gives her confidence and reassures her. Ruby absolutely loves Katie and is so happy when she hears her van outside. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katie to any dog owner. She takes the time to get to know each and every dog in her care and treats them as her own.

I have complete trust in Katie, she truly cares and has the well-being of each animal she cares for at heart. This cannot be said of all pet sitters. My cats have been happy and content in her care and they haven’t been stressed when we have been away on holiday. I cannot recommend Katie enough .

I have 4 dogs and have used Katie’s pet care a couple of times for over night stays while I’ve been away. Brilliant service , sends photos and video updates if wanted. Good price and have booked again. Highly recommended!
I wasn't going to leave a review but as I have now tried to find a new day care / dog sitter who wouldn't take us as we had "fallen out" with Katie I feel like people should know we don't allow her to look after our dog anymore .. (my partner cannot do this review as she has been blocked from the page.) Katie came for our dog in the morning he was the first pickup , I went with her to the van (normally she would collect him from inside the building ) She placed my dog in a cage that had faeces in ... I don't know why but I didn't say anything as I was shocked , I thought about it all day and in the evening I asked her , she got quite aggressive and said it was not faeces and that it was sick !!!!! ... This is just as bad it carries just as many germs .. Either way it was not acceptable and rather than just calming the situation argued with me .I am not unreasonable and understand that maybe she was running late (which sadly was another problem we found on a regular basis) or had missed the cage and would have accepted that as a reason as we are only human and can make mistakes .. but no she argued .. so even though our little dog enjoyed his time out I cannot send him there anymore as I do not agree that my dog should lie in sick or faeces and that I should be answered back to after looking after my dogs best interests . This did happen a few months ago and as I said I wasn't going to write a review. However, having tried to find a new sitter, who before I told them my dogs name...already knew it, and that we had dealt with Katie before and also knew we had had issues with Katie. So I now feel like we have been talked/gossiped about on a group chat that all the local dog sitters are on (that another sitters has told us about). So due to the lack of hygiene in Katie's van and the fact we have been blacklisted , we are the ones who suffer as we cant use any local people. God knows what has been said about us .

What a great place for your dog. Our Monty is well looked after and stimulated. They have lots of love and attention. Cardboard mayhem and visits from Santa paws. Plus treats and other doggy fun. What a great way to ensure your pup stays safe and socialised.
My dog has been going for a few months and loves going. The staff are amazing, they play loads of activities with the dogs from training to finding treats. I love the fact you get a little weekly report of what they have been up to and how they have been. They also post so many pictures on social media so you can see what your dog has been up to that day. Couldn't recommend canine companions enough to everyone with dogs.
Fun place for all breeds of dogs. Natural foods available for dogs. Also a walk in small refreshments area too.
Such a fab place to take your dog all staff are super friendly , and great ro go and stay for an hour on saturday or drop off for half a day saturday or even during the week when you at work to drop them off there to play with other dogs and staff , highly recommend
All my doggies love it here. We get out of the car and they head straight to the door. On coming home the two springers in particular are tired out with playing. Alison and all the rest of the staff are lovely with us as well as with the dogs. Trudy them implicitly. 😊 …

My two dogs absolutely love Kathryn (and all the rest of the It's a Dog's Life family) and they get so excited to see her when it's walk time. I know that my girls are in very safe hands and that they'll have fun going to different places each day, which we can see through the photos posted on Facebook. The care they get is fantastic and is especially reassuring if we leave them to go on holiday. Our only issue is that they never want to come home!
Kathryn and co give us (Alfie my cockapoo and I) a wonderful, caring, professional and super friendly service. Alfie is so happy with his walks and all the gang he gets to hang out with, and to chase around the many varied beautiful countryside walks with. Kathryn always tries hard to accommodate my often random and last minute arrangements and I would be lost without her flexible and friendly help. Love the daily photo updates from the walks too, enabling me to see what fun Alfie had on his walk whilst I was at work. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!
We cannot rate It's a Dog's life Chorley enough! We had Dean walking Milo for a year while we lived in the area, he was absolutely fantastic! We could see how excited Milo was when Dean came to pick him up! We loved seeing the photo's of the walks - he always got big walks in lots of different places. We could tell how much Dean love's the dogs, and loves doing what he does. We'll be so sad to move away- he's such a good dog walker!! Thank you Dean!
Kathryn and Dean are the nicest people and they treat each and every dog in their care as though they were their own. Our little dog loves her walks with them and her sleepovers too. A total home from home, couldn't ask for more.

Thank you to Julia, Poppy and family for looking after Freddie,( our senior, but acts like a teenager, almost 11 year old budgie!) I would highly recommend Upholland pets, we used them to look after our two guinea pigs whilst we were on holiday. Our pigs are quite shy but they settled in really well and we received regular updates. It was very easy to contact Julia and she answered any queries promptly. We will definitely use them again for future holidays.

Upholland pets came to my rescue when i unexpectedly rescued a bunny, Meg. There was no hesitation when i asked if she could go for a holiday there whilst we was on ours and Julia communicated with me well beforehand. Whilst away i was getting regular updates and photos which was nice to see and they introduced Meg to some new tastes from their home grown herb garden. It seems she was better looked after on her holidays more than we were on ours! I struggled to collect Meg as planned due to jet lag, and again, it was no trouble for Meg to stay an extra night, especially at last minute. Was lovely to see Meg had stolen all their hearts and that they didn't want to hand her back! :-) Will certainly be using Upholland Pets whenever we need to in the future, knowing Meg is in excellent hands! Julia is fantastic with Sam our Senegal parrot. She sends pictures and updates regularly during his stay to keep us at ease if we are away. Absolutely faultless service, and very friendly too. 5 stars without a doubt!
Really big thanks to Julia and family for looking after our Chinchillas. Treated very well and kept in a lovely environment while we were gone. Chinchillas have come home relaxed and have enjoyed their holiday. First choice for future stays
Julia and her family returned to me a very happy budgie who is also a little fatter. On pick up his cage was clean and seed pots topped up. Through out his stay I was sent updates, photos and emails. Fully expected him to tweet the theme to Peppa Pig. I can throughly recommend Upholland Pets - small animal boarding whole heartedly and certainly will use their services again.

We have been using We Love Pets Bolton for a couple of years now to look after our two boys when we go on holidays. Although we miss them terribly, we know that they are in really good hands with the dog boarders, and we get regular daily updates and photos. Our boys love going there and get plenty of attention and lots of walks. Very happy that we are able to relax in the knowledge that our boys are being well looked after and are very happy and loved.
We have recently used We Love Pets Bolton and honestly can not recommend enough. I have never left our 2 year old Lab for longer than a couple of days and he has always been left with family, I was so anxious when we booked to attend a family wedding abroad which ment being away for 15 days but as soon as I got in contact with We Love Pets Bolton and then took our dog to meet his boarder mum I instantly knew he was in good hands. I received multiple pictures and updates daily and he has had a absolutely wonderful time and been well looked after. I will definitely be using We Love Pets Bolton again and be confident and comfortable leaving my boy in such good hands.
Julie who runs we love pets Bolton had our Bichon Frisé’ candy and Ollie over the weekend of 9th - 11th July. As a family we would highly recommended anyone using this service, as our dogs were settled and well looked after. We were given updates on how our dogs were and this was a really nice touch. I cannot rate the services of WE LOVE PETS BOLTON highly enough. From the first enquiry, Julie quickly calmed my nerves about leaving our 8 month old puppy in dog boarding with Christine. We went for a meet and greet to familiarise our puppy with the house and we give plenty of time to ask any questions to Julie and Christine. While our puppy was staying with Christine, we received regular picture and video updates along with messages about what he had been up to. The care and attention he was given was second to none, everything was done to make the transition to a new temporary home as smooth as possible. He was so comfortable there, he seemed reluctant to come home!! I cannot recommend their services enough - just fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate for a second in using this service again.
I used we love pets to visit my much loved elderly cat . On each visit I received photos and an update. They took patience with her and cleaned up after her . I have already recommended them to my family and friends and would do to anyone

Julie has been fantastic from the initial enquiry. We were so worried about leaving our.little dog for the first time. The best care for our 8 week old puppy, who is now 6 months old. Not sure what I would do without We Love Pets and the team that look after our baby. We both work full time so we have 2 visits everyday and pup is so well looked after. Cannot recommend them enough and don't see how we would have been able to look after him in the same way by ourselves. Michael is currently training him to do basic commands, and he is doing so well with this and it is helping to educate us along the way. Thank you so much for all your help and support <3
Our puppy always has the best time here. He runs from the car all the way to the door each week, you can tell he is well looked after. Lots of picture updates, and comes home worn out from a good days play!
I cannot recommend doodles to highly. Run by wonderful, dedicated staff who love the dogs that attend. My dog is nervous and reactive and they have worked absolute wonders with her x
