Lucy and Bart are wonderful, down-to-earth people with an unparalleled welcoming energy. Their beautiful home is tucked peacefully away in one of the best corners of Maine’s coast, yet only a 10-minute drive to lovely coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. Though Lucy made sure to be detailed in her Welcome Guide, she also left written instructions and a calendar with on-sit reminders. She was easy to reach when I had questions. Mr. Bond was my favorite part about this sit. He spent the majority of my stay beside me or in my lap purring. Though his appearance may suggest otherwise, he is no mystery. He is a simple cat who craves human affection(especially in the form of fur brushes) and many Greenies. He will always let you know if you haven’t given him enough attention or fresh air. Most often, he will sit contentedly in whichever room you are. 10/10, would sit again! 😊
It was a pleasure to take care of Leroy and Aggie while Kerrie and Alan were on holiday. Aggie is a really cute and affectionate cat. She likes cuddling and will lay on your warm legs in the evening. Leroy is such a gentle dog. He always enjoys going for a walk even though he is not the youngest anymore. He loves to get pat and enjoys your company very much. The communication with Kerri and Alan was easy and nice. We kept in touch during the sit and they always replied when we sent updates. The house is just beautiful. The location is great and you can take a short walk to Bondi Beach or Bondi Junction shopping mall, where you find supermarkets. We can highly recommend sitting Leroy and Aggie. Thanks for the opportunity, we really enjoyed our time there!
We loved to take care of Millie 🤍 She is definitely the cuttest puppy, she behaved very well and we really enjoyed our time at Susan’s beautiful house. Our experience was very pleasant, without a doubt.
Poncho and I enjoyed an extended week of walks and play, and a bit of quiet time when I attempted to stay on top of my inbox. Tess’ cottage is very calm and perfectly situated for enjoying the nature of Grantchester or heading into Cambridge. Grantchester was “home” for my family for several years, being close by to friends was a true added bonus. Poncho is a charming pup (he knows it!)
Uzma and Billy are wonderfully communicative, accommodating and their place is great! Comfy, clean, city views. The building and so many amenities that make the stay here a real treat. Sona is soooo sweet and docile. She seriously loves fetch and is extremely well trained. She is not a hard dog to care for, but she’s a very hard dog to leave! I would highly reccomend this sit.
From first communication with Clare, to arriving at her lovely home and meeting her 3 adorable dogs, Minnow, Muddler and Wiggy, this house sit was a complete pleasure throughout. Communication could not have been easier, the house is peaceful and comfortable, in a beautiful setting and best of all plenty of safe space for the dogs to play outside. They loved playing and fetching their balls, and were well behaved when I took them for walks. If you are lucky enough to get a chance to sit at Clare’s place you will have a wonderful stay.
