On first meeting Jennifer we knew she would look after our boy Lupin very well , she’s a very caring loving person who absolutely loves animals and Lupin took to her straight away which made us feel very confident that he would be happy in her care . Jennifer had kept up his grooming routine ( being a bearded collie he needs regular grooming) while away she sent us regular updates including pictures which we very much appreciated and it was very reassuring. Communication was very good before hand and during our sit . On our return the house was spotless and Lupin was very happy. It’s was also lovely to meet Tiny Jennifer’s companion she is the most adorable little dog who is as good as gold and was great company for Lupin I would not hesitate to recommend her . Taylor, Joanne and Robbie were outstanding in every way: clear and friendly communications, great affinity for and attention to our dogs, proactive and highly capable housesitters. When I returned, the dogs were fat and happy and the house immaculate. Top level sitters and great people!

Incredible sitter - came last minute and dealt incredibly well with an unusual stay where the last sitter had to leave in an emergency without cleaning the home - they cleaned everything up, documented the home, and made our cat feel right at home - thank you so much for such a great stay!

I loved having Kate here at my house and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a pet sitter. She came for a visit the day before I left on my trip. We had a great visit and Kitty and I had a chance to get to know her. I could see that they bonded right away. While I was away, Kate send pictures and even a video of Kitty playing with her new toy (she actually gave her two new toys). Kate also took care of watering my deck and porch plants, and did many other household details that I hadn't even thought about. She must have noticed that I collected owls, because she left me a lovely card, with an owl, painted by a local artist, that I plan on framing. This was totally unexpected and thoughtful. Yes, I would definitely recommend her.

Excellent in all areas of home and pet care. I could not have asked for a more wonderful person to be here in my home. Robert was professional, showing an interest in what my needs were for my pets in terms of feeding, sleeping, and being let out to relieve themselves. Additionally, all home instructions were followed 100%, for which I was extremely grateful for. Robert's communication with me daily let me know how the Pups were doing, and sent along questions about their care if necessary. One of my pup's Sheba, is a food vaccum, and did eat food with one of my Pups medications, Robert was worried whether the medication would adversly affect Sheba. It did not affect her - with her iron constitution. Robert sent photos of the pups daily. Sheets and towels that Robert used were washed and in the dryer, trash was taken out, dishwasher run. The security and confidence that I had in Robert was immediate. He was a pleasure to have here. Due to my frequent ski travel, I have used several sitters, most were not at the level of total care that Robert exhibited. For me this is very important. Robert is excellent, he is a person that you want to be caring for your animals and home. Thank you Robert! Papi and Sheba send a Woof for thanks too.

Shelagh and Chris took great care of our active dog, Spark, while we were away for 5 days. They very kindly arrived the evening before our getaway to enable us to leave early the following morning, and had travelled a considerable distance for this housesit for which we are very grateful. They connected right away with Spark, showed obvious knowledge of dog care and genuine caring. Our home was looked after and left clean and tidy, and we highly recommend them to other pet owners. Paul took excellent care of my two cats and my home. He showed the utmost flexibility when I wasn’t there to meet him on arrival, due to an unforeseen change in my travel schedule. In the end, we didn’t get to meet at all. This situation was disconcerting at first to me, but I needn’t have worried, as Paul is really reliable. He left my place, as he found it and again took excellent care (even my plants got watered!).

Esmeralda was a pleasure to have at the house. Poop, our kitty, was well taken care of and happy when we returned from our trip. She was responsive and sent us nice pictures of our fur-baby to let us know that she was enjoying their time together. Thank you for your stay and for taking such good care of our baby!

Laura stepped in for us on short notice after another house sitter broke their agreement and cancelled a few days before our departure. She had provided excellent care before for us, and was excellent again! Our cat was incredibly happy and lets Laura rub his belly (we can't!), and she took care of the house immaculately. She also stayed in touch with us just the right amount to ease our mind without being intrusive while we were on our trip. She is a careful, problem-solving, generous, kind, and capable person and I have no fears ever in recommending her to anyone. We are so grateful to her for her care and kindness in helping us out in this case and doing such a professional job. She is a highly professional and compassionate individual.
