Samantha and Austin are a conscientious, reliable, responsible and caring couple. They had looked over our welcome pack before arriving, and they took in all other information we gave them. They sat and watched our Jan Fennel dog training DVD the first evening and followed everything we'd asked them to do. We had just the right number of super photos, and we could tell our girls were having a great holiday. A week later, we came home to very relaxed and happy dogs, and to a nice clean house. They had even contacted us to ask if we needed any provisions. Our gold standard of knowing if our dogs have been really well looked after is if they seem a little lost and sad the first twenty four hours after our sitters have left, and this was the case. I would highly recommend them, they are very conscientious in their duties, polite and well, just a lovely couple. Don't hesitate to give your home and fury friends in to their gentle care.
When I interviewed Suzanne via zoom I was impressed by her eagerness and kindness. I immediately felt at ease with her. She is respectful and sincere and genuinely loves dogs/pets.
