Don’t think twice. If ever the opportunity to sit for Judy and Andrew comes along you’ll be guaranteed a fabulous time. They are such warm, fun, friendly and generous people. Their home is absolutely lovely and then there is the small matter of Oscar. He has a beautiful temperament, is impeccably behaved and low maintenance. A real joy to be with. Andrew picked us up at the start of the sit and dropped us off at the end. On our first night Judy made us a lovely dinner and we were made to feel totally at home. Oscar loves playing ball in the garden but is in heaven on off-the-lead walks in the nearby woods. He races around but never goes far and always comes straight back if called. When Judy and Andrew returned home they brought us a lovely gift and we stayed one more night to have another lovely evening with them. All in all it was as good an experience as you could ever hope for on TH. Thanks so much, Judy, Andrew and Oscar.
We had a wonderful time looking after Finley! He is the most gorgeous dog and we felt we bonded with him in a short space of time. He has a kind and generous nature and, at three, needs to be nurtured still, but is well on the way to becoming a mature and confident dog. We went for long walks on the coast path which he just loved, and he was so well-behaved and enjoyable to be with. Perfect also in the car and loving every other dog he met. Thank you so much Julie and Rob, for making us feel really welcome in your beautiful, warm and comfortable home which had everything we could have asked for. Julie provided great notes and we also met before the sit so we were well-briefed and able to relax quickly and completely and just play with and cuddle Finley to our hearts content. The area is great and everyone we met was really friendly. Totally recommend this sit and other sitters, please look after Fin as you would your own most precious person.
Rhubarb and Crumble are truly as sweet as their name suggests, and might be two of the most conversational and chirrupy felines you could ever meet. Michaela’s glorious home in the serene Montebello region is a haven that I found really hard to leave – I am longing to return. Michaela herself was very warm, accommodating and very easy to liaise and communicate with. If you get a chance to stay (if you beat me to the chance of again) I would wholeheartedly recommend. The kitties and the home will make as much as a mark on you as beautiful Oslo shall.
Bodhi was a very sweet cat, super cuddly and friendly. The apartment was clean and nice, had everything you needed to feel comfortable, lots of natural light and a view of the city. Chelsea was very communicative and responsive, she provided all the information I needed during my stay. Overall it was a great sit!
The house was beautiful and whimsical full of plants and a lovely garden outside. I ended up only taking care of Giggles who was shy and came out at night to play with my jacket. Giggle was adorable. Donyale’s communication was terrific and she was very accessible. Thank you and looking forward to sitting again if chance be. ❤️
