This was really a lovely stay. Kelsey and Jared have a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood in Seattle's Phinney Ridge neighborhood. There are many tree lined streets, and there is a park just a couple of blocks away which made for great places to walk their dogs Clover and Phinney. Both are happy dogs and a joy to be with. The cats were also pretty chill. TJ is really affectionate, and it was easy to feed him his pills, even though it was only my second time doing it. And despite being warned that Aspen was not particularly open to touch, he did allow a gentle brushing as he walked passed, especially near meal time. I had my own space in the finished basement which was a great place to escape the 2 warmer days I was there. They also have a nice back yard for relaxing. I only wish it could have been longer! Kelsey and Jared were very communicative, and provided me with all the information needed. Definitely a nice couple and nice pets to work with.
Amazing experience! Anastasia and Yurii are lovely people! They welcomed us very well and made us feel at home since the first moment, with delicious food cooked by Chef Yurii. They are kind, have a beautiful heart and are great companies. Jeeves and Wooster are the most affectionate and friendly cats we have ever met. Since the first day, they came to our lap. They are calm, easy going, affectionate and are very cute with their short paws. We fell in love with this breed 💜 We had delightful days during our stay and we are already missing them. We defenitely would love to have another opportunity to look after them. The house is also wonderful. It has all the equipment you can imagine in the kitchen, swimming pool, bright and airy rooms, incredible views, big and confortable bed, a lot of games... we felt like we were in a 5-star hotel! Anastasia and Yurii, thank you very much for the opportunity! It was a big pleasure to spend time with your babies. We hope to see you soon.
La comunicación con Ingrid fue fácil desde el principio y siempre contestó amablemente a mis preguntas. Su piso en Ferney-Voltaire está muy bien ubicado: al lado de la parada de autobús para ir a Ginebra. El viaje hasta la estación principal de tren de Ginebra, Cornavin, son 25 minutos, y es como hacer un tour porque ya vas viendo los edificios de Naciones Unidas etc. En llegar al aeropuerto se tarda un poco menos (el ticket son unos 4 euros). Ginebra es una ciudad muy bonita (su casco antiguo, el lago...) y Ferney-Voltaire también tiene cosas de interés como su mercado de los sábados (espectacular) o la mansión donde vivió Voltaire los últimos 20 años de su vida (merece la pena verla por dentro: la entrada cuesta 8 euros). Por no hablar de las pastelerÃas/panaderÃas francesas. La que recomendó Ingrid que está enfrente del edificio de Correos tiene unos croissants increÃbles (¡todo lo que venden está buenÃsimo!). Durante mi estancia en casa de Ingrid estuve trabajando mucho y la compañÃa de Kafka, su gato, fue genial. Kafka tiene una personalidad única. He cuidado de muchos gatos, pero él es un gato muy, muy especial. Me dio mucha pena despedirme de él.
Jackie and Malcolm's home is absolutely stunning and the location is fantastic, only 5mins from the coast and the pretty village of Dunbar. Their friendliness and hospitality was fantastic and a good example of what Trustedhousitters is all about. We had a wonderful time looking after Maisie and Betty (the cutest pets ever) and would definetely recommend this sit to anyone interested.
What can we say about Sandy other than that she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful? Her home is small, but fully adequate & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, relaxing, & overlooking the canal. You won't find more lovable and friendlier dogs than Pete and Wendy. Plus, the location is approx. halfway between Biloxi & New Orleans, both close enough to enjoy. It was a very enjoyable house sit and we'd love to come back.
We had a lovely time with Zinny and Dinkey! They're incredibly sweet dogs who have a lot of love to give. Jessica & Mike were very communicative and had a lovely place!
