She encountered some serious unanticipated separation anxiety with my pet, an illness, and two household breakdowns including plumbing and electrical. It was so overwhelming from afar, I can't imagine how she handled it all at once in person in a strange environment. She communicated calmly and consistently with me and was willing to go above and beyond troubleshooting the myriad intersecting crises unfolding on the home front. She was tidy and thoughtfully left the house in better shape than she found it. It was a difficult two weeks and I would not hestitate to welcome her back again. She unequivocally earned my trust and my respect.
Mary is so wonderful, we were able to enjoy ourselves on vacation knowing we had such a CAT person who really loves them like we do!! And she sent us updates and went above and beyond to care for our cat children!! Who all have different personalities and she was great with each of them. We arrived home to happy kitties! Thank you Mary for being the best!!!
Bella and Toby are amazing. I wish I could say the same about Barbara, I wanted to believe the best, but from the early stages I had red flags, including the night we arrived we were told how she got another sitter kicked off trusted housesitters for ruining items in the house and killing plants. Little did I know we would be accused of the same thing. We watched and cared and doted over Bella and Toby on over 110 degrees for a little under 2 months and asked to keep a/c at 78 and just use fans everywhere (which we did) and were met with nothing but accusations and criticism in return.
