Amira & Brian set me up for success by providing wonderful instructions, as well as anticipating potential needs. They know their babies so well, which really showed as my sit went without a hitch! Communication was timely & responsive. The accommodations were exceptional: guest room with closet & dresser; bathroom with updated features; well-stocked kitchen; TV with streaming services; guest pass for street parking, which was always available; laundry access, if needed. A truly rewarding THS opportunity, anyone would be lucky if selected to care for Penny & Bandit!
I really enjoyed my stay at Grace's. Sydney is the sweetest cat in the world, cute and affectionate. The apartment is large and beautiful in a very nice part of Paris with the marché Mouffetard just down the street and very central , so it's easy to go anywhere. I didn't meet Grace in person, but we skyper and she answered very quickly to any questions and everything was well organized before I arrived. I'd be happy to take care at Sydney again anytime and I'll warmly recommend it to anyone.
A wonderful sit in every way! Doris and Maybel are absolute sweethearts; playful and affectionate Hungarian Vizslas who will completely steal your heart! We thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks up the hills and down to the river and both girls are obedient, fun loving and energetic. The chickens and guinea fowl are easy to look after and we also enjoyed watching the tiny birds visit the bird feeder. The home and surrounding landscape are simply gorgeous and provide everything you need for a comfortable memorable stay. We loved our nights by the fire, cooking fresh bread and tortilla in the Aga and the chickens provided plenty of eggs for breakfast every morning. Odile is a very kind and generous and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The instructions were clear and detailed and if we had any questions, Mark the caretaker was on hand to help us out or Odile was just a message away. A simply unforgettable stay. We already miss the girls and hope to return one day.
I enjoyed my weekend stay at Erica's. Jenny is a total love and a very easy cat to care for. Erica left the house spotless for me and was a ready communicator, ready to answer any questions I had. She took the time to fill out the Welcome Guide, which was a big help. My accommodations were comfortable and bright. The home is located near some historic sites and natural areas as well as an amazing garden center and winter farmers market. I would happily sit for Erica again.
I had a delightful time sitting for Beatriz and Werner They are super nice and very hospitable I had an amazing time the place is very quiet and peaceful.I used the bike in transportation which was very convenient Ivo and Dina were well behaved .The cat was very gentle asking for pets whenever she had a chance Ivo is 2 years old and full of energy,he wants to play all the time and was following me around everywhere I go This was a perfect opportunity for me to relax and charge my batteries
We had a great time petsitting in Portsmouth. Lyra is such a cutie, she’s very curious and easy to take care of. She loves playtime and is very energetic. Susanna communicated everything very clearly beforehand and was always available for questions and updates during the sit. The location was amazing, the bus stop is just around the corner, which takes you to the city center and beach very quickly (but it’s also walkable), and massive grocery stores are also only a 10 min walk away. Thanks for letting us take care of Lyra and stay in Southern England!

She cuts my Chinese Crested Powderpuffs beautifully. Top notch, worth every penny.
Barbara, Pauline and all the sitters I've had are amazing. I am ashamed I haven't written this review earlier. We have been using them for a few years now and I always rest easy knowing my fur babies are in good hands. They make sure they have emergency plans in place for all our critters and take such detailed notes. They have watched my cats and turtle. My cats are sheltered pandemic babies who have met very few people and are skittish. I am always amazed that they get at least one of the cats to come out and play! Also, great communication and updates. Highly recommend!!

Friendly well educated staff. Maggie is very anxious but I feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. They do such an amazing job. We have been coming here for a year now and I will never go anywhere else. My mom and a few of my neighbors now bring their dogs here too and all love them. Highly recommend.
Wonderful groomer - easy to get an appointment, incredibly friendly staff, very reasonable prices. These people clearly love animals! They see very understanding with dogs who need a little extra care (anxiety, illness, etc). At other facilities you feel like you are an imposition, but not here! Definitely the best local groomer.
Today was our first visit and we were so impressed. Our little lady Gracie who is 17 and needs extra tlc and patience certainly received it there and then some. I highly recommend them. When we picked her up which was an amazing thing in itself as it was all done in an hour and she looked and smelled great but she was not stressed at all. Was actually happy and so comfortable. I also thought it was very affordable too.
I am a brand new customer with a sometimes difficult, older little dog. Very finicky as well. I was in need of a new groomer and my vet recommended Companion Pet Sitting. I have found them extremely caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with an out of the ordinary dog, who by the way looks absolutely amazing! If you're someone who needs a new groomer, I can highly recommend them! Wish I had known of them sooner!

I have an old man cat who complains incessantly and demands walks. Sitters from Companion Pet sitting have been so kind with him on their visits. They are very accommodating and it's a great deal when you book them for longer visits.
This is by far the best place, not only do they LOVE the dogs, but love the dog parents too! My parents found Woof through Jim who has groomed my parents dogs for years. I got my own little girly and she now not only sees Jim, but LOVES playcare! My 8 pound menace has come out of her shell, is getting trained, and did a better job at boarding while I got married than her mom did! Special shoutout to Jim, Maria, Valdita, & Makayla!! I wish I read the recent reviews. They need training in customer service. The person I talked to over the phone was condescending and this should not be tolerated by any customers. That is not how you treat customers even if they get upset with certain circumstances especially rescheduling last minute. Instead of apologizing, she felt the need to be righteous and tell me all grooming places do this. This is my dog's third appointment. I told her thats incorrect and she kept talking over me. Definitely she needs to consider training in customer services. I am happy to look elsewhere. There are better grooming place than this. Run away if you want reliability and pleasant services.

I have been taking my Goldendoodle Jewel here for 5 years now for her grooming, day care, and occasional boarding. I wouldn't take my dog to any other day care. The staff here are outstanding and they do a great job caring for pets. I drive to Woof from Lancaster just so my dog can go to a daycare center that truly takes the best care of pets! If you’re looking for reliable service DONT go here for grooming. I have been taking my dog here for about a year and a half to see groomer Morgan and have struggled to obtain reliable service. Appointments are cancelled either day of or day before always for some other excuse. This year alone (2023) she and the company followed through with 1 scheduled appointment on time. I will reiterate - if you need reliable service, do NOT make an appointment here. In perspective, if I book an appointment once a month and so far this year most of them have been canceled or rescheduled, it makes you question what appointments she will show up for.
Our dog Poncho loves going hiking with Chrissy and Kylee! We live in an apartment, so I wasn't sure how difficult it would be for them to pick him up, but they didn't have any issues with it. They send the CUTEST pictures and videos while they're out and about. We have also boarded with Chrissy. It was such a relief to find a daycare that does more than just leave the dogs crammed in a room. Finding Tails N Trails has been such a relief and Poncho clearly loves going.
Tails n' Trails Worcester is the best! Our dog Levi gets so excited when he puts his gear on and see's Chrissy or Maddy's car with all his friends. Off leash hikes are the perfect exercise to get his energy out and socialize with other dogs. Chrissy & Maddy are super flexible & the best when it comes to communicating and sending updates - they take such great pictures and videos. We've also utilized the overnight boarding and we feel so great knowing that Levi is being treated like one of their own. Could not recommend them enough!

Tails N' Trails, and specifically Christine, is so wonderful! My husband and I adopted a puppy Fall 2020 and needed help with dog walking about 2 days a week. Christine was very reassuring with any concerns we initially had about leaving our little guy. We did a meet and greet and I knew right away that we could trust Christine. Mello(our puppy) LOVES Christine and we know that he is in very good hands. I can tell that Christine treats Mello as if he was his own pup! We always get prompt and detailed updates when he arrives and leaves as well as cute photos. We would highly recommend Tails N' Trails to anyone wanting the best care for their pet!
I’ve been using Tails n’ Trails constantly since July and they are just the absolute best. Chrissy is so professional and takes the dogs on the most exciting adventures! And I’m convinced one of my dogs loves Maddie Pupka more than he loves me! 🤣 I love the pictures and commentary they share and, most importantly, I know my dogs are safe in their care! My crazy beagle Romeo comes home exhausted and happy every time he gets to go with them! Couldn’t recommend them more!
My 10 month old puppy loves her time walking, hiking, exploring and meeting lots of other dogs with Maddy. What a great service this has been for our puppy who was very afraid of other dogs. Our pup is now socialized, well exercised and happy. So glad we found this group who obviously love what they do!
We started training our dog Neptune with David about two months ago. He is clearly passionate about what he does and the animals he works with. He’s been very patient with Neptune and shown his skill not only in dog handling but teaching us as well. We really couldn’t have asked for a better trainer. So far the entire experience with Tails and Trails has been great. Very professional and most importantly, great communication. We’re looking forward to Neptune gaining the confidence he needs to go on some off leash group walks!

Chrissy is one of the best dog walkers I have worked with and I wish I could rank this business higher than a 5. As an owner of a German Shepard, I was nervous about getting him set up with a dog walker who might not know how to handle them. Tails n' trails has been one of the best things to happen to him as Chrissy is so gifted with handling him and she genuinely cares about all the dogs that are in her care. She also made it very easy of me with logistical things like timing and her communication is impeccable so you truly have nothing to worry about and you can ensure that your pet is safe and well taken care of. She has truly been such an amazing person to work with and both me and my dog are very happy!
Chrissy is by far the best person to have take your pups for a hike. i’ve gone with many hiking companions, but i never felt a good vibe like i do with chrissy. she is patient with each dog, and understands what each one needs. she sends updates, and pictures throughout the hike. if your looking for someone you can trust with your “kids” def reach out to chrissy
I have used PAWS for two years for my 2 year old Golden Retriever and absolutely love them. They are very responsive when I call for scheduling. Their dog sitters/walkers are trustworthy and wonderful. Millie always has a great time. I have referred them to a few friends as well and they have had a great experience.

Our regular walker, Heather, is amazing with our Siberian husky and yellow lab- we get pictures and updates each walk and the dogs absolutely adore her. We've been using Golden Paw for weekly dog walking for a while now and we're very happy with them. Our dog is so excited every time they arrive to pick him up - his whole body wags with his tail! Any time I've needed to reach out to reschedule, cancel, or just ask questions, Golden Paw staff are extremely responsive and caring. One week, our dog wasn't feeling well and I let them know he may be slow or reluctant to walk. They replied to me that day to report back on his walk and ALSO replied to me (unprompted) the next time they walked him to report that he seemed to be doing better. They really go above and beyond and it shows how much they care about the dogs they work with. I can't recommend Golden Paw enough!
I needed my kitten picked up on short notice. The kitten was in Boston and I’m in Marlborough injured and unable to drive so I couldn’t pick up the cat. Golden Paw was able to get the kitten for me and I’m very happy with how they handled things. Everything was delivered right to my door in perfect shape and very quickly. Fernanda was very helpful and personable. I couldn’t thank her enough. I will be using this company for service again. If I could give another star I would.

Best experience! We have been sending our Lab to golden paw since he was a 4 month old puppy. He is now 6months and golden paw has taken such great care of him. We use the awesome pet taxi service to pick him up and drop off while we are at work. Everyone is so friendly and really love all the pups. We LOVE the posts on FB showing how much fun they are having at daycare. We could not be happier with our experience at Golden Paw😁
Hands down the best hidden gem of a doggy daycare, overnight boarding, and dog walking service in Central Massachusetts. I work in Marlborough and live in Westminster. It’s peace of mind to bring my dog who is an 11 month old Dutch shepherd to Golden paws where he gets so much exercise!! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to all breeds. I have referred two friends to Golden paws who also are very happy. I highly recommend Golden Paws! The best part is that they had a free trial to make sure it was a good fit before even spending any money….so why not give it a go? Sherman, my dog would love more friends!!
Millie has been with Golden Paws since 2021. I can not say enough goods this about Fernanda and Pam. They are by far the best at what they do. Millie goes to daycare and absolutely loves it, comes home and goes to bed. They dog sit when I am away and take such great care of her. By far the best !
I left my dog Bobby at Golden Paws for 3 weeks while I travelled overseas and I was extremely happy with the service they provided with a personal touch . Fernanda took the trouble of taking Bobbyto the vet when he had an issue with his eye and provided me with regular updates on how he was doing . I came home with a freshly bathed and groomed dog . I decided to take my dog for a full grooming at this location because of the excellent reviews here and it was the best decision I made. Fernanda was so nice and so accommodating. Everything is very manageable on their website. The groomer (I forgot her name now 😢) was a doll. Not only my dog looked so cute but she was very patient since it was his first time there and he is very anxious. Definitely returning and I already looked into boarding with them 😄

I typically refrain from sharing negative experiences, but I feel it's important to inform fellow pet parents about my recent situation. I began bringing my dog to Waggerz in July, while it was still under the original ownership of Sherry, who provided excellent care and attention to my dog and the other pets. We had no issues during this time. However, after a week-long closure in September, I learned that the facility was under new ownership and Sherry was no longer there. Shortly after, I received troubling reports about my dog licking the floor excessively, to the point of vomiting hair. I was never contacted during the day about this behavior, despite my dog showing no signs of distress at home. The staff suggested I take her to the vet, despite her having just undergone a comprehensive wellness exam in July, which showed no health issues. I believed her licking was more behavioral than medical, as she was content at home with interactive toys. Each time I picked her up, I was assured she was doing well, yet the morning staff often mentioned ongoing issues. After several weeks of this inconsistent communication, my dog developed an abscess on her foot, leading to a three-week recovery period. During this time, I proactively had her blood tested, and all results were normal. Doubts began to surface when I contacted Waggerz on October 21st to check on my remaining package days. I was informed of a “hair situation” regarding my dog allegedly pulling hair from other dogs' tails—something I had never been made aware of prior. This was concerning, especially since my dog had not been there in weeks and had always socialized well without such behavior. On October 22nd, I expressed my concerns about the lack of consistent communication to a staff member and requested daily updates. When I picked her up that day, I was told she had been great and hadn’t licked the floor at all. However, on October 24th, the story changed dramatically; I was informed that she had licked the floor so much that she threw up—something I found difficult to believe given her feeding schedule. Additionally, I was alarmed to witness her urinating in the lobby, which indicated to me that she may not have had proper bathroom access during the day (unfortunately, we’re not just talking about a dribble, we’re talking almost a minute long, back legs shaking from squatting so long kind of pee). This experience has raised serious concerns about the new management and their ability to provide adequate care. While I understand that transitions can be challenging, effective communication and attentiveness to the pets’ needs must be prioritized. Ultimately, I lost trust in their ability to care for my dog. We have since switched to a new daycare, and I am pleased to report that my dog is thriving without the issues she experienced at Waggerz.
We love this place! We send both our dogs to Waggerz for daycare and boarding. Waggerz staff is great, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We recently adopted a second dog, they were great with him (more so with me). They know their stuff about dogs. Our dogs come back exhausted from a day of exercise. They must wipe them down with puppy wipes, our guy always smells so good when he comes home, no kennel smell. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. They do grooming as well; great for us; we drop off for daycare and our guy comes back with his nails done. Great place for pups.

The best dog daycare in Worcester. My dog leaves tired and happy every day. I get to go home and relax with her, instead of spending the evening going on 3 walks in between her bouncing off the walls. You can tell the staff have a true love for dogs and what they do. If you're an animal person, these are your animal people.
Waggers is a great lounge for my little Rocky. He loves going there. Everyone is super sweet and so accommodating.
I have a couple of clients that bring thier dogs here for doggy day care the staff is always nice helpful and professional. They are also excellent with the dogs the dogs that I bring there are always excited to get there and when coming home happy and totally tired while coming home would definitely recommend bringing your pup here
I’m so glad we found Waggerz Lounge for our dog. The staff is great and very caring! We boarded Scarlett and she interacted with lots of dogs; the socialization with other dogs is great for her. They get lots of exercise because when she comes home she just wants to sleep. . It’s great knowing we can make last minute reservations for either day care or boarding along with feeling comfortable that she’s in good hands.
Our dog Sully loves going to waggerz. We have been going here for over 5 years for both daycare and boarding. The staff are great with all the dogs and I feel very comfortable leaving Sully both for the day and overnight if needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable doggy daycare! Great hours and prices!
Very friendly and caring staff. My dog loves it here, she can't wait to go in the mornings . Ive also left her with them on at least 3 occasions for a week, and every time I pick her up shes healthy and happy! This place allows me to relax on vacation as I dont need to worry about my dog. Staff is wonderful. They are like family, except nice!
I can't say enough about Waggerz' Lounge. Great spot for doggy daycare. Been coming here for 4 years now. My dog always gets all of her energy out and is asleep for 2 days afterwards. The staff is attentive, polite, and respectful. They're always updating records to making sure that all the dogs are up to date with their vaccinations. Great hours for early in the morning drop off and late afternoon pick-up. Boarding is easy to do, just have to call and reserve a spot. There are two pens: one for big dogs and one for smaller dogs. From what I can see, all the dogs have a great time playing with each other. I can't recommend Waggerz' enough.
I cannot say enough good things about our puppy’s stay with Michael. Nala was friends with him the very moment they met. She was excited to see him when I dropped her off for her stay. She had some of her favorite toys and treats to make her feel at home, but that would not have mattered. Michael took her for walks and sent us lots of pictures of the fun she was having while there. We were very comfortable leaving her there, and were also extremely pleased with how happy she was when we picked her up. I do believe Michael may be a puppy whisperer too though. She was difficult to walk on her leash before we left her, but she walks perfectly now. We will be booking Michael again in the future when we need to be away from home. We highly recommend him as your pup’s home away from home!
I highly recommend using Michael for your dog sitting needs. Michael watched our dog Toby for 4 days. On our first visit, Michael was very thorough in asking important questions on Toby's health, behaviors, likes and dislikes. Throughout Toby's stay, he kept us informed of his well being with texts and pictures. It was so nice to see Toby having such a wonderful time!! Michael was sure to take him for long walks and even practiced and reinforced basic commands with him! He made sure Toby had his favorite toys and cozy places to sleep. Michael has a lot of experience with dogs and is definitely a dog person. I was a little nervous doing something like this at first, but Michael quickly eased my nerves. He was very thoughtful in the questions he asked and he really went above and beyond getting to know and understand our dog Brewer. He took Brewer for long walks, gave him plenty of attention, and made his home comfortable for him. I highly recommend Michael for anyone in need of a dog sitter in the area, you won't be disappointed!
Michael and his fiancé were so wonderful! We had arranged for our dog Harper to stay with family while we were on vacation but something came up and we needed to find a new sitter asap. Michael was incredibly flexible and made us feel so comfortable. Harper came home happy and calm. He provided us with daily updates/photos and gave Harper her medication. I’m more than happy to recommend them!
Michael was wonderful from the start. We spoke on the phone before the drop-off and I immediately got a very positive and trustworthy vibe from him so I felt completely at ease about leaving our pooch with him. When I met them at their house, he and his girlfriend were warm, friendly, and instantly connected with our dog. They have a very clean, nice home, which is not always the case with dog sitters. Throughout the week-long stay, they sent photos, maintained communication with me and generally did a fantastic job. They were even super flexible about the pick-up day when we needed to extend it. I highlight recommend them!
Michael and his girlfriend took great care of Hazel!!!! I was nervous to leave Hazel and had never used Rover before. What a great find! They are very kind. Total dog people. They sent pictures of her throughout her weekend with them. They were diligent about finding out her eating schedule and preferences. Hazel came home calm and happy. Mike and his girlfriend Kate, were wonderful with my dog. She spent 2 nights, came home tired and happy! Mike was very easy to communicate with and sent plenty of pictures during the stay. I would have no hesitation to have him watch our girl again any time!
I've known Michael for 6 years, and have seen him interact with multiple pets, particularly dogs, of various sizes. He is a huge dog lover, and definitely understands the needs and behaviors of animals. I have a 100+ lb, variably behaved, yet lovable lab retriever mix named Buddy, and Mike has hung out with and cared for Buddy many times. Mike does a good job of curbing Buddy's more negative behaviors and follows my philosophy of treat-training in accordance with how I originally trained him (or tried to- I got Buddy as an adult dog). Mike is also more than capable of walking Buddy in a crowded area, which is no easy feat as he's large and really curious about other people/pets/cars. Michael's family also has an english bulldog who he loves, and I've seen him interact with her positively many times over. Michael is a friendly, affable, and patient person- I think he'd be a great Rover pet-sitter or dog walker!
Michael took wonderful care of our fur ball. He felt right at home, had to wake Scruffy up when I got there he was so comfy on his doggy bed. Michael also kept us updated with messages and pictures throughout the days. Highly recommended!!
Mike and Kate were great with our dog, Cleo. They went out of their way to assure she was comfortable and happy and she was! Great communication, very conscientious and attentive caregivers! Cleo got to socialize on walks but be the spoiled "only dog" she's used to being when home. We'll definitely seek them out again when next we need a dog sitter.
We love sending our dog to Community Animal Inn & Spa for both boarding and daycare. The whole staff makes you and your pet welcome. They give a summary at daycare pickup and a written report when boarding. They have no problem with a multiple feeding schedule or giving medication.
Our pups just spent 9 days at Community. This is the first time for them, although we have used Community for previous pets. You can tell that they are cared for and we felt very comfortable leaving them in their capable hands. We tried another location in the past, which did not have the same caring atmosphere and yet was able to find different ways to add on additional charges for every little thing … that Community includes in the initial fee. We are very happy and will continue to use them.
My husband Mike and I want to thank the staff at the Inn & Spa for taking such good care of Lily while we were gone in Arizona for a week a couple weeks ago! This was Lilys first time being boarded there and we think it was a positive experience for her! We know she had so much fun there playing and interacting with other dogs, as she was legit so tired for a few days after being there with all the activity she had! Loved how thorough evertything from beginning to end, dropping her off and picking her up. The professionalism and the cleaniness there was great! And also loved all the pictures taken on the Facebook page! You can definitely tell that the staff love their jobs! We will definitely have Lily come back and she cant wait to visit again soon! Absolutely outstanding staff and professional service! Our two red golden retrievers retreated like queens and the staff updated us on their well-being quite often with the pictures posted. Our two dogs are always happy to go and very excited to be there. The Community animal Inn, and spa pet care is highly recommended by us and well worth the time. The staff is very kind and concerned about every animal there.
My family has been taking our dogs here for boarding and day care for nearly 20 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I can’t say enough good things. My current pup is a bit timid and they’re always so sweet and understanding and cater to what his needs are. I truly appreciate their commitment to caring for all the animals!!

I have been trying very hard to find a boarding facility for my 13 yrs, blind and diabetic dog. I think finally I found one that can be called home for my dog. The caring and friendly staff at Community animal hospital and spa certainly make my dog feel at home because I can see she is so happy coming home. Its a big relief that we found a home for my dog 🙏🙏
Another great experience boarding our two pups for the week. This was their first time for a full week and the staff put us quickly at ease with their greetings of Lily and Luna. Daily pictures, knowing they were making new friends and seeing them outside, smiling made our vacation that much more enjoyable. We added on the full grooming just prior to pickup which was well worth the investment. I highly recommend Community and their staff!
Need a Vet Service, this is the facility for you. A wonderful caring and professional staff. An immaculate facility, easy access off Rt 20 Shrewsbury MA. Do yourself a favor and try them out if you need veterinarian care for your beloved pet.
I’m an over 20 year customer. My cat is a patient since 2009. They claimed grooming would reopen so I didn’t find alternative, which they were not honest about. Convinced me to do a sedated grooming. They said I needed check up and rabies. All I wanted a bath and shave of mattes. In the end, no bath, no rabies shot and $355.00 bill. I was charged for boarding which I believe was my cats own carrier. I put the carrier in closet and next day realized from the smell-in my closet they sent us home with a urine soaked towel. My dry cleaning and closet smelled disgusting. They did not apologize. Today I called and asked Cameron for rabies certificate to be emailed. It was not done so I had to drive there. Cameron had the incorrect email, I gave it to him again, repeated it, and was in the parking lot and realized I still hadn’t received email. I called again from parking lot and finally got it. I find they do not care about pets, just money. I will not be returning.
Best place to take your dog! The staff us great especially Felicia! She will spoil and love your dog all day. Our dog loves it there and is always so excited when we get there in the morning.
Absolutely everybody we have interacted with at Dogtopia North Worcester has been wonderful. They are kind, understanding, and clearly have the dogs’ best interests at heart. They take the time to know each dog and I have complete confidence bringing our dog every week. The facility is clean, communication is always quick, and every interaction is easy and pleasant from start to finish. I love being able to watch on the webcams and going to daycare once a week has really helped Denali with her confidence around dogs. She walks in so excited with her tail wagging and has a great time playing and interacting with dogs in a safe environment.
The staff is both knowledgeable and caring. I'm able to add days of daycare without issue and scheduling spa visits are very easy. We love the convenience of having these grooming services available on site. BRAVO to a wonderful experience for us!
I love that my pup has a caring, clean and safe place to spend his day while I am working. He is a herding breed, so he gets lots of exercise while he is there - and they even provide him individualized extra breaks to make his time at daycare more fun! Every team member is amazing!
Dogtopia is amazing. The staff is wonderful, you can tell they really care about the doggos. Bailey has been going since they opened and it's a great way for her to make friends and get her energy out (she has A LOT). I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Otto loves his day of play with his furry friends. He’s so happy to go to doggy day care. It truly helps with socializing with all breeds small and large. I cannot say enough about our experience at Dogtopia . There’s Otto on his back in full relaxation mode after his day of play and exercising
So so glad we found Dogtopia! Milo loves it there. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and Milo comes home tired from a wicked fun day. The webcams are fun to look at throughout my work day (: I HIGHLY recommend this daycare!! They truly love the dogs like it’s their own!
We are so happy Dogtopia has arrived in Worcester! The facility is superbly clean with no smell of dog, the dogs are happy and thoroughly screened prior to admission with the utmost kindness. Everything is explained in detail for full understanding and our reassurance. Every staff member I have met has been friendly and helpful. They do everything to ensure my pups have a positive experience. They have been very accommodating in every situation. It is the best facility I have encountered in all my 50 years of having dogs as family. Oh and PS, I love popping in and watching my fur babies on the video camera!
Staff was friendly and welcoming. They were so great with my dog and kept in mind any reactionary things that might occur with different dogs in the lobby and those were mitigated. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care.
My dog loves Dogtopia so far! He’s been having so much fun and comes home exhausted. The facility is very nice and well-maintained. On my dog’s first day, I was given a full tour of the facility which has made me feel a lot better about all of the safety and cleanliness protocols that are in place to keep the dogs healthy and safe. All of the staff I have met so far have been pleasant and professional and are absolute dog lovers! Highly recommend Dogtopia!
