Upon arriving to the housesit both dogs were very loud and very excited to meet us. Kyrie was sweet and welcoming as she showed us around the space. The guest bed was very uncomfortable. If you are looking for a relaxing trip to explore Denver/ Boulder this is not the sit. Theo was very loud and barked often and was not good on the leash. They both pulled a lot on leash and we found it easier to take one dog out at a time.
Donna made my Nantucket stay so comfortable and easy. She was an excellent communicator, leaving detailed instructions for all the workings of her home and details about her dogs and their needs. She also provided local contacts, which provided an extra sense of security and support. Donna has a beautiful home, and it was easy to feel comfortable in her space. The outside deck and backyard is especially lovely, particularly at night with all of the solar lights. The yard also backs up on a beautiful golf course which was great for strolls early in the morning. I particularly enjoyed the nearby nature trail to the ocean, which was so peaceful and includes water views a lot of the way. Now for the best part, Georgie and Francie. These wonderful dogs made me feel like I was right at home. They are both great snugglers and love their outside time. They are both friendly, sweet, and affectionate. They couldn't have been any better. I highly recommend Donna, her home, and her pets for any stay. She went out of her way to make sure that my stay was the best that it could be. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
