Dawn is our first THSer. So a lot was riding on this experience and she delivered above our expectations. Dawn is very responsive and punctual with meeting times. She asked important questions we didn’t think to leave in our guide. She even gave us pointers on what to expect from using zeewoi. Dawn really put Rico, Miley, Friday & and Oscar first. (Bulldog, Bulldog, Bunny, Fish) I think they missed her when she left . She took lots of pictures of each and sent them to us throughout the day . Dawn was very clean and even left it cleaner then when she arrived. We loved Dawn’s energy and one can really see her love for animals as soon as they meet her. The experience with Dawn put our mind at ease with zeewoi and we are now planning our next trip. Something we haven’t done in 6-7 years until finding zeewoi. Thank you Dawn Ten out of five stars!!!
From the moment Jason and Amanda arrived, they were attentive and loving with our three pets (one dog and two cats). Upon arrival, they were already up to speed with the animal routines from thoroughly reviewing our housesitting document - what a time saver! They were communicative, sent photos and responded quickly to our messages. With hot summer temps, they took our dog, Milo, to places that were cooler for everyone. The house was spotless on our return. We have used TH for over a decade and these two definitely receive high accolades from us all around. Don't hesitate for a moment to have these two lovely people house and pet sit for you. They are gems! P.S. We hope you'll return soon!
Karla and Andres were truly amazing! Their adorable Pom, Bali and our kitty became pals while here and the house was immaculate on our return. It's an easy yes if they ever wanted to house/pet sit for us again down the road!
We had a great time taking care of all the animals. Kathleen and Greg were great hosts. Excellent hiking in the Indian Valley Reserve. Thank you for letting us care for all your fur and scale babies.

We just needed a place for our dog Rosy for one night as we attended a wedding. Drum were recommended to us by other local kennels who had no spaces. The kennels looked clean and spacious and Rosy obviously enjoyed her stay, making a big fuss of one of the staff as we left.
Drum kennels Morag and the staff we met could not be more accommodating. Ceasar came back happy and well looked after. He has allergies and is raw feed with lots of little extras. Which they were happy to do. They listened to all we had to say to keep him safe and clear and we ard happy to say he came back to us with no flare ups. This in itself is proof of how well he was cared for while we were away. As we are well aware at home how easy it can happen. I would recommend anyone to use Drum kennels and give a 5+rating. Caesar will definitely be staying with you again next time we are away. Thanks Dawn Phil & Caesar.

Everyone was so friendly.can't fault them, My cat had to go to the vet but nothing was to much trouble.Can't thank them enough.
My cat was very happy here shes normally abit scared off strangers but she came out her shell with them will def use in future wouldnt go anywere else now and highly reccomened as they care so much for them ! Thanks guys lily loved it
