Dog Sitters in Silsoe

Bev is a delight and we would recommend her to everyone! She helped us load our car (we were self catering so there was a lot!) and tried to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Nina, who had previously been as good as gold at Christmas, decided that a good game was climbing the tree and batting the baubles and tinsel. Poor Bev had to spend a lot of her time retrieving things and putting them out of harms way. She sent us some lovely pictures - Nina in the tree for example, so we could see exactly what our naughty little girl was up to. We came back to a clean, tidy house, an orchid to replace the poinsettia I had killed as I was leaving and all the laundry done. We hope that Bev will consider sitting for us again and have no hesitation in recommending her. Thank you Bev.

We knew we would love Tom and Lil from the moment they reached out to us to sit Rosie and Toto and once we'd met with them we were not wrong. They are such a lovely couple who have an amazing love and patience for animals. The dogs took to them immediately and it was pretty obvious from the first 5 minutes of meeting them, Rosie and Toto had made friends for life. Tom and Lil took amazing care of the dogs, with regular updates (some hilarious text messages shared about how goofy Toto was being) and adorable photos. They kept to the dogs routine and showered them with cuddles. We also came back to an absolutely spotless house which was totally unexpected but much appreciated. We would definitely recommend them as sitters and will be forever grateful for how much they cared for Rosie and Toto. We had such peace of mind on our trip.

Kevin and Kirsty were great, they are so practiced at housesitting and just knew exactly what to do so we left very relaxed. House Immaculate on our return, dogs relaxed and happy. Very highly recommend them . Many thanks.

Michelle, Gary and Ellen are the loveliest loveliest family you could hope to meet and I was so happy they were able to look after Pablo and Alba for a second time. I was actually rather jealous of all the fun the dogs had - every day we got updates and photos of their day - trips to the local beaches and attractions, they looked like they were haven the time of their lives! And then snuggles on the sofa in the evenings. This family are simply wonderful and clearly gave our dogs so much love. The house was immaculate when we got home which I really appreciate. It’s great coming back from holiday knowing that your house and pets have been taken care of so well. Thank you Michelle, Gary and Ellen. Deborah was a fantastic sitter. She looked after the house and our dog Tiger for almost two weeks and both were very well cared for. Communication was great from start to finish and she was very reliable. Sadly we didn’t meet Deborah in person as my mum did the handover but she was lovely in all our messages, kept up updated and Tiger clearly had a wonderful time with her. Thanks so much Deborah!

This was our first time with a Zeewoi and Lisa was a wonderful ambassador for the organisation. Her communications were prompt and clear, she arrived when she said she would and took in everything we told her about house, garden and Sparkle. She looked after all three beautifully and we returned to find a lovely clean house, well watered plants and a very happy dog. She also did wonders in my weedy veg patch!

We were truly blessed to have Sirpa and her family housesit for us. The attention to detail that Sirpa went to was beyond our expectations. We left knowing that our dogs and house were in very safe caring hands. We received regular photos and updates of our pets and we came back to the cleanest and tidiest house imaginable. Helga and Nina were fabulous, I heartedly recommend them. The house was clean and tidy on my return and the dogs were happy!

Eileen was a great sitter. Communication before the sit was excellent, she responded to messages promptly, was well organised, and asked questions if she was unsure about anything. She arrived when agreed at the start of the sit and our dog Poppy was immediately at ease with her, which made us feel really comfortable about leaving for our holiday. Also, the vet put our cat onto medication a few days before the sit started and Eileen was happy to administer that as required. Communication during the sit was spot on, Eileen checked before we left how often we wanted updates on our pets and kept us well informed. We returned to a spotless house, with extremely happy and relaxed pets who I genuinely believe had not missed us one bit! I would 100% recommend Eileen.
