Great communication. She kindly watered new garden plants for us. The home was very neat and clean when we returned. The best result was that we have arranged for her to care for our home and cat again!
Sitting for Kristi was an absolute pleasure! Potato and Ziggy were the cutest and it was so fun to play & snuggle throughout the week. Kristi was very hospitable and overall I had a great experience!! Hopefully will be able to come back soon. 😊
Kat and Greg were wonderful hosts. They were very understanding when we had a family member pass away and I had to leave mid sit. Bella takes no time at all to warm up to you and is a lovely quiet little girl who loves her food and lives for meal time. Their back yard is so relaxing, we spent most of our days out there. Thank you for trusting us with your home and the delightful Bella.
Tana and Steve gave us an extraordinarily warm welcome including a dinner and their dogs Sam and Rubin are incredibly lovable and have character and humour. The very quiet house offered everything you could wish for, and the garden in particular blew us away. I even got to use Steve's guitar. The surrounding area is wonderfully green and boasts parks and tranquil countryside. All the shops and bus connections you need are in the immediate vicinity. Thank you Tana and Steve, we would love to come back again!
Staying in Kendall’s home caring for her pack was an incredible experience that I highly recommend to everyone! The home is great and the yard has lovely spots for relaxing and enjoying the view. The best part is her animals—they’re all so sweet and special and seem to really love having you there. As others mentioned the horse care instructions are thorough and Kendall helped talk me through any questions I had. She was responsive before and during the stay.
I enjoyed this session very much. Aamir and Nagma prepared a very detailed welcome guide. Upon my arrival they showed and explained everything again. Aamir even made a very good tea to welcome me even though he was busy before leaving. We communicated regularly during my stay. If I needed advice, Aamir was responsive and very helpful. How nice it was to receive a gift at the beginning and end of my stay. I appreciate it very much. Aamir and Nagma are very nice and friendly young people. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a nice view of the other houses and is bright and sunny. It is practically furnished and it is easy and quick to clean. I was able to park my bike in the yard, which I really made use of during this extended stay. There are lots of beautiful bike paths along the lake to the center of Nuremberg. It is then possible to continue with a beautiful ride all the way to the town of Furth. And now for the best at the end. Rusty is a young cat boy, full of energy, so playing with him is very fun. He especially loves playing hide and seek and also his feather toy and bell. He likes it when you hide it behind the door, jingle it and he tries to get it out of the gap between the door and the wall with his paw. Rusty is very considerate in the morning, he will wait until you wake up and cuddle gently. Of course, I didn't sleep very long. We were up between 7 and 8am. He'll even respond with a meow when asked how he slept. He also likes to cuddle in the evening and ask you for his beloved soup in the afternoon. In case you forgot. I highly recommend this session. I felt very welcomed here by Aamir and Nagma and also by Rusty. I will be very happy to return again in the future.
Housesitting at Cindy and Craig's place was a joy. Their pets, Jake (dog) and Stella (cat), were friendly, sweet and easy to care for. Jake loved going for walks and hikes, but he was happy hanging around the house, too. Stella likes to be outside, roaming around, but she also appreciated some cuddles at night when she was in. The house itself is beautiful: the view of the water was incredible, and there is interesting art everywhere you turn. Whidbey Island has so many beautiful places to explore...I'm glad I live close by, and I plan to return often. Craig and Cindy were extremely welcoming and responsive. I can't say enough good things about them and about the housesit. Five stars!
