April was a wonderful pet sitter, with all the qualities you could want for the role. She made us feel so much happier and at ease about leaving our pet cat, Toffee (age 15), pet dog, Ben (age 11) and tank of pet fish, for 9 nights. April is communicative and friendly and was a pleasure to spend time with at the start and end of our holiday. She was a very good listener, taking care to take in and understand all about the pets and their needs. A genuine loving and caring person who our pets adored. April’s main aim was to ensure our pets comfort and happiness, and they knew it, staying close by her side by day and night! April sent photos of how the pets were getting on whilst we were away, and on our return, we could tell how happy and contented they had been with her. April also took excellent care of our house and plants and made us the most delicious meal for our return! If April applies to sit at your home, we would strongly recommend you book her fast! We certainly hope she will be able to sit for us again! The pets miss her…and so do we! Alison, Mark and family.
Super nice home and location! Deema was great at giving instructions about what each pet required. The family was really welcoming and polite! The location was great and had perfect walking spots to take Bailey out. All 3 pets were a pleasure to be around and had their own sparkling personalities. Overall, a great house sit!
Had a lovely stay at Teresa's house with two of the most photogenic and cute cats (Bucky and Steve)! They are wonderful cuddlers and kept my lap warm while I worked during the day and were well behaved. The house is spacious, has a screed patio, and the kitchen set up is wonderful! All the best pots, pans, gadgets and cookbooks! There is ample parking in the driveway and the neighborhood is very safe and comfortable.
This was a great experience - like doing a favor for long-time friends! The dogs were very friendly and easy to care for. They had different personalities and energy levels. They both liked attention but could amuse themselves. Barking at squirrels was one of their favorite pastimes. We enjoyed lots of adventures on our walks together around Fort Monroe. The home was quite comfortable and well suited our needs as a small family. There were lots of things to do at the historic Fort and the surrounding area. We'd love to help again in the future!
We had a lovely stay in Skoyen in Charlotte's apartment - very spacious and bright, located in a modern building. There is a big supermarket right at the ground floor and the building is just a 5 minute walk away from the Skoyen train station or from Hoff tram station - each taking you directly to Oslo in 10-15 minutes. Charlotte and her daughter were very nice to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about Merlin & Milo and the house. She also gave us some suggestions for dog walks and parks nearby and, during our stay, she was responsive with whatever questions we had. Merlin and Milo are a combination of pure love and energy. During the day they sleep a lot, or they play with each other. They always look forward to their walks, and sometimes, when they get very excited they might sprinkle a bit of pee. We managed to keep this under control by walking them 3-4 times per day, and for the accidents we kept a mop nearby. The boys are very cuddly and affectionate, they like to stay close to humans, to be petted and talked to. We really felt loved by them and their presence made our stay great!
Such sweet cats!!! Claire was the best- great communication and so very thoughtful! Super lovely London home- highly recommend !
Looking after Annie and Neil’s four cats was an absolute privilege. After recently moving to New Zealand, we spent the Christmas holiday in their tropical sanctuary and felt so at home! Located only a short walk to beautiful beaches, coffee shops, bars and restaurants, or a 20 minute drive to Auckland city, there was always something to do! We often spent evenings cuddled up to Milo, the most affectionate, loving cat we’ve ever met! They all got on so well and we created a special bond with them over the 7 days. Annie and Neil were so kind and thoughtful, they made sure we had plenty of food and felt comfortable to message day or night with any queries! You’d thoroughly enjoy cat sitting for this wonderful family!
