Chris and Sharon's dogs are some of the sweetest dogs I've ever met. Alfie and Peaches are such friendly dogs, love to fetch the ball and go for walks but are also equally content just being near you, sleeping in their bed and getting cuddles. Their house is in walking distance to everything you might need - Dublin is only a 15 minute train ride and there's tons of beautiful castles and nature to explore close by as well. Would sit for them again in a heartbeat!
We thoroughly enjoyed our sit in Kew. Communication was very straightforward with Dinah before our arrival. Rocky was super easy to look after as he was very independent and just loved lying in the garden. He also loved feeding times! We visited Kew Gardens during our stay which was literally a 5 minute walk away. It is a lovely area to walk around and we found a delicious cafe called Sift which is a couple of minutes walk from the house. The house is lovely and comfortable and this is an all round great sit. Thank you for having us!
I absolutely loved my stay here in Eliza's beautiful home! The house is in a fabulous spot and so peaceful. I enjoyed my time with all the animals, even the horses walked over to me to say 'Hi!' Ned and Murphy never let my side, they're real friendly boys. Pip is a lovely lady, a real homebird. Sylvester & Smokie kept themselves to themselves (until feeding time!) Eliza left clear instructions for everything I needed to know, places to visit and lovely walks in the area. I hope I'm lucky enough to go back again next summer, I wouldn't hesitate! Barb and Marc were such kind and welcoming hosts with such a positive energy that made me feel very comfortable in their amazing home. The best part of the sit obviously was Pumpkin! He is extremely sweet, never said no to a head scratch and was always up for a laser hunt. He is very easy going and independent as long he gets his daily playtime which was always fun. I think it’s impossible to not fall immediately in love with him! The apartment is huge, bright, very clean and has an amazing location! Everything you need is nearby, you can walk to the city centre and the river Isar is also just a 5min walk away. I absolutely enjoyed this sit and can’t wait to come back!
I had a lovely time caring for Angie and Boulis in Athens. Boulis is very easygoing and talkative. He knows what he wants and isn’t afraid to let you know :) Angie was a bit shier at first, but she eventually warmed up to me, which was wonderful. In the few days that I was with them, both cats really grew on me, and I truly enjoyed their company. Naya was very friendly and always available to answer any questions I had. She is very communicative and organized, and left a detailed guide that explained everything about the cats, the house, and even tips about sightseeing in the area! Naya has a big heart for animals, and her love for Angie and Boulis was evident in every detail she provided. Thank you Naya!
If you get a chance to sit for Sabine and Freya, take it! Freya is one of the most special and cuddliest / sweetest cats on the planet and Sabine was such an excellent host who even was kind enough to let me stay for a night in between sits. The house is cozy and clean. The medication and fluids for Freya were totally manageable and Sabine made sure I was comfortable with them before she left for her vacation. I would gladly housesit for them again and I highly recommend this housesit! 🫶🏻
