Mony and Dale were amazing! My two cats were well taken care of during their stay, which made me feel so comfortable in leaving the cats with them. Mony ensured that I knew when they would arrive and leave, and how the stay was progressing - which was very positive. One of my cats is very particular and does not mix well with others, she warmed up to Dale and that is definitely an achievement. It was an extremely positive experience! Recommend them highly.
Susan and Julian are super nice people, overall it was a good sit and the house looked great. They really took great care of the plants and left adorable bouquets made from our outdoor plants all around. I found little post-its with plant recommendations as well. Very lovely. While they managed ok with our dog Nox and he seemed comfortable around them, they had a hard time cleaning him. I understand it’s tough during rainy season but the dog was covered in dried out dirt clumps, which is not ok. Instead of wiping his paws, cleaning him, or bringing him to a groomer/dog washer (which we offered to reimburse them for), they just covered the furniture and floors with towels. I found cat poop behind a piece of furniture, it was quite hidden so they must have missed it. Otherwise the house was very clean and tidy, no cat hair or litter anywhere. Floors were clean, kitchen and bathroom was cleaned and linen were washed. Susan and Julian were communicative and sent us pictures of Nox, which we appreciate.
