Jackie and Wayne were excellent housesitters. First and foremost, my fur baby Charlie seemed happy with their care. He can be shy and he responded well to them, emerging from his hiding places to eat regularly, sleep out in his chair and in front of the fireplace in the living room. Jackie sent regular updates and photos -- and responded quickly to messages I sent. I felt I could relax and enjoy my time away knowing he was cared for. They also fed the wild birds. In addition, Jackie and Wayne took great care of the house. It was very clean when we returned. As a bonus, they went above and beyond to change and wash the sheets and towels so we would have a clean bed when we got back. I would definitely recommend Jackie and Wayne to care for your home and fur babies. And I will personally invite them to housesit again.
Austin and Beth were wonderful! The house was left clean and organized. Sunny got lots of walks and playtime. We got pictures and updates every day. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we plan to use them again next year.
Justin took excellent care of my partment and my 2 cats. He went above and beyond in keeping me updated with how they were doing while I was travelling. He was kind, timely, and most of all, he made sure Baco and Polo were not bored. Muito obrigado, Justin. You're welcome to stay any time.
This was an amazing sit that I would 100% recommend. Christine was so incredibly kind and welcoming throughout the sit. The space is clean and comfortable with everything you would need. The real highlight, however, are Billy and Martha who are extremely sweet and well-behaved. Knutsford is a cute town with tons of great restaurants and nice walking trails. Looking forward to coming back!

Best place around Brussels to leave your dog. The dogs get a space with an inside part and outside part, rather spacious, and visually separated from other dogs, which can avoid a lot of stress. Moreover, the dogs go multiple times a day to the grass field (5+). The food given is high quality and you can even ask to feed your dog fresh food. Besides the great service, the staff is amazing and takes very good care of the dogs, giving them attention and making them feel just like they are at home.
We couldn't find any place during summer holidays and we went to visit the place. We were surprised the personnel invited us in to see the inside. Eventually we decided to take our dog there, and despite it was a bit costy for our budget we did not regret. We could call during our vacation and get news, the personnel is very friendly and when we collected the dog he was in great condition, smelling good, in great fit and well groomed. During these days he was allowed to stay outside several times.. you could tell our dog was happy
My parrot got sick after 3 weeks in there as his water bawl was extremely dirty, covered in algues and smelly - probably never washed. I noticed it after we came back from the place, so never got to tell them. We had to go to the vet as he wasn't eating anymore and was very quiet. My parrot had to take antibiotics. It was very heartbreaking for me to see my bird in such condition. Fortunately, he got better. Not a place to trust fragile animals as they seem to just not care about them. It is not that difficult to wash the bawl once a day.
Great kennels....friendly caring staff. Talk English if you need them to. My dog is always happy to go n comes home happy too.
Our two chi-chi enjoyed the stay at Pento. Usually they are sick when they return from the kennels but not this time. Very convenient location.
