I met Christina before the scheduled sit and she did a great job of breaking everything down for me. Banzai and Spike are the best!!! Truly had a great time hanging out with them. They are super sweet and well behaved pups. Smokey is extremely low maintenance, he does his own thing and you’ll occasionally cross paths with him. Evergreen is a beautiful town, I highly recommend!
We loved this sit with Roger! He is such a cuddly sweetheart and a beautiful boy :) Our time spent with him in Harriet and Will's wonderful and comfortable home was just perfect. They are great hosts, very warm and thoughtful. They kindly picked us up from the train station, and also gifted us some lovely teas and chocolates! Everything was perfect. We definitely enjoyed Roger's cuddles and company. 100% Reccommend :)
I had a wonderful time with Lara and Xena! They are such adorable sweethearts, following me everywhere and enjoying their belly rubbing and hair brushing! I will absolutely miss their lovely companions. Julia and Sam are fabulous hosts. Julia is so kind and welcoming! She showed me around the house and gave detailed instructions on the girls' routine. The communication throughout the process is unbeatable! Thank you so much for the stay and the great time with the girls!
I had a great sit with Jeff the dog and the three cats! Communication with Andrea was great, the house was very clean and tidy and I enjoyed spending time with the 4. Jeff is lively and sweet to be in company of, eager on walks and cuddly at home. The cats were calm and independent. Ramsgate has charm and quirk and I would thoroughly recommend this sit :)
We had a wonderful time with Bam Bam and Bea, they are both easy , sweet natured dogs and no trouble at all. There’s a nice park two minutes walk away but they happily walk on their leads along the waterfront and are no trouble in the car going somewhere different for their walk. The house is lovely. Clean and bright and comfy. It’s surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily sit again.

Best place around Brussels to leave your dog. The dogs get a space with an inside part and outside part, rather spacious, and visually separated from other dogs, which can avoid a lot of stress. Moreover, the dogs go multiple times a day to the grass field (5+). The food given is high quality and you can even ask to feed your dog fresh food. Besides the great service, the staff is amazing and takes very good care of the dogs, giving them attention and making them feel just like they are at home.
We couldn't find any place during summer holidays and we went to visit the place. We were surprised the personnel invited us in to see the inside. Eventually we decided to take our dog there, and despite it was a bit costy for our budget we did not regret. We could call during our vacation and get news, the personnel is very friendly and when we collected the dog he was in great condition, smelling good, in great fit and well groomed. During these days he was allowed to stay outside several times.. you could tell our dog was happy
My parrot got sick after 3 weeks in there as his water bawl was extremely dirty, covered in algues and smelly - probably never washed. I noticed it after we came back from the place, so never got to tell them. We had to go to the vet as he wasn't eating anymore and was very quiet. My parrot had to take antibiotics. It was very heartbreaking for me to see my bird in such condition. Fortunately, he got better. Not a place to trust fragile animals as they seem to just not care about them. It is not that difficult to wash the bawl once a day.
Great kennels....friendly caring staff. Talk English if you need them to. My dog is always happy to go n comes home happy too.
Our two chi-chi enjoyed the stay at Pento. Usually they are sick when they return from the kennels but not this time. Very convenient location.
