Sitting for Sasha and Stuart was an absolute joy. They are truly lovely people who made me feel very welcome. Their comfy and well appointed home is in a little hamlet that's a short drive to Blandford. The garden has a stunning outlook across the fields and there are some lovely walks to enjoy with the dogs. The 5 dogs are the sweetest you could wish to find, with wonderful personalities and so easy to look after. Hard to resist being showered with love! The cats are lovely and absolutely fuss free. Sasha was well organized and provided all necessary information so the sit was seamless. Sasha and Stuart were so kind to me and I hope I get the chance to return and catch up again with them, and all the gang. Big hugs to everyone !
Julia has a wonderful place with the most sweet cats Corny & Angela. Angela is a little shy, but once she warms up to you she is out where ever you are. Corny is the big baller who comes and goes when he pleases and LOVES everything food. Her place in Bristol is close to everything you need and Julia is very communicative and welcoming. 🤗
Oh, how we loved our time with Jon Barnes! We've looked after a LOT of kitties, but he is probably the most affectionate one ever and we couldn't get enough of him. Juanita's home was comfortable with plenty of room for two people working from home, and very well connected to London and surrounding countryside. We could walk to the town centre for all our shopping needs in about 15 minutes, too. Hospitality and communication with Juanita was excellent, as well. We'd highly recommend this sit and wouldn't hesitate to return to JB if schedules aligned. Thanks for having us! :D

Well Lonely Planet got it right about Belfast, a great city and so much to do, and Miriam got it right about the gang! Miriam' house is in a great quiet location, 15-20 min bus ride to city, and the gang were great company, very affectionate, and all get along so well! Miriam gave very clear instructions, and was easily contactable while away, so no problems. Would definitely like to return!!

My dogs don't suffer from separation anxiety, but i do... 😀 Leaving them at ZenPet while i went on a three day sailing trip was a bit scary for me as i never leave them behind. Joana and Vitor made sure they were fine and that i was as well! I was kept update with pictures and videos of my pups playing, making new friends and in general enjoying their time tgere. I could not be happier with how they were kept and the happy tails that welcomed me when i returned! Thanks guys, i will be back everytime i need a hotel for them! X

Dani's House is incredible! They take care of my Maggie with all the love and affection. She loves going to Aunt Dani's house. She usually has problems with other dogs, but at Casa da Dani she has fun and plays with other dogs without any problems. He always returns home happy and cheerful. I highly recommend it!
Very satisfied with Dani's service and beyond, the whole family took care of my dog as if she were their own. Dani is very attentive and throughout the week she sent photos and videos of Pipoca. Ines is a true professional with our dogs. One of our dogs, Annie, was a stray and is not easily comfortable with people outside of her family. Our first dog babysitting experience with Ines was just great. Our dog was well taken care of, given personal attention and shared the house with a few other dogs so it was not crowded. It was reasonably priced and good value for the care. We will use her again. Ines sens multiple videos and pictures daily for peace of mind.

I recommend Inês 1000x! Our dog companion has visited a few hotels during our travels and never got along well...he was very anxious about our absence, so much so that he wouldn't even eat or relieve himself, such was his nervousness! We looked for Inês because it was a more family-friendly place, with few dogs and which had all the attention given to Bill. We were super happy and rested the first few days because he ate his meals! And since I wasn't always on alert, I was able to rest. And we knew this because Inês is amazing and always sent photos: Bill sleeping, walking, playing... we really felt super calm knowing that he was well delivered! Spectacular service, very well organized. Very satisfied dog and owners!! My dog Lucky loves going to this, which is his second home, plays with other dogs safely, is spoiled by the team, etc. In our case, to better reconcile it with our work, Lucky uses the Pet taxi service where they pick him up and return him to the house.
I recommend! Very careful and attentive to the big dogs. In constant contact with the owners while the dogs are at daycare. My dog loves being there and always comes there happy and with lots of cuddles.

For the last 7+ years, my husband and I have boarded our Rhodesian Ridgeback Max exclusively at SweetPet, and we couldn't be more pleased. The place is not far from Cascais, easily accessible by car. Is in a quiet environment, not disturbed by pass-byers or traffic. It is a large field where the dogs can play together always under the supervision of qualified personnel. The attendants are always very kind, patient and efficient. They regularly post pictures and videos through Instagram, keeping owners updated on what happens throughout the day. There are several packages that can be purchased and there's the possibility of pickup at various meeting points, and of hotel. A great service at a very interesting price. Highly recommended!
Our 2 dogs have only been here once so far but we were happy that they were well cared for and enjoyed their time with the other dogs, they were exhausted when they got home! Look forward to sending them again soon.

Terrible. Dog was left in the garden all day with other dogs and put in a dark shed at night. My dog is a family dog and had no human contact apart from feeding time. The owner was consistently late for times to collect and drop off and kept my dog in a pet carrier in the back of a van for 3 hours in the heat because he wasn't at home when he said he would be when I went to collect my dog and didn't answer the phone when I tried to find out where he was or what was going on. Avoid at all costs. Has zero empathy with the animals in his care or his customers.
Used once and lost my mailbox key, and never admitted it!! Awful experience.

In response to the many responses that the line's petsitting gives to the criticisms it receives, I wanted to clarify that I am a neighbor of the kennel and the truth is that the dogs spend a large part of the day alone and at night they are always alone from 8pm onwards. I would like to take this opportunity to challenge anyone who wants to visit their dog from 10pm onwards to see if anyone is there with them. I also have evidence of how the owner of the kennel leaves them alone and locked in the boxes for much of the day and all night. The Petsitting line does not even have authorization for the activity it performs, which means it is not certified.
I don't recommend it. Unsafe; people who don't even seem qualified and lack of proper supervision. For anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their dogs, this doesn't seem like the right place at all. Dogs are constantly closed and alone; clearly stressed and agitated by the lack of care and attention. As there is no nighttime supervision, if something happens to them during the night, there is no one to help them! The lack of transparency on the part of those who manage the space is very unprofessional and makes me doubt whether this establishment is even legal.
I have been using the services of Pet Sitting da Linha for several years and I can only thank you for the excellent stays you have provided for my Sebastião. I recommend it to family and friends.
Excellent hotel for dogs, great conditions, TOP reception and care! Daycare with transport - Brownie goes crazy with happiness as soon as she sees the PetSitdaLinha van, she has as big a party as when I arrive! 😍 Personalized service, with lots of affection and every care! For those who TRULY LOVE their pet, this is the ideal space where they are happy, at ease, and interact with each other and with the staff. As for the staff, what can I say, Human Beings are super dedicated and committed to the dogs. My Nina, already a 15 year old senior, loves spending time with the Uncles from Pet Sitting da Linha. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't let Nina be with "just anyone". I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE! And now in the new space it's even better and with so much that's still going to happen there! Keep it up because YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH! Thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!
TERRIBLE!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Dogs are alone, not only for a large part of the day, but ALL NIGHT. There is no type of night supervision for those staying in hotels, as no one is on site at night. Even for those who are only in daycare, in addition to spending a large part of the day abandoned and locked in the boxes, in the few moments when they are accompanied, there are also few periods of play. SPACE THAT SHOULD NOT BE OPEN!!!!!!

Catarina treats the animals for you. She is attentive, affectionate and super caring. When I leave my animals in the care of Amygo I feel at ease. Catarina is spectacular! 🤩 We went on vacation and our cats stayed at home. They were entitled to home visits, with time to play, hygiene done and food in their bellies. Our two dogs have been attending daycare here ever since they were puppies, and they absolutely love it. Their excitement is unreal every time they hear the daycare van or see the school's entrance, they can barely contain themselves until they're inside. It's the only place we trust to leave them when we're on vacation. We're reassured knowing they're treated like family, and we truly appreciate the frequent updates, photos, and videos from them. It's comforting to see that they're having a great time and don't seem to miss us at all. We can't recommend this daycare enough!

I looked at many daycares before deciding on this one. What won was the way I was initially received by the owner, Andreia. Always happy and ready to answer any questions. Pudding is very suspicious of people, but at daycare he quickly became attached to all the girls. Andreia herself, Sofia who bathes him, Teresa and Rita who pick him up and take him home most of the time. He is always happy when he sees them at the door. Well... sometimes he hides under the bed. As they are very active on Instagram, I always check out what he and his friends are doing. Seeing my dog happy makes me happy and at ease because I know he is well taken care of and I know that my little dog loves the daycare environment along with his little friends. I know that at least 2 other dogs that are my neighbors are in the same daycare on my recommendation. We all agree that our dogs love pet sitting. Thank you for being wonderful 😊
My big ones have been going to Bicharada for years. Knowing that they are being treated well, that they socialize and are happy is priceless. The team is wonderful and Andreia is a true dog whisperer, having helped me so many times where others couldn't. They took a shower there and also stayed there to sleep. The result is always the same: well treated, lots of pampering and lots of fun. We couldn't be happier!
