Pre-arrival - good communication via WhatsApp. Continuous communication throughout their stay. Both Chiara and Dennis are honest and trustworthy They did some maintenance work on our gazebo for us whilst we were away and also topped up the pool and chlorine levels. There was a problem with the internet provider whilst they were here and they contacted the helpline and initiated some work on the problem and kept us updated with the progress. We came home to a tidy house with most things replaced and cleaned after use. Our cats were well looked after during their stay. Sultan had an open sore on his neck which they reported and asked if there was anything they could do. Sultan and Mitzi were brushed and, well fed and their food bowls had been cleaned and topped up. Over the 2 weeks we received 5 reassuring updates and pictures. Chiara and Dennis are kind, caring people who took their pet responsibilities very seriously. .

Andrea cared for our babies while on holiday in NYC. Communication: We interviewed her and Philipp and loved their vibe so much that we immediately decided to give them a chance. Andrea immediately set about organizing a group chat for easy communication and then diligently followed up with updates on their travel plans. Sadly Philipp was unable to travel due to work, so Andrea promptly asked if we’d be comfortable letting her friend Vicki come with her instead. We trusted Andrea enough to know that whoever she brought with her would be a responsible adult, and we were not disappointed. Once here, Andrea and Vicki were responsive and always sent photo updates without fail, along with little anecdotes of cute things the cats got up to that day. We felt very comfortable leaving them with the cats and were able to enjoy our weekend away. Cat Care: The cats must’ve liked them too, because they slept in bed with them and one of them even held poor Vicki’s legs captive while he slept on them all night (Sorry, Vicki!) Cleanliness: When we returned, everything was spotless and extremely tidy. The floor had obviously just been vacuumed, the litter boxes were clean, and so were the kids’ food bowls. I highly recommend letting Andrea house/pet sit, and would welcome her and any of her loved ones back any time!

I could tell how great Greta and Fabi were when I saw Frank’s sad face when they left. They keep the house clean, our neighbors told me they are so friendly and polite. You will feel comfortable to leave your loved pet with them.

Jewel was great at looking after my cat Tia and giving her daily meds in food. She was happy to sort out her own travel arrangements when I wasn’t around to help and left everything clean and tidy on her departure. She also sent me regular updates on Tia who was happy and content when I arrived home. Thank you Jewel!

Annette was absolutely amazing. Very kind, always giving me informations about Maya, sending pictures and updates. It's been an honor to have such a reliable and lovely person to look after Maya and the house. The house was super tidy, she also made me a chocolate cake and gave me some presents. I really didn't expect that. I came back home feeling so welcomed. I highly recommend Annette as a house sitter she was absolutely amazing

I recently had the pleasure to have Martina look after my two cats, and overall, it was a positive experience. She is very nice and sporty, and even brought her own bike to explore the area during her stay. My home was spotless upon my return which is greatly appreciated. Martina took excellent care of my cats, ensuring they were well-fed and comfortable. Additionally she tended to my plants and garden, which was no small feat considering the hot and sunny weather during that period. One aspect I felt could be improve was the frequency of updates and photos of my cats. While Martina did send updates when I requested them, I would have preferred more proactive communication. This is something I'll be sure to communicate better next time. Overall, I am very satisfied with Martina and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reiable and caring cat sitter. Her dedication and active approach make her a fantastic choice for pet sitting.

Sofia and Marcel were great sitters and we would recommend them for a housesit. Communication was easy and we received regular updates and pictures. They left our home clean and tidy and the cats were happy and well looked after. We met the week before we left and had a good feeling about them. Thank you for caring for Mimi and Minou. 🐾🐾

Luis and Dillal were excellent house sitters and looked after our cats with care. They left the house very clean and tidy and I would not hesitate to invite them back to sit for us in the future. Highly recommended!

Bedia and Mali are very friendly and clearly love animals. They took excellent care of my bunny, dog, and cat. They were quick to respond, respectful, and left the house very clean. I would be very happy to have them return.

I was looking forward to have Jutta coming back and this sit was a private invite. Jutta take good care of the cats throughout the stay, which of course was the most important aspect. Though sometimes when things are getting "too familiar", it might be easy to overlook a few things. Due to earlier trust, she was offered a few extra advantages this time. Some extra instructions were given in relation to this. Additionally it was mentioned no need for the extra reminders in the app, as she would know since before, and she knew the routines. Unfortunately during her stay there were some noisy guests as it is holiday season. She was given permission to do what was needed in relation to this if it was a problem. I did what I could from a distance by talking in our community chat for the urbanization. Throughout my trip I got a little bit more than I appreciated complaints about the development of the culture in messages. I haven't had any of these issues after coming back from my trip as well. At the end of the stay Jutta kindly offered to make food to be ready when I came home. This I appreciated and accepted. What I didn't expect when I came home was that the end-instructions were a bit more sloppy followed. Even if intentions were good of leaving all other food/drinks, it wasn't something I appreciated coming home to, needing to start making space for my own food in the fridge and throw away hers. I would have appreciated a clear communication. Instructions about keys were given, parts of it was not followed due to time-constrictions, which for me is better to do with planning. Unfortunately coming home added some extra stress to me getting in due to not following the added instructions given in relation to some special extra key she had access to. As sitters arrive fully to a made up bedroom, clean towels/bathroom mats/tea towels, it is expected that these are washed and hung for drying before the sitter leaves. If sitter has agreed to stay in the main bedroom instead of the guest bedroom, sutters are asked to ensure I don't need to start making my own bed the first thing I come home (as if they sleep in the guestroom,my bed will be made by me before my trip). Unfortunately this time it seemed like planning of time and going through the checklist was a bit more sloppy. Only bedsheets had been put in the washing machine, not ready hung up (cycle takes max 90 min on requested program), towels ready for wash outside, tea towels not changed, bathroom mats not washed/ taken from bathroom even. There had been many ways to solved much of this, though the only thing I was informed when we meet at the airport was that she didn't have time to take up vacuum cleaner and the mops were still standing in the hallway. Jutta was given "permission" not to think about certain things that normally is on the expected list, though unfortunately many more were forgotten (as picking up poop in the "garden toilet box" that the cats use). I'm sure Jutta will be great for other pet/home owners even if we'll not continue our relationship. Mistakes happen, and nothing needs to be perfect, it was just many small things that made this a bit more stressful than I had expected and hoped for. Best of luck in your future sits . Laura and Paul stayed with Choco🐶 for 10 days, and I truly can’t recommend them enough! They took exceptional care of Choco, giving him long daily walks, playing with him, and making sure he had everything he needed. In addition to that, I have several large plants that they looked after beautifully and they even helped me with shipping for my small e-commerce business during their stay 💖 It was clear they genuinely enjoyed their time with Choco and formed a great bond with him—everything felt natural and easy. When I returned, the apartment was spotless, and they had even left fresh flowers for the house, which was such a lovely touch. I’ve had several sitters before, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a better homecoming than with Laura and Paul! I would welcome them back without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of amazing house and pet sitters!🫶
