Thanks for a great sit. Alison and Tom communicated excellently from the outset and throughout the sit, sending regular photos of Dillon and Sassy. They arrived on time and listened attentively while I showed them around and explained the minor details of the pets' daily lives. I arrived home after they'd left to a very clean and tidy house and two extremely happy pets. Everything was as I'd hoped for including all the washing done and hung up to dry. They are big animal lovers who demonstrated complete respect for my home and my pets. A very satisfied pet owner.

Hi this is the second time Danielle has looked after Tilly. She is a lovely, caring person and Tilly is very happy when Danielle looks after her. Daniel ensures she has lovely walks and lots of cuddles which Tilly loves. She regularly sends us updates and photographs. I would highly recommend her for any future sits.

Ellie was wonderful! She took great care of Latu. She got him out for walks during the cooler part of the day and hung out with him in the yard. The house was in great shape when we got home and she was definitely self-sufficient. We had a little time to visit with her in person before and after our trip. She’s such a nice person.

Gabrille and Callum took really good care of Alexis, they were able to work around our schedule when organising the sit and left the flat in a really tidy state

This was the first time that we have had a house/pet sitter whilst we went on away and it has been a great experience. Joe is extremely personable, easy going, responsible, respectful of the house that he is looking after, and clearly cares for the animals that he is looking after. Miriam looked after my cat Whisky and my flat for two weeks and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with her. She’s the loveliest person and Whisky took to her straight away, communication was always on point throughout the sit and the flat was spotless when I returned. Sorry to say that this sit didn’t go well at all, because instructions were forgotten or not followed. Information that was important about the well-being of my dogs was not shared until the final day of the sit, and one of the dogs is now extremely unwell. This apparently started during the sit but I was not informed. Natalie didn’t seem organised or self sufficient. I offered to provide written instructions, but instead we agreed a face to face meet and greet with Natalie staying the night before our trip so she could get detailed information about the requirements. In future I will always provide detailed written instructions as I have learned from this mistake and I would advise anyone else to provide this for Natalie. There were a litany of reasons that this stay ended up being unnecessarily but extremely stressful for me and my pets, all of which could have been avoided. It’s even more disappointing to me that Natalie isn’t accepting any responsibility for how badly this sit went and what I have ended up dealing with on my return.

Tiago was SUCH a sweetheart: really organized, attentive and gave updates on the cat. He left the house in immaculate condition including washing and changing all the sheets, and left an incredibly thoughtful thank you card, which I really appreciated. I'm already organizing his return to house sit again  - thank you Tiago, you're a star!
