Tracee was a good communicator and had prepared well for the sit. Her animals are delightful and we throughly enjoyed our time with them. Tracee had been honest about her home before the sit so we knew what to expect. The house is heavily influenced by Tracee’s beliefs which we were comfortable with.
We had a really fabulous stay at Courtneys and Michael's place in Ferney- Voltaire. Our hosts were warm friendly and very helpful. Courtney kindly picked us up from the airport and even gave us their car and bikes to use during our time there!! Their home is modern with all you need for a very comfortable stay.(tge bed was amazing) It's just a short walk away from the town with THE most incredible Saturday market also a drive to so very many interesting places. Crit is the most personable puss. So characterful and sweet. We had many amusing chats with her. We would certainly return at the drop of a hat .If you get the chance to look after Crit, you will not be disappointed.
I had a wonderful time looking after Babar for Kelly and Vinod! Both were extremely communicative before the sit, making sure I knew how to get to their home from the airport. They left detailed instructions to make my sit as simple as possible, and were available through WhatsApp through the duration of my stay. When I arrived, they really took the time to get to know me which I appreciated. I felt very welcomed in their home, and it is the perfect place to visit Bordeaux (being a 30 minute bus ride from the center) but also work remotely which I had to do. The house was great to stay in and every convenience you might need was provided. Babar is a sweetheart, and by the end of my stay he was very affectionate and would follow me around the house. It is worth noting that Babar might take a few days to warm up to you, and may initially bark and keep his distance so the sit is best for someone who is used to dogs. However, it is well worth taking the time to build rapport because he is a very friendly and sweet dog who loves having his belly rubbed. I would not hesitate to come back to look after Babar! Helen and her husband were extremely welcoming, showed us around their home and its grounds and introduced us to their gorgeous furry family. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and we can honestly say we came away feeling as though we'd been on holiday ourselves! Their home is amazing, the grounds, lake and forest are stunning and for people who love nature and the outdoors this is an absolute dream. The castle itself is set in stunning grounds and the towns of Bridgwater and Taunton are only 15 minutes away. The dogs, pippin and Tarka are some of the friendliest, most joyful companions I've ever met. We will miss our evenings cuddles with them on the sofa and our daily walks in the fields. There are also 2 cats who take a few days to warm up to strangers, but once they do, they are incredibly affectionate. House sitting at Enmore has been a wonderful experience - we honestly didnt want to leave ! if you have the chance to sit here - get in quick!
Carol is the quintessential hostess! We saw so many examples of that during our stay. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and dinner the night before she left on her trip. She gave us a detailed introduction to the house and property and of course, Loki. Her home is beautiful and very comfortable with amazing views from every window. The original plan was for her to return home after the first week to regroup/repack to go on another 2.5-week trip. Unfortunately, she tested positive for covid and had to cancel the second half of her trip/our stay. Once her covid tests were normal/negative again and she had finished a 10-day quarantine she invited us back to "stay as long as you want!" We did stay another few days, but I was able to secure another THS sit nearby so we didn't overstay her very generous hospitality. Carol is an amazingly kind and generous human; we feel like we've made a lifelong friend. Loki is the sweetest little dog who loves to be part of the group and do whatever we were doing. We enjoyed many walks with him and lots of cuddles. He is very gentle and has been raised with love and kindness. I highly recommend a sit for Carol. We hope to go back someday to sit for her.

We sent our 6 month old pup out to Niall recently. He had such a good experience when I went to collect him he didn’t want to come home with me! Was nervous leaving him for the first night but was reassured he would be totally safe. Niall is such a lovely man with a great set up for the dogs. You can tell he really cares for animals. Will be 110% sending our pup out again.

My pug, Bobby has been going to Trails for Tails, for quite some time now and he has spent many nights boarding with T for T. I truly cannot recommend and praise Connie and Trails for Tails, highly enough. I have always felt 100% comfortable knowing Bobby is with Connie because then I knew he was in safe hands and he being in his happy place. Trails for Tails is a home from home environment for all the dogs and every dig is treated as one of their own. Very highly recommended!!!

Connie is a remarkable and highly qualified person, who really cares about the dogs in her charge. She is also a meticulous administrator when it comes to running her business. Our 5-year old chihuahua, Pixie, has been with Connie for daycare and boarding since she was 6 months old and she couldn't have received better care. To Pixie, and to us, Connie is a member of our extended family. 100% recommended!
We have been using Trails for Tails for 5 years and have been extremely pleased with them. We sent our puppy there as soon as he was old enough to enable him to be socialised and have longer walks than we could give him. The posts that Connie puts on Facebook/Instagram for the owners are a delight. We know that our pets are happy and enjoying themselves. Monty goes in tail up and wagging. He comes home tired but very happy. We cannot recommend Trails for Tails strongly enough. It will be difficult to find someone as trustworthy and we will miss Connie enormously. ◦
Bill went to daycare for 6 years with Connie and now she has our new puppy Bailey. Bailey gets so excited when he sees her coming up the drive. He comes home exhausted because of all the playtime with the other dogs and the lovely walks he has with Connie. I would highly recommend Connie, it’s a true home from home service. Connie has been looking after our Mini Schnauzer Eva for the past 4 years both in day care and home boarding. We cannot rate Connie enough, not only does she collect Eva and take her on beautiful walks with videos posted on Facebook so we can see her but drops her back exhausted and content. Her home boarding is outstanding and we know Eva is safe and loved and we can enjoy peace of mind on holiday knowing Eva is having a great holiday too! You are so lucky to be having Connie coming home to Ireland we are devastated to be losing her and her amazing dog care. Eva will miss her cuddles and care and we only have to see how excited she is when she sees Connie to know how well cared for she is. Good luck Connie !

Our dogs enjoy their time with Margaret, Helen and all the staff, as they are kind and caring. The dogs invariably wag their tails, as we arrive and travel up the driveway. We are sent videos, plus daily texts updating us of status. Having somewhere safe, welcoming and a 'home from home' is so reassuring as leaving them is a hardship.

Helen, Margaret and staff are always so helpful, friendly and caring. I know my dog is well looked after because when we take him out if the car he runs straight to Helen for his hug and great welcome. It is also comforting to get regular updates by text when we are away and it's great to know he is doing well. All in all I wouldn't leave my fur baby with anyone else and highly recommend Perfect Paws !!

The experience we have had with Audrey from start to finish was second to none! Contact response was super quick, Audrey is very efficient. The quick drop off was so easy and Audrey’s love for dogs is clear as day. Audrey kept me posted throughout the weekend with their adventures and my mind was at ease from the minute I text her to look after her. Nala settled in with Audrey straight away and came home content, with her bed washed and everything! Thanks so much Audrey we will be seeing you again soon.
I was able to get in contact with Audrey about taking my husky blue for a couple of nights. As a typical husky he is very hyper and full of energy but not when he came home! He had gone on so many walks and runs with Audrey that he was exhausted when he got home! It was great blue loved it, so much so he nearly didn’t want to leave! Audrey was also great over the couple of nights with communication as when I text so see how he was getting on she snapped back a couple of pictures which really put me at ease. 5 out of 5 service from blue and myself will definitely be back! 👏
Audrey took the absolute best care of our 2 dogs while we were away , she kept regular contact and sent pictures everyday which we wanted. They were walked morning and evening, when they weren't out and about they were cosied up at her fire on lovely beds. It meant so much to us to know the dogs were with a genuine dog lover and they will absolutely be going back to her again.
We were away for three days, and Audrey, who minded our dog Obi, was amazing. It is very clear that she has a great love for all animals, which really put our minds at ease. We could really enjoy our holiday knowing Obi was in a home where he was being well looked after. I got lots of lovely updates each day about how he was doing, which we loved seeing. Left Lizzie with Audrey on short notice she was welcomed as one of the family straight into this homely environment the setting and facilities are ideal and she even brought Lizzie into Limerick city centre Monday morning there are people just born to look after your pets Audrey is one of these special few and would not hesitate in leaving Lizzie with her again this really was a 5/5 experience from start to finish.
Great place! Maria is a very experienced dog behaviourist. My dog loves her place and interaction with other powsfriends. He always goes there very happily and he is back even happier.
Would highly recommend Maria if you're looking for someone to take care of your dog. My dog was nervous at first but Maria has such a good way with dogs that by the time I picked her up she was completely relaxed! Also love the videos throughout the day!!
I left my dog out with Maria for a day and it was the best thing I did so my dog was not left alone at home for the day. He was so excited to go back few days later and I would highly recommend Maria for dog care. I think he was treated better with Maria than here is at home.
