Faced with an urgent, last-minute requirement for someone to look after our 3 cats, a close friend suggested I should try Zeewoi to see if they could offer up a solution. With a guiding hand, I set up a profile and, with literally only a few days to go, launched a request for someone to help. I had around 5 people apply, but in the end, only one could meet my dates. Caroline, new herself to Zeewoi, came to the rescue and arrived, tired after a long journey, the evening before I was about to depart. She immediately settled herself in and familiarised herself with our apartment and 3 cats, leaving me free to finalise my departure arrangements. She looked after the animals for 4 weeks without any problems and provided regular photo report updates during that time. On her departure, the house was left imaculate with nothing broken or out of place. Unfortunately, a sudden medical problem with her mother meant she had to depart a week early. But, to her credit, she managed to arrange a local person to stand in, so there was no need for any action on my part. Caroline proved a reliable, adaptable, and self-confident individual who i am sure would provide a great service whatever circumstances are thrown at her.
From start to finish Ana was a fantastic house sitter. She put us at ease with a video call before we went away, had regular updates whilst we were away, and upon our return the house was lovely and clean and the pets were happy. We couldn’t have asked for more.
