I had a great experience house sitting Minnie for Fritha and her family for a weekend. The property is well located on a beautiful residential street near plenty of transport options to other parts of London and close to food shops, coffee and brunch spots. Minnie was very straight forward to look after and with Tooting common on the door step we were able to take park walks daily. I’d definitely recommend!
What a lovely sit. Mr. Dexter was such a love bug. This ball of fluff sleeps a lot so you don’t know he’s there. But he gently lets you know when it’s time to eat or have a treat. Laurie left very detailed instructions. Communication was excellent throughout. Laurie was clear on her expectations which were quite reasonable. She was always quick to respond to questions. Laurie is very organized and on top of things. My sit began just after Thanksgiving. Laurie and Chuck were kind enough to invite me to join them and their friends for Thanksgiving dinner, a gesture I deeply appreciated. The apartment is in Oviedo, in the north of Spain in the province of Asturias. They live in the historic downtown area which has the feeling of a medieval wonderland. It was immaculate, well organized, and easy to keep clean. I strongly recommend this sit and hope to cross paths again.
Mark and Cindy's 2-bedroom apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. You can't ask for a better location if you want to visit the Inner Harbour of Victoria, just walk out the door and everything is within walking distance. No need to bring a car; the buses stop right in front of the apartment. We had a lot of fun playing laser tag with Iggy. Although she came out to see us upon entering the apartment, it took a day or two for her to truly warm up to us. Mark was a good communicator, even taking the time to provide short videos of the apartment and building. We had the best visit and 9-days of sun didn't hurt, leaving us with lasting memories of how beautiful Victoria can be in the summer, with flowers in bloom everywhere. Thanks Mark and Cindy!
We were warmly welcomed and accommodated by the whole family and the animals. Buttons and Pebbles were a pleasure to care for in their lovely home. A real homely home in a great spot with plenty of local walks and footpaths and many great books!
Kelly and Ryan were such gracious hosts who walked us through everything before they left. They were very communicative and live in a really cute home near a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. Their fur babies, June and Eleanor, were very low maintenance and easy to care for. June, the pup, is so cute and warmed up instantly. Eleanor, the kitty, took a little longer to warm up but will love you if you play with her. All around great sit and would definitely recommend!
