Debbie
Bex is absolutely adorable, a lovely cat and Debbie is laid back and welcoming. I felt completely at home in Debbie's house. I arrived the night before she left, so she showed me everything but she also left thorough printed instructions with everything I needed to know. It was all very straight forward and Bex was easy to care for. There are fantastic trails through the forest a stone's throw away. It's a very quiet neighbourhood and the house is warm and comfortable. Debbie even left a bike for me to use. Would definitely recommend!

Sarah
Sarah was very welcoming and helpful at all times during the process of arranging this sitting.

I arrived 36 hours before the sitting was due to start which turned out to be a very good thing. I needed emergency laser eye surgery the day after arriving for a torn retina and ended up being stuck at Chorley hospital for much of the day. Sarah very kindly picked me up as I was not able to use my car and then drop me back to pick it up the next day prior to leaving for her vacation. - Thank you Sarah for going the extra mile and bailing me out!

Merry and Pippin and very sweet and so easy to look after, like most cats, they know what they want and when they want it so they make sure you know too!

They clearly enjoy their lifestyle and are very chilled pets. Sarah's house is very comfortable and warm with everything you could need to make your stay a very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, due to my eye situation and the rather incessant rainfall, I was unable to explore as much of the local attractions as I wanted to as I was under Dr orders to stay rested with minimal exertion (bit like the cats really). Thus I only managed a trip to the cinema in Blackburn and a small hike up through the local woods to a tranquil brook just down the road. Having had such a lot of rain, it was pretty muddy so my walking boots very much needed.

There are plenty of eateries in the area and I did manage to pop to a very popular freehouse (The Dressers) for my evening meal on the last night of the sitting.

I would happily sit again with the hope that the rain would stop and allow me to venture further afield.

Thank you Sarah for the opportunity to sit.
