Charlene and Agnes went above and beyond to help our family in a time of need. My mother had been using Charlene for years to pet sit her two siamese cats when she was out of town. Recently she fell ill and Charlene was so kind and flexible to work with us with our changing needs. And Agnes went above and beyond whenever she came to take care of the cats. I cannot recommend Charlene and her team more.

My Foster pup has stayed at the pet hotel and played at the doggy daycare. The staff at Charlenes genuinely cares about dogs and their well being. You can absolutely trust Charlenes to take care of your pup!

Our dog, Oliver, LOVES Charlene's Pet Services. Oliver goes to Doggy Day Care two times a week. He is excited when he sees where we are and jumps out of the car. The staff greets him in the morning and are happy to see him. He comes home tired so I know he has had a fun-filled day. One day I had cut his nail too short and he was still bleeding the next day at day care. They took special care of him and stopped the bleeding and he hung out with Charlene in her office for a while so he could chill out. So good to know he is well taken care of when he is there. You will be happy taking your dog here and your dog will be even happier :)

Highly recommend. This team takes amazing and loving care of my Golden Retriever and it is all from the comfort of my home. They give me such piece of mind because I know when they are watching my Golden she is in amazing hands.

I use Charlene's for dog walking and they are wonderful. Steph and Shana are professional, fun, and my dog loves them! They leave notes about their visits, are flexible, and are very easy to work with. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone interested.

I do not care for the way this pet sitting service deals with clients. I called to ask about pet sitting for a handicapped pet, explaining his special needs. I was told by the owner, Charlene, that she was not sure she had sitters available during that time period, but she would get back to me. I waited for a week or so and did not hear anything back, so I called and was advised that they could not help. I felt it was unprofessional for them not to get back to me, even if they could not help. Just let me know, one way or the other so I am not left hanging. Several months later I ran into a pet sitter who was walking a neighbor's dog. It turned out she was from Charlene's and when I told her about my recent experience. she advised me that there had been plenty of sitters available, they simply did not want the job. Fortunately we found another pet sitting service in the area who is very happy to have our business and do whatever it takes to help. The pet sitters themselves at Charlene's may be good but my experience showed me that management does not really care and regards the needs of handicapped pets as not even worth a return phone call.

If you are looking for a pet service, this is it!! I use Charlene's Pet sitting for dog walking. This service is extremely reliable, responsible and the will love your dog as their own. I haven't used the doggie day-care, but based on my experience with dog walking, I would not hesitate to use them if the need arised.

Marissa did an amazing job. This was our first time ever having someone other than family watch our dogs and we were absolutely blown away. We found someone who cares as much about my dogs as I do. We found our permanent pet sitter hands down. We can't wait for our next trip away to use her again!

Just finished a 2-week vacation overseas with Marissa and her team caring for 2 elderly Shepards in our home. This is the first time we used Pampered Pups. They came highly recommended from neighbors. They didn't disappoint. They were a WOW. Will use them again. Great reports and photos every time they came to our house. I believe our dogs were disappointed when we came home. We use Disney's Pet Care facility when we are in FLA. Marissa and her team out-Disney Disney. Would highly recommend them. They are great.

Marissa and her staff has been a game changer for us. For 20 years we took our dogs to a wonderful kennel. We live on a busy street and we always worried about pups getting away from sitters. Our Newfies are almost 11 and 14 and we thought they’d be happier in their own home while we were away. All of the people who have taken care of them since we started are just awesome. Amazing communication with the staff and Marissa. We have traveled a lot in the last few months only because our dogs are in such great care. Thankyou Marissa and staff! A literal life saver. I was using another service while I was away, and quickly became uncomfortable with the care I felt my puppy was getting. I called Marissa in literal tears, left a message and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was so worried it was too late to use her services in this emergent last minute situation. She calmed my nerves, got me on the books immediately for the next day, and made me feel comfortable and assured my baby would be cared for. I can definitely be an overbearing nervous dog mom, and she didn’t make me feel bad or overbearing at all. Marissa actually validated my feelings and took the extra steps to text and keep me in the loop the next day. I cannot recommend her services enough! her responsiveness, understanding, the updated, the photos, all of it. 10/10 highly recommend.

We were in a pinch with our puppies and cats, family vacation at risk. I posted on Facebook asking for help and was referred to Pampered Pups by Marissa. While she was on vacation Marissa organized coverage for us. This enabled our family to spend the 4th of July at the beach house with our full extended family. We were nervous as we always take the dogs with us and have friends check in on the cats while we are gone. After reading the reviews we felt confident. Now here we are a week later writing our own 5 star review. Michele, our dog sitter was amazing. She brought toys for the dogs, sent pictures of them having fun in the backyard and on walks. Our cats were taken care of, even our small fish were happy. Thank you so much, Michele. You made us comfortable to the point that we could relax and enjoy our time away. See you next time!!!

I have used Pampered Pups for twice-a-day cat care, once for an overnight trip and once for a weeklong trip, and both times were great! I really appreciate the pictures and summaries that are sent after every visit. My cat has minor health issues, so I am thankful to have in-home pet sitting that keeps her happy and healthy, and helps me not to worry about her. So grateful to have Pampered Pets in my town.

Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. We've been taking our dogs for years to a wonderful kennel. They are older and we didn't have the heart to not leave them at home where they are happiest. Our first experience with Marissa and her team was outstanding. Morgan took such good care of our dogs..pics and reports several times per day. We felt so comfortable and reassured. I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. We just boarded our cavalier Lily with Emily for 8 days and we could not be happier with the entire experience! Emily made sure Lily would be very comfortable staying with her, and sent frequent pictures and updates on how Lily was doing throughout her stay. Lily has some separation anxiety issues but she flourished at Emily's and came back to us 100% happy and relaxed. Lily is definitely looking forward to staying with Emily again!

I met Emily this past summer at Royersford's Community Day festivities and boy am I glad I did! My pup was immediately enamoured by her from the minute they met at her tent at the fair. Emily is personable and has a clear love for the work she does - not to mention, her and her mom make the cutest knitwear. At the time, I was new to the area and was nervous I wouldn't be able to find someone who would take on a little puppy like mine, but Emily was up for the challenge. She is accommodating, communicative, and detail oriented. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your fur baby like their own, Emily's the woman for the job!

It’s amazing to have someone close by who we trust, to watch our little dog while we were away on vacation! We boarded our dog for a weekend with Emily and it was a great experience. My dog can be shy around new people and other dogs which normally makes for a stressful experience. But my dog really enjoyed her stay and Emily kept us updated with text messages and photos. Looking forward to booking with Emily in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with the care Ozzie received while we were on vacation. Emily’s knowledge and experience allowed her to handle our young puppy with ease, even when he got sick. Go on vacation with No Worries! We love Roam Away From Home and highly recommend Emily! We recently took a 2 week vacation and felt comfortable the whole time that our dogs were in good care. Whether it was a text, picture, or video, Emily kept us informed on how they were doing every single day. We were very fortunate to find Roam Away From Home!! Emily is wonderful and she took fantastic care of our 7 year old chihuahua mix Josh that we rescued 3 months ago. Absolutely, hands down, the best boarding, daycare, grooming and rescue in the area. Victoria is the kindest, gentlest, compassionate person I have left my boys with since moving back to the Philly area. She sent use updates and pictures everyday and I felt completely at ease with her and her husband from our first meeting. Mickey and Rocky came home exhausted in that “we had a great time way”!!! Found EnVi on Google. Read some reviews and went to go do a meet and greet with our 4 lb HavaPoo named Scrappy-Do. The owners house was awesome. She had a great set-up with lots of employees and plenty of room for the dogs. We were told to bring whatever she is comfortable with, we brought her sleeping crate and some toys. The owner texted pics of scrappy every day. We felt very comfortable leaving her with ENVi. (Victoria). On our day of pickup there were lots of happy dogs playing about. They are life saviors. Gus frequents their day care and I also board him there when I travel. For context, Gus is a 2 year old white English bulldog. For non-bulldog owners, it means I have a high maintenance dog that can’t be outside for long during summer months because it’s hot and he can have a heat stroke; it means that he’s on medications more often than he’s not; or that he’s recovering after yet another surgery… Through all of that, I have 0 hesitation to leave Gus with them and never think twice if Gus is okay. Considering how careful/attentive one needs to be to keep my dog healthy, they are more than on it. I never had a single issue. As a matter of fact, I had to board Gus just last week due to work travel and he was 2 weeks after serious leg surgery. They are a Godsend and I don’t know what I would do without them.

My Doberman puppy Athena has only been boarded and at the doggy day care a handful of times but ENVI is a God sent! Victoria is so flexible and understanding with time it’s so helpful for anyone with a unsteady schedule. And my pup comes home so tired and we’ll taken care of for such a affordable price! I recommend everyone I Can about them. Definitely a place you want your dog to be at if you want a peace of mind that they are in good hands. I cannot recommend ENVI enough!

Golden Leash made my wedding day with my pups a BREEZE! Alex and Stephanie were fantastic! They picked my dogs up on time, brought them to the venue to get acclimated and made sure they stayed cool in the AC until the ceremony started! They also dropped them off back at home and fed them their dinner afterward! My dogs were so happy to be involved and having a team I trusted to handle them during such a special time was incredibly important. They followed my written instructions and timeline to a T and even dressed in cocktail attire in case they were caught in photos!! I would highly recommend GLPC for anyone who wants their pups to be part of their special day. I didn't have a worry in the world with Alex and Stephanie there! 10/10!

Golden Leash is beyond the best choice! For my pack of wild animals, they have been a gift. My two dogs are a handful but I never worry about the walkers handling them. Each one is professional and treats my pets like their own. We used their services for the weekend of our wedding and couldn’t have been happier.

We have used Golden Leash for both dog walks and overnight care with our dogs and they've been awesome! Our dogs are very high energy/reactive with other dogs and sometimes need special attention and the walkers were great with them. Both Christina and Alex stayed at our house on separate occasions and when we came home everything was super clean and they sent updates and pictures the whole time. I use Golden Leash 4/5 workdays a week to take care of my three pups. The staff are amazing and always read my notes about the pups. I have a reactive dog that requires patience and space and a dog who had major surgery this year. Everyone has been attentive to their needs and communicated when necessary to make sure they are taken care of and safe. I've also used them a number of times for in-home dog sitting while I am away and that has been amazing, too. Maggie is typically the staff member to stay with them and she is fantastic with them. They love her, she sends me updates and pictures, and she takes special care of my reactive pup who gets extra anxious when I am away. I can tell how much she cares about them. Golden Leash is wonderful and my pups LOVE having them come to visit them.

Great place for your dogs! My wife used to work at their animal hospital and when we got our pup we knew we would use them. No regrets! The staff is incredibly friendly and our dog absolutely loves going there!!

WagMore is awesome. I bring Katy once or twice a week. As soon as I tell her we are going to the daycare she gets super excited. All of their staff is super cool. They always greet us with a smile and tell us how happy they are about having Katy with them. They do a lot of different activities like playing at the pool, playing with bubbles and many others. They also host events like Shark Week, Halloween or St Patrick's. We really like them and what's most important Katy loves going to WagMore.

The best place to take your dog, the staff cares so much about all the pups and they are super communicative. Amazing day camp and the vet is also fantastic

Tucker has been attending Wagmore for a few years now and runs to his person upon seeing her. The staff are so nice and although I would love to see him via a camera during the day, I'm confident that he is well taken care of because he comes home happy and exhausted. When they have time, they post pics of the dogs on IG & Facebook. He's a bit of a teacher's pet more than a dog's dog and they cater to his strengths. He goes about once a week and more often if I have to travel for work. They also try to accommodate us when I have a last minute need by putting us on a waiting list should there be a cancellation.

Can't say enough about this daycare. Our dog, Hawk has been going here since he was a puppy; he's now 8. The staff and the dogs that are there are great!

Was having issues with my puppy's overabundance of energy. Started talking him to Wagmore and results have been beyond my expectations. Max is a very happy puppy. He looks forward to his days at Wagmore. Staff is great!! Would highly recommend Wagmore

Wagmore has the best staff and the truly tucker out my Vizsla, that in itself is 5 stars worthy! They take great pics of your pupper at play and post them on Facebook. They've got lots of activities like "bubble day", "find the human", "pool party" and "sniff the treat". Just know your pupper or pups are in great hands when they join the wagmore crew.

Our dog was bitten on his face and ears on two separate occasions there (within a couple of weeks) and we were told that the owners of the biter were long time clients so they wouldn’t take any action. We were told to either switch days (which they admitted we’d be bumped if the longtime customer decided they wanted that day), they would crate our dog instead of letting him play, or we could find another daycare. My dog required medical treatment and has scars on his face and ears resulting from this place. This is not a safe place to leave your pet.

Was at the vet office next door for 45 minutes and the entire time, a dog was barking outside, clearly not happy being stuck in 31 degree temperatures. They should really be more attentive.

We were so fortunate to have found Christina through an ad we placed through Sittercity to watch our many pets when we were away. Christina is an excellent pet sitter and she is caring, honest and very trustworthy and there is no one that my wife and I trust more to care for our 2 Siamese cats, 11 parakeets and 2 beta fish whenever we go away. Christina is very reliable and comes when she says she will and we always confirm our upcoming pet sitting dates that we need Christina for and she always confirms the dates. When she comes to our home, she plays with our cats, Hershey and Misty, with the many toys that we have for them and she brushes them. Whenever Christina watches our babies, she sends us pictures and videos of our pets as well as updates via text message. We went away to Orlando, FL in August 2016 for 2 weeks and she watched our pets the entire time coming once in the morning and one in the evening to care for our babies. We already have multiple dates in 2017 set up with Christina for her to watch our pets when we are away on vacation. Our two cats missed us so much but Christina gave them a lot of love and affection when we were away. Our cats love the attention and thrive on it. There is no one that my wife, Nicole and I trust more to care for our babies. We know that our pets are in very good hands when we go away. I highly recommend Christina and her pet sitting services. She is excellent and will do a great job caring for your pets.

Christina took care of our 2 newfoundlands for 2 weeks. One of them got sick while we were away and Christina prepared a special diet and picked up medicine from the vet. We couldn't be more satisfied with the care our dogs received. When you are thousands of miles away and your dog gets sick, you need someone you can trust to care for them. I would 100% recommend Christina's Pet Sitting to care for your pets while you are on vacation.

We used Christina this past week and were very nervous as we have never left our poochies before and she couldn’t of made us feel more comfortable!! She did daily check in’s and was available anytime for any questions or concerns. We felt completely at ease being out of town knowing that our fur babies were in great hands. We will definitely be using her for any future needs whether it be daily visits or overnights and would highly recommend her!

Christina could not have done a better job. I had such peace of mind while on my honeymoon. Not only were my dogs happy but the house was not empty while we were away. I have two large "playful" dogs and she took them on with no problem. I feel good that we have build the working relationship with her to be able to use her in the future.

Christina watches my dogs and both of my sisters dogs! My one sister has used her for overnights several times an my other sister went to highschool with her. I was told she is sweet and definitely someone you would trust in your home and trust with your pets. I agree with my sisters and will definitely be referring her to others!! Highly recommended!!

I've used TLPC for a few years now. I know my older pug, Gus, just adores Brett. Gus is normally very excitable around guys, but when we first met Brett, Gus calmed down in about 30 seconds--Brett's energy was just right, and that told me TLPC was right for my pugs. He took care of Gus and my beloved (now passed) Jazz and now Gus with Chica, my most recent pug addition to the family. Though it's never easy to travel and leave either or both of my pugs behind, I know they will get the best care from TLPC!

Tender Loving Pet care is the best pet care business around as far as I am concerned. Their kennel has tons of space and for the most part your animals will be in the house having family time with the sitters. If I refer a bad service, naturally it makes me look bad. I was thrilled to find Tender Loving Pet Care. I honestly cannot even begin to tell you how many of my clients went out of their way to call me and thank me for making the introduction. My clients use their services for the kennel, dog walks, and checking in on their animals while they are away on vacation. You will find the utmost professionalism from this company. Five stars all the way!!!

Tender Loving Pet Care is one of the best pet sitters I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They took excellent care of my large tropical fish tank and my tortoise. Will definitely use them again.

We have been using Tender Loving Pet Care for almost 3 years. They have been very good about making adjustments to our ever changing schedule and I can always depend on them when I am in need. The have a wonderful pet sitting staff and a kennel that feels just like home.

I highly recommend Tender Loving Pet Care and all the services they provide. I have been with TLPC for over a year for daily day care. My young Pit Bull gets excited when we arrive and can't wait to get out of the car and go play in their huge great yard as well as go on controlled walks. The facility is clean and has nice big rooms for her overnight stays. Brett and his family are also very knowledgeable about the animals they care for and you really won't find a better place or people to care for your pet when you can't be with them. I had tried other services and this is by far the best environment and care.

I have been using TLC for 10 years, since Brett started his business. TLC offers all the services we need including overnight boarding. TLC has a great staff of walkers who always accommodate MY schedule. They also leave a Status Card after each visit, so I know what time they arrived/departed and what activities were rendered during the visit (walk, pee, poop, treats given, etc). I take great comfort in knowing my precious dog is in good hands with TLC.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Took excellent care of our service dog who was in a kennel for the first time in her 7 years. Gave her a bath and she looked and smelled unbelievable for 2 weeks. Her coat was shiny and the blew out a ton of under hair. Thank you for an awesome experience. We will be back!!!

Marcus is our 9 year old "child"and my wife & I never boarded him. We have reservations to be away for almost 2 weeks and we thought we'd give Molly's a try. We gave him a trial day yesterday and he absolutely loved it!!! In two weeks we will leave our 95 pound golden doodle there and we're not as hesitant as we were because we know the people there love our dog as much as we do.

We love Molly’s!! We take our dog here 3 days a week for the doggy day care and he absolutely loves it. They offer training during school or after and have trail hikes, pool days, and cookouts all for your dogs! They’re amazing. John and Anne are wonderful!

Is absolutely outrageous. My daughters and I put our 4 dogs here for overnight.. Drop them off at four , pick them up at eight am.fifty a m , and they charged us two nights for that. 54 per night. Ok that's the rate. But they charged 108. How is this 2 nites? $487 for 4 dogs. Called and was told this is how we do it. So it's $108/nite.no. 54. Expressed my disdain and was told OK about a dozen times. Not OK. Daughter also told me she was not allowed to see inside facilities at drop off. Nit permitted. Find some other place. ANY OTHER PLACE. Oh. Forgot drop off times are 8-11 OR 4-6. What's up with that? One guy said be glad they don't work a full day. It'd be even more.

Molly’s has been a godsend!!! We’ve used them for training and boarding for years but most recently got a Doberman puppy right before COVID and suddenly couldn’t socialize her with people or other dogs. This is our first Doberman and we were struggling a bit with behaviors. Between training and Day School, she is a wonderful dog and I have gained confidence in handling her. I can’t thank them enough and recommend them to anyone who needs training, boarding, and/or day school.

Molly’s is a well-organized, clean, and fun place for our dog. We use Molly’s for boarding, grooming and day school a couple days each week. John, Anne and staff take their responsibility to your pet seriously and will work with you to optimize your pet’s experience. Plus, they clearly like to have fun with their furry friends, throwing numerous parties, complete with food and photos. We rescued our dog from her third shelter and Molly’s worked with us right out of the gate to customize care for this anxious 7-month-old pupper. I highly recommend Molly’s!

My family and our dog Nala love Molly's!! Great staff who treats you like family! Their services are amazing and thanks to John and Molly's training services our dog is calmer, listens and our son is no longer afraid of her because she is no longer hyper when she is around him and he was able to learn the commands John taught her and us so he now has some control over how she behaves in his presence! We highly recommend Molly's to our friends, family, and anyone looking for a place where they treat pets and their owners like family!

Molly’s is far more than a doggy daycare or boarding facility. It is a second family for your dog where they are trained, loved, socialized and just get to have fun. They have parties for every season/occasion. It has made my dog one of the happiest and well-trained dogs I’ve ever had! Their groomer is also wonderful. They really do treat your pet like family! I HIGHLY recommend Molly’s Country Kennels! 5+ stars!

I really wanted to like Molly's because of how convenient the location is to my home. I just don't. It just isn't worth the price. First they charge you per calendar day. So if you board your dog overnight you pay for two days. (Starts at $38 per day which includes nothing, so $76 for an overnight stay). On top of that their hours suck, with limited windows to pick up and drop off. I got the Me Time package so my dog was walked so that is $104 for an overnight. So a Saturday late afternoon drop off to Tuesday morning pick up is $214. The people who work there are not friendly-no smiles or warmth towards me the customer or my people-loving dog. No progress report about the dog’s stay. After trying them again in a pinch, I know I will never go back. There are other kennels out there that are significantly less expensive and have similar accommodations and much better hours I will just have to drive farther.

We’ve been taking our babies to Mollys Country Kennels for almost 9 years. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are the only ones that we would trust with our 2 precious handfuls. We have boarded with them and trained with them too. We have never had a single negative experience.
