Great place for daycare. Dropping off my crazy Aussie here was a breeze and Matt was very attentive to my handling instructions. Definitely above and beyond care. Way better than using big chain dog boarding facilities so I look forward to bringing my boy back in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Ellie and Matthew. They treat your babies like their babies I have been taking my American Bulldog to them since he was a year old. And my Jango loves them!! When we walk him down that street he knows where he is going and practically pulls my husband with him. I highly recommend using them when you need someone who will take care of and love your pet.

Matthew and his family really take good care of our puppies, a German Shephard and a Morkie, which both are not a year old yet. They always come back happy, and the next time, they seem looking forward to it! He always sends photos and check in throughout the duration of the boarding. We appreciate having Elly's Pine Castle and our chosen dog boarding facility. Thank you, Matthew!

Our dog loves Elly's and we're so thankful to have found them! They've been her sitter for several years and we travel more confidently knowing that she's in good hands while we're away. Even when she was a new boarder and was skittish and nervous, we knew they were taking good care of her and working with her, and now she's always so excited to go!

If you’re looking for dog boarding or just play dates to get your dog socialized & better around certain surroundings this is the place to go. They’re well trained people & seen improvement in our dog social skills since using them. Would highly recommend 10/10 times.

Ben and Reta are Amazing!!! Was looking for a last minute boarding place for my Dog Cody and I’m so glad I found these two!! They made sure my little Cody was well taken care of and the love they have for animals is beyond words! My boyfriend and I were staying in Orlando for a few days to go to universal and we loved that throughout each day they would send us cute updates of our Cody and what he was up to. When we first arrived at Ben and Reta’s, they sat on the floor so that Cody felt comfortable and took their time getting to know him. They don’t require that you crate your animals which I loved, because I wanted my Cody to feel at home. Their daily rate was more than reasonable and they don’t try to charge you all these extra fees like a lot of other Pet resort places do. If you’re looking for a dog boarding place that will go above and beyond to take tremendous care of your pet/pets look no further. I don’t think I could bear to take my Cody anywhere else when I visit Orlando. Thank you guys again so much!!!

Ben and Reta are exactly who should be watching your fur babies. They love animals and are very thoughtful to our expectations of a caregiver. They listed to and honored our parameters. Since everyone has different framework for their pets, we really appreciate this. We got tons of pics and videos of our active puppies. They treated them so well we were worried they wouldn’t want to leave. We can’t say enough about these sitters that feel like fam. ❤️

Ben and Rita are amazing! We were lucky to find them a few years ago when we were going out of town for a few days and never had left our pups home. We have 4 dogs, all different personalities. Ben made our vacation by showing our pups love and taking great care of them. He sent us a ton of pictures and videos of our pups during our vacation. Our pups love Ben and Rita! Benjamin and Reta are exceptionally well with my two dogs. Being a first time dog owner I was always afraid to put the trust in others to take care of my dogs but the moment I found Ben and Reta , made all fear go away. I’ve been using them since my boy Ace was a puppy and now he’s 1 almost 2 in June. Ben always provided me with knowledge about dogs being that I was a first time owner. In the beginning I only had Ace and even transitioning to having Tyson, the experience remained the same. Ben and Reta definitely love our dogs like they’re their dogs. It’s a true paradise experience for Ace and Tyson. They are very hands on and always make my boys feel loved and happy. I have used them for house drop in visits and boarding. They play outside and take them on walks. They always make sure my dogs have fresh water, food and clean bowls. Photos and videos are always provided from the time they enter the home until the time they leave and I appreciate them for making sure my home is secured before leaving. During boarding, unlike most people. I was able to visit their home and actually see where my dogs would be spending time. They have a beautiful home very safe and secure. Same as drop in visits , photos and videos are sent throughout their stay. Majority of the day and definitely throughout their entire stay we are updated with photos. They make sure they have all dog information before boarding. From the doctor they attend, shot records , food they eat, and they make sure they ask for anything we may not want them to have or do. Which is important! I truly have nothing to worry about when it comes to my dogs. Thank you guys so much. We deeply appreciate it!

My husband and I are SKEPTICAL about boarding places because of past experiences. We went on a hunt for a new boarder due to ours having an emergency. We bumped into Doggy Doodle Stuff Pet Care Services and it was the BEST experience we had. Ben and Reta welcomed us into their home for a meet and greet. In the past meet and greets have been at the front door or none at all. We were invited to sit down and offered water. They both sat on the floor to meet my baby Novah at her level which for me meant A LOT. Ben and Reta both sat there for about 30 minutes to get to know us. They also had every room in their home opened so Novah can scope the place and feel it out. This isn’t common! They then walked us to their backyard to show us and played catch with Novah for about 15 minutes. Ben and Reta gave us hugs and let us know we were more than welcomed to have Novah there if needed. So guess what? We booked them. When we dropped Novah off we left crying because we have separation issues with her lol. When I say that I did NOT have to worry about Novah I mean it. We received pictures and videos the entire time. They even allowed Novah on their bed to watch TV with them. Who does that? Ben and Reta!!!! When we picked Novah up she was excited to see us but she didn’t drag us to the car like she has in a few other places. She was ok with going back in while Reta handed us her belongings. She even went back to Reta and sat by her legs. Novah came home pooped from the vacation she had with her Uncle Ben and Aunt Reta. If you LOVE your doggie like me and have anxiety leaving them places, I can guarantee that Ben and Reta is the way! They actually LOVE the dogs and take care of them like their own. They do not just dog sit them. Thank you so very much guys we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. The family caring for her and the other dogs are very nice, loving and knowledgable to their needs. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. Thank you so much Grammy and grandpa for taking awesome care of Nico !!!

We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. I loved getting update photos all day long making me feel at ease while my family enjoyed time at the amusement parks.

My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! I left him 3 days over night and I can’t thank them enough and to top it off their prices are so affordable. Again thank you so much for all you do!

I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.

Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. They were quick to respond to messages and always willing to answer any questions. I would recommend everyone who has a small dog who needs care in Orlando to use Whiskers and Paws!

One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog, look no further. Betty and Rick are absolutely incredible. Our dog is very old and is starting to have some medical issues. Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷

Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.

I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.

Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!

5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. Highly recommend, and we will be planning another visit to Whisker and Paws soon! Thank you guys for everything!

My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!

I’ve been taking my golden retriever, Ruby, to V.I.Pet Resort since the beginning of 2024, and I’m beyond happy with all their services and incredible staff. Ruby has gone for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and each experience has been fantastic. During her most recent boarding stay, she had a small ear infection, and the staff went above and beyond in caring for her. They even sent me pictures during her stay! The groomer offered to dye her tail pink and purple and painted her nails pink—she looks so cute and always seems happy and well cared for when she’s with them. I completely trust V.I.Pet Resort to take care of Ruby when I’m out of town or when she needs some socialization at daycare. I love that they do holiday events and celebrate when it’s a dog’s bday. Their team is amazing—friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. Once, while I was away, Ruby developed a UTI, and they worked with my vet to get her diagnosed, medicated, and cared for until I could return. Their communication was constant and reassuring throughout, which made a world of difference. I’m so grateful I found V.I.Pet Resort. I highly recommend them—10/10!

We are Miami natives and took our baby snow here while we were at universal which is 10 minutes away and they were absolutely amazing! They sent lots of pics and vids, were very kind with her & us, groomed her nicely, gave us the sweetest report card etc. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we visit the parks again! I have been bringing my dog Mookie to VIP for about a year now and couldn’t be happier. I have brought my dog to a few different boarding places over the years and they are by far the best, you can tell they truly care about the pets! Every time we walk in they greet Mookie by name, it’s such a nice personal touch. My favorite part is the pictures/updates they send!!

Our corgi had a blast at daycare and boarding! The staff was incredible! We got photo updates and notes on her behavior. It helped reduce our stress about leaving our dog while we went to DisneyWorld. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a friendly dog!

Our kids love coming here any time we are in Orlando. This Thanksgiving we made a point to come to Orlando for their 8th Birthday's Brother & Sister. Best daycare ever. Picture of them passed out in bed, after a full day of Vipet Resort Fun! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care our babies. They will be back tomorrow morning. Only place we will leave our kids.

The employees at VIPet Resort take excellent care for my fur baby. As a rescue dog, he was shy and aggressive in the first few weeks after adopting him. But now he loves to get belly rubs and snuggle with them which often makes for some good photos of him having a great time at daycare.

My Maltipoo pup Piper is a regular when we travel to Orlando. The staff is amazing! ⭐️ Kind, thoughtful, and very responsive to making sure it’s a great experience for your pet and parents. Plus the facilities are extremely clean and very well maintained. Play areas have plenty of room and experiences for them to have fun. I love the Champions Club for smaller breeds, Piper made some great furry friends there. Five Stars, yes!!!!

We had a very good experience. The staff were very friendly as well. My two cats, Noll and Mango, stayed here for the day in their own closed in space, which was just the service we needed while repairs were happening in the house. Thanks!

Absolutely LOVE this place! I truly wish that they were located near my home. We needed a place for our dog to stay (5 days) during a family trip to Kissimmee. Fortunately, they were 20 min away from where we stayed. Not only did they provide daily pics of her, but she looked so well kept and happy. I felt so at ease when I received those pictures. As long as you give them full instructions and pack the proper care items for your pet, they will treat them as if it's their own. Very nice staff. Would definitely take her once a week as a play pal if I lived local. Amazing experience for my girl, Solei!

We have been taking our dog here since he was of legal age and vaccination to attend. It’s been over 2 years now and it’s his home away from home. The staff treat him like their own and he’s always so excited to walk in. They love him as much as he loves them and I can’t ask for more from a daycare facility. Excellent place to consider for your dog!

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.

I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! Special shout out to Jess and Valerie who are amazing and friendly :) I will continue to use miss Emily since I trust them! & recommend for any pet parents in the area

my pup LOVES it here and always comes home happy-as-can-be! (and tired after a fun day, lol!) i feel confident that my baby is safe during her day at daycare, as it is free play. the staff is very transparent about how they run their daycare program, so i don’t have a doubt that she’ll have a fun, safe day, every day! every staff member i speak with is super friendly and shows immense care for each and every dog that comes in. i recommend Miss Emily’s to all my friends and family! Miss Emily’s is the perfect place to take my pup knowing she’s in safe and caring hands. The staff at Miss Emily’s treats my baby like family!! She plays all day with her friends and always comes home passed out from a full day of fun at Miss Emily’s!

My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

We have been at Miss Emily’s for 7 years! My dog Malley goes to daycare 5 days a week!!! We love the staff and everything about this daycare! I would not trust anyone else with my precious baby girl!

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

We’ve done both daycare and boarding due to travel. The attention is excellent and their services are outstanding. The staff is friendly and professional and take good care of our pet. We took our dear Olivia for a bath and to get her claws trimmed. She gets shy at first but then has an awesome time with the other doggies at the center. 🐾 Happy places make happy dogs! 🐶

If i could put 0 stars i would but, since they took my boy in last minute for christmas i guess they get one star. i dropped my boy off at a healthy 80lbs and he comes back with his ribs showing, noticeably smaller and immediately gorging down a bowl of food (he has never done this, he is a slow eater.) i only received back a few cups of food when he was sent with 8 cups a day and it seems as though he ate none of it. Pictures of my boy before and after. My boyfriend also told me when picking him up it reeks of urine in the building.

Amazing service. We dropped him off for daycare and picked him up with no issues. Staff is very friendly. Our dog did not get sick, when we have taken him to other doggy daycares he gets sick the following day. I absolutely love this place. 💗 🐶 thank you guys! …

Incredible, honestly. I made last minute plans for daycare for my service dog. He came back tired, happy, and thanks to a reasonably priced bath: clean. He was howling in every picture they posted so clearly he enjoyed himself. A literal vacation lifesaver and treated us like regulars. Would definitely come back.

My husband and I were traveling from out of town to go to Universal theme parks in Orlando when we learned that our puppy has some pretty bad separation anxiety and would not be able to stay in our hotel room unattended. Hounds Town was a huge life saver! They were able to schedule the puppy's evaluation for the very next day and we were able to leave him there after the eval. They took wonderful care of our boy and we are so thankful we found them. We are coming back in December and are looking forward to bringing him there again during our stay. I would highly recommend!

I have loved my experience bringing my dog, Zack, to daycare at Hounds Town! He comes home happy and tired. What keeps me coming back is the photos they post of the dogs having a blast at daycare! I love seeing that he’s happy and playing with his little friends.

There is so much I want to say I don’t know where to begin. Hounds town is an amazing place to leave your pet. This was our first time traveling with our pet and we didn’t want to leave him alone in the hotel while we went to the parks. I searched for doggy day cares in the area and hounds town listened to all of my concerns and patiently answered every one of my questions. They made me feel very comfortable and when I brought my dog in they treated him with so much care it was great! We will definitely be leaving our dog at Hounds Town again!! Thank you

We found this place on Friday. We had never heard of them and apparently they just opened 5 months ago. The staff were very nice and helpful as we filled out all the paperwork. They then tested our dogs with one of the dogs there and apparently they passed. We dropped them off. We called on Saturday and checked on them and then picked them up on Sunday. The dogs were happy. I took my dog out to pee and he went right back in with me with no hesitation. The dogs were happy but exhausted. They slept a lot the next 24 hours. We will be back to Hound town.

We took our very active puppy here once and he immediately loved it! He always loves visiting his friends at Hounds Town, and they always welcome him bright and early in the morning! I love being able to see photos of his day at Hounds Town, while I’m at work, and seeing how happy he is there! I highly recommend bringing any level of activity dog to Hounds Town! Can’t leave your dog at home alone all day while you’re at work? Hounds Town’s got you covered! They will make you and yours happy!!

Just want to say how incredible this place is, my dogs Mac & Miller will complete their month long stay on 10/1/22 and we have had nothing short of an incredible experience. The foster who was caring for my 2 pups abandoned them at the shelter without my knowledge, I was incredibly distraught not knowing what to do (we are in a temp living situation & couldn't have them) - I inquired here and they got them in QUICK! They are wonderful people and a beautiful facility! We finally get them back and move into our new home next week!!! I just love how active they are with posting pictures/videos every day, and the email communication is also top tier! I HIGHLY recommend them & will be utilizing this facility in the future 10000%!!!!

They took great care of our fur babies! We have two small dogs, one of whom is almost 16 years old and has always had us around, but I had no worries because I knew they were being well cared for. They were flexible with our delayed flight and stayed in constant contact in case our schedule changed. Our dogs were happy, cuddled, walked, and you could feel the love they have for dogs!

I had an excellent experience with the staff being friendly and they took great care of my Golden fur baby while I was away. The facilities were a safe and comfortable environment for the doggies. & I also appreciated the updates and photos they sent me so I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and caring place to board their dog.

We cannot say enough good things! Our ten year old lab had the time of his life and was treated as if he was part of the family. When we came home he was super happy, not stressed, and we are over the moon that we have a safe, comfortable space for him to stay during future vacations when he is not able to come. Highest recommendations!!

We were down from TN visiting my mother in law and discovered that our 7mo Yellow lab was suffering from separation anxiety whenever we left her condo ...... much to the annoyance of her neighbors. We had planned to take our kids to Gatorland and were at a loss and felt terrible that the kids would be disappointed. We found Danielle and her husband online and they literally saved our vacation! They treated our fur baby like one of their own and even sent me pictures of him playing with their dogs during the day. The price was very reasonable and they were only about 10 minutes from the park! I would absolutely use them again when I'm in the area. 5/5 stars all day!!

Danielle and JR took such great care of our dog while we were on vacation. I will definitely use them as my new place to watch my fur baby for any out of town trips! Loved the photo updates they send as well!

I only have good things to say about Woof Tang! We were struggling to deal with major anxiety issues in our Samoyed, Oz. He would bark/lunge at other dogs on walks and panic if new people came to the house. We couldn’t do much to get his attention when he got in this state and were struggling with how to best train in these situations. My husband and I had done some prior training with a different company, but didn’t see great results. Oz stayed with Woof Tang for 3 weeks in the board/train program with Lexi and Tai. We were nervous leaving Oz for so long and wondering if he could really work through his issues, but we knew we couldn’t keep going how we were. To help ease our minds, Lexi messaged us about our boy’s progress and frequently posted his training sessions on social media. After 3 weeks, Oz has come back in tip-top shape!! We are extremely impressed. Lexi took about 2 hours on pickup day to show us how we should be handling Oz going forward and all his new skills. It was clear that she spent a lot of time with him and figured out what worked best for Oz and his quirks rather than just using a copy paste training template. We can loose leash walk (and even no leash walk) around our neighborhood now and not have to be embarrassed by constant pulling and barking! We can have people over to the house and he’s not jumping and barking on our guests too. There was some concern that he wouldn't act as good for us as he did for the trainers, but that wasn't true at all. He's still 100% when it is just us and no Woof Tang trainer. We really didn’t think all this would be possible and are very happy with the results. Highly recommend it if you are considering the board/train program! I just wish we had done it sooner. On a side note, we have also loved utilizing the normal boarding services and daycare options here. It’s so nice to watch our dog from the many cameras and see staff actually playing with the dogs!

Lexi and her team at Woof Tang are INCREDIBLE! We brought our reactive pitbull mix, Umbra, to Lexi and Tai for the the board and train program. Before this program we could not even walk our dog because he would aggressively react to people and other dogs. Since this program, our dog has been able to go on walks, interact more with people and even be boarded at their facility with no problems. Their training is amazing and you can actually tell that everyone there truly cares about these dogs. Also, we have used their day care/boarding services. We are huge fans because we are able to get updates and know that our dog is well taken care of when he goes.

12/10! I am VERY careful where I choose to board my dogs. I have two very different, full of personality huskies and I always trust WoofTang 110%. I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone’s cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it’s an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (2 photos of the work added!) Bottom line, if you found this facility and you If you love your dog(s) you struck gold!!

Lexi and her team worked with our Golden doodle Griffin for an intensive 3 weeks of board n train. Our puppy was very reactive with excessive barking and other behavior challenges. He came back to us as Griffin 2.0. Friends and family are shocked at how well-behaved he is. We went to a cafe today and he was so incredibly good. It’s wonderful to be able to take him out with us. He’s a social pup and we are thankful and grateful to the Woof Gang crew. We’ll board with them and take our pup to daycare so he gets to play and hang out. We had a great experience.

I am totally grateful for the amazing job that Lexi and her team did to my Arizona. I was looking for a dog training facility and found a special place where I can have the peace of mind to leave my baby in day care or leave her when traveling. Arizona spent 3 weeks on obedience training with Lexi and she is now a very obedient and confident Doberman. I can walk her in public places without being afraid she will bark at everything that passes near her. Also, I need to express my gratitude to the Wooftang team because they took care of my baby during the hurricane Milton. I was out of town and my Doberman was staying at the facility and they took care of her and always keep me posted. Lexi is always available and answers right away when you need her or have any question. I enjoy watching the videos they posted in social media, I know she is having fun and is being loved and well cared.

The staff and trainers are absolutely incredible. They take provide quality attention and training. I love that Lexi takes the time to get to know my dog individually and she's incredible when teaching me how to be a better trainer for my husky as well. He absolutely loves it there and he maintains good manners during his stays at woof tang which is really important to me! Thank you guys so much!

My Luna just completed her 3 week board/train & I can’t express enough how much of a difference it has made with her. She was reactive/ barking at other dogs while walking but not anymore, there is a noticeable difference in her & it is a please to walk her now. Amazing! I am a dog trainer myself, but was struggling with my own dog. He was becoming overly possessive and aggressive when others got near me. As well as setting his Alpha personality on other dogs. I was at a loss. I realized the smartest dog trainer was one who knew when he need help. I turned to Lexi and tai whom I had met at a training ( although they have 25 years experience they are constantly going to continuing Ed to learn more ) this impressed me. So they performed their own evaluation of storm and came up with a game plan for this inelegant yet challenging dog. He was there for 4 weeks they constantly posted and sent me videos. My dog seemed to bond with both of them and they worked their game plan. I do relize that with a dog it’s as much as. The handlers responsibility to work the dog as it is the dogs. They gave us tools I had never thought of. Since he’s been home we have only had 1 small incident which was not the dogs fault as much as mine for not reading the environment the way I should. But it was a minimal reactivity as opposed to an all out. We have kept the boundaries they helped us set and so far I am utterly amazed how well our dog is doing. Able to do public walks go to parks no leash pulling and he simply ignores other dogs. I can’t thank you both enough or your staff. Thanks again!!!!! Jim and Anita partridge.

These ladies absolutely rock! Never knew anything like this even existed. It's completely affordable, the girls that come are almost always consistent and not someone new all the time. The owner takes the time to get to know our pup and what they like, its honestly an incredible operation and very well managed. No one has ever not shown up, and we absolutely LOVE LOVE the photos they take with our fur baby! The tiny little things they do help you personally connect with them, and them with your animal.

Mandi and her team take great care of our fur-babies when we’re out of town. The kitties have come to love their visits despite usually being shy. Not only do they feed them, play with them, and clean their litter boxes, but they’ve gone above and beyond to give us peace of mind that everything is alright while we’re away.

Mandi and her team have been looking after our pets for over a year now anytime we need. She is super responsive and helpful even with last minute requests. The whole team is super caring and always provide us lots of photos and a write up about their visit. Mandi and her wonderful team are awesome. They have been taking care of my dog for several years now each time I have to travel. Never have I had one problem with them. The all love my baby and she loves them all. When I am away, it is comforting to know my baby is in the best hands and the pictures show it. My dog has gone through chemotherapy and has other health issues. Mandi and her team have always administered medication. In May, she was diagnosed with diabetes and required insulin injections 2 times a day. I was leaving for Japan in 3 days!! Desperate I asked Mandi if they knew how to administer the insulin because I would have had to make other last minute plan arrangements or cancel my trip. Mandi stepped up to the occasion. I cannot say enough!! I love them all. Highly recommended 🐾❤️

We are so incredibly thankful that we found Mandi Poppins Pet Care. Our adopted dog experienced trauma in his previous homes so he isn't very trusting of new people and suffers from really bad separation anxiety. MANDI IS AMAZING!! First and foremost, it is worth noting that I am so super crazy about who watches my fur babies, they're my children! My boyfriend and I were going on a cruise wedding and the people who were getting married are the people who usually watch our dogs! So needless to say, we were in a pickle and I was of course panicking and evening contemplating not going because I'm so cautious. My good friend I trust actually recommended Mandi (and it turned out later that I realized, I've met her before, a long time ago!!) Long story short - she was literally a LIFE SAVER. I'm so, so so beyond thankful. It was such a comfortable experience from start to finish and I couldn't have been more lucky to come across her at the time I did. She came over the day before so we could go over their feeding and potty habits etc, introduced them and it was smooth sailing - they of course love her and without a doubt she's the sweetest ever, and so professional. I’m amazed at how much more behaved my dog is just after one session with Kristin! My cheweenie has territorial issues and “small dog” syndrome. She helped him learn to calm down almost immediately and is teaching us so much about how to create a more calm and respecting space at home too. Her techniques are easy to understand and implement and she trains us to be better communicators with our pets.

We've been happy clients of Kristin and Every Dawg Has Its Day for almost three years. Our greyhound doesn't get along with everyone, but always has a waggy tail to greet Kristin. He has received wonderful care and attention while we are away, or just need him watched for the day. We appreciate all that Every Dawg Has It's Day does to accommodate our needs, from last minute schedule changes to pickup and drop offs. We don't have to worry about him when he's with Kristin. It's a relief to know she is well qualified to deal with any mishaps or emergencies. He's got puppy friends and comfy places to rest, all a dog could ask for.

Kristin is everything you could possibly want in a caregiver for your pup. She goes above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable, well-taken care of, and HAPPY! Her at-home set up is a puppy paradise! She also sends updates/videos as often as you want and does pick up and drop off. I don't worry about Norman AT ALL when he is with Kristin. He gets SO excited when she comes to pick him up!

Kristin goes above and beyond. She's taken care of our pup when he's been sick, and always sends photo, video, and text updates so we know he's in good hands. She's helped us through initial puppy potty training, post-op neuter care, dog socialization, and more. Her home is a puppy-proofed pet paradise, and Kirby always has a blast when he gets to go there. First time ever having someone other than family or close friends take care of my two dogs - I can't express how lucky I am to have found Kristin. I would have to agree with all of the other reviews here that Kristin is a god-sent and you should absolutely put her #1 on your list in your search for pet care if you live downtown. Here is why. 1. She loves animals. She has her own pets who are more than well-cared for and she will treat your pet like one of her own. 2. She understands dog behavior. She uses cruelty-free methods of correcting your pet and offers lots of praise when they do something right. She understands that dogs are dogs and let's them do their thing. I go to her first when I have questions about my pup because she is so knowledgeable. 3. She goes the extra mile. If you live downtown she will come and get your pet. If your dog is sick she will take him to the vet. She will check your stove for you when she comes to get ur dog, it's like having a friend you know you can count on. 4. She is completely transparent in her business practices. You can actually come and see where the animals rest, where they play, what toys they use ect. I have been to many doggy daycare centers where they won't let you back to see these areas... um... sketchy? Her space is COMPLETELY puppy-proofed and she watches the pets closely. 5. She is incredibly flexible with special diets, medications, changing feeding schedules, ect. As a rule of thumb she only feeds healthy whole nutrient snacks like carrots and green beans, but if you want your dog to have something special she will follow it. I will not trust my precious Bazzy with ANYONE ELSE. We are so blessed to have Kristin in our lives!!
