Sarah and Johnny are kind and generous hosts, who invited us to join them for a lovely lunch before their departure. Handover was straightforward and communications - both before and during the sit - were positive, friendly and prompt. They really are two of the nicest, most welcoming people, who put us at ease from the moment we first met. The house is spacious, warm and comfortable, and our bedroom (with comfy superking-sized bed) had terrific views across the gardens and fields beyond. It's in a private, tranquil location but just a short drive to the shops and amenities of Melton Mowbray. Our favourite walk was along the nearby Grantham Canal towpath, which the dogs loved. Caring for Sweep and Smudge was an absolute joy; they are two of the happiest, sweetest Cockers who both love attention and tummy tickles and are very smart girls indeed. They both behaved impeccably and were easy to love, which is what petsitting is all about for us. They both walk beautifully on the lead, are responsive and great fun to be around. You really couldn't find two nicer dogs! In summary, this was a 5* sit, which we enjoyed immensely and will remember for a long time. Thank you, Sarah and Johnny.
A super location in a comfortable house. We were warmly welcomed by the owner,Kate, and the gorgeous Bryn, a black Labrador retriever. We were shown round and everything explained, with a comprehensive booklet, which included lovely forest and woodland walks. We were made to feel at home straight away. Bryn enjoyed going in the car going everywhere with us, although he was prone to barking when the car slowed down - to be fair Kate warned us - he became a good bodyguard and a joy to look after. We thoroughly embraced the location and took advantage of the many towns and villages we visited - Bryn enjoyed the compliments and fuss made of him everywhere we went! In towns he was very keen to explore, so had to have a strong grip on his lead! We were in a delightful village called Penmachno, which was only a few miles of Betws-y-coed - one of many popular places. We thoroughly enjoyed this pet sit and would recommend to others!
Pablo was so beautiful and easy to look after & the house was very clean and homely. Communication was fantastic & host was very kind!
I really enjoyed my time at Sam and Amy’s house with Arlo and Pie. First of all, these are very sweet and loving animals. It was a constant cuteness overload! They seemed to get used to us very quickly, both of them would cuddle up on the couch, on my lap or next to me. They were very entertaining to watch as they liked to play and tease each other, they have quite a fun dynamic. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Arlo has lots of energy and is a very strong dog, stronger than you would expect for his size, so there were a few times when on a walk he would pull me to where he wanted to go, he kept me on my toes! He is trained to respond to commands and was very well behaved when I used the commands suggested by Sam. It was helpful to have 2 people at this sit so we could both give Arlo attention and playtime. The house was very clean, peaceful and very nicely decorated, it was a pleasure to be there.

I have never used this place first thing. However I was calling on behalf of my mom for the simple fact when my grandmother went into the hospital I was reaching out to places for her little dog my parents live in Hesperia and my grandmother lives in Apple valley however I live in running springs so I was thinking I've got a place that was close for my parents to be able to go and keep the dog. The lady that I spoke to on the phone seemed very professional and very nice so I get it four stars. Don't worry the dog is doing great my daughter's I love my grandmother's dog but they are well aware that the dog will have to go home soon.

My dog's home away from home with his 2nd momma. He loves her more than me I think sometimes. But then I come to pick him up and he is bounding around the room and sassing the other dogs because he is happy. He is 14 years old now and hasn't acted so playfully in 3 to 4 years. Tonette has worked some miracle with him just by being with him while I'm at work. I cannot say enough to praise this woman. So kind, patient, and loving she creates a safe space for each of the animals in her care. That has built up confidence in my senior dog who stopped playing with other dogs when he was afraid of being hurt because of his arthritis. He will even start the playtime with the other dogs now. He is also much calmer. His separation anxiety made him so anxious all the time because he knew I was going to leave for work. Now he knows he has a fun, loving home with a second family that loves him to be with while his momma is working overnight

They truly care for your pets. Special needs or instructions are welcomed and followed. Larger dogs are allowed to play together outside and they even have a doggie pool for the hot summer days. We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs there.

Boarded our 2 dogs together very last minute while we attended a funeral. They had their own little indoor/outdoor suite. Great atmosphere and cool aquarium in the lobby. Our pets were safe and happy and the prices were reasonable. Thank you so much!
All of the 5 star reviews from other people are spot on. *I have a dog, so my review is specifically about the dog services*. I have had only excellent experiences with this mom and pop boarding facility. They allowed me to tour the areas where my dog would be staying. Their rates are very reasonable, and it's such an added bonus that animals get play time/socialization here, vs at other places, where they are essentially kept in their dog runs the entire time. Overnight boarding as well as daycare are offered . They are located a little off the beaten path, but I assure you, they are worth it and your dogs will appreciate you for making the decision to stay here. Thank you for accepting me and my dog as a client. 🥰
My only complaints is that they are so great here that I just keep telling all my fellow dog owners at the dog park and now they are getting booked up! So we just moved to the area and I was so nervous to drop my 2 dogs off as I have never had anyone but my family watch them. Honestly, I think my 2 dogs had an amazing time while here! I believe they just played in the dog yard with other dogs for 2 days straight (I forgot to ask for certain). They both came home so tired and stupid-happy looking! My husband was the one to pick them up from here but he told me that one of my dogs even kissed the owner goodbye, which says a lot as this dog is very shy around people.

I call the owner, Deanna, the "animal whisperer" because the animals just love her! She provides a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the cats and dogs! Took my girl there to stay for a week. Her suite was nice and all the dogs seemed happy there and got along well. The place is clean and well taken care of along with your pet.
K's Canine Companions has been such a blessing. My 10 month old Keeshond, Buddy is an only child with a lot of energy and just wants to play!!! He gets all his wiggles out during his time at daycare and comes home a tired dog. And a tired dog is a well behaved dog! I receive photos and videos of Buddy's time there and he looks so happy. They also inform me of any 💩 concerns. Buddy loves Kristina and loves going to Canine Companion's. I highly recommend it. They are true dog lovers.
I highly recommend K’s Canine Companions! We were in the area for a weekend getaway and needed a trustworthy dog sitter for a couple of hours to stay with our pup at our airbnb. Kristina was super kind, responsive, professional, and helpful right from when I reached out. Our senior fur baby was super comfortable with Kristina right from the moment she came over. Kristina was really sweet with him - giving him lots of cuddles, which he loves, she took him for walks, and played with him. Kristina also kept us updated with pictures, which was great. Had an amazing experience with K’s Canine Companions. I needed a pup boarding care after a last minute cancelation, they responded quickly and were able to provide boarding for my 2 year old Shepherd mix, Moose! He is a bit scared in new environments, but Kristina sent me daily updates and photos and he settled in so well. I appreciate the care she took for Moose with lots of playtime, he looked so happy when I picked him up 😊

I needed a pet sitter last minuet and thankfully Kristy had an opening when I needed it. She came referred from a friend but her reviews speak for themselves. I have a 6 month old puppy and she'd never stayed anywhere else, needless to say I was nervous. We met Kristy beforehand and I saw how well she ran things, I was super content in leaving our furbaby. She had great communication, gave me updates if I needed them and the best part my puppy got the socialization she needed. Judy is the sweetest lady and takes amazing care of my senior German shepherd mix and has saved me life a few times by being able to come over to my house last minute. She is the only person I trust coming into my house without my permission with my sweet baby! She will make sure your fur baby is well taken care of!

I’m not one to write reviews, however, I feel this one is necessary!! My sweet Cooper has been going to Coventry for the past 3 months, since he was 5 months old. My previous dog also went to Coventry for about a year until he passed and my sweet kitty was boarded there while I was on vacation. It gives me peace of mind knowing that Cooper is having SO much fun with his friends and learning and developing his puppy brain, as well as in the best care with the best staff! When we drive to “school” (Coventry), he gets SO excited you can see it in his face in the first pic! The environment is clean, positive, and very friendly! There’s also fun activities Cooper participated in such as the Olympics, varsity swim team, doodle day, and bingo! I recommend all my friends to Coventry and to really take advantage of their daycare punch card!! They also do the best job with grooming!! Overall, Coventry is a very professional and as I’ve mentioned friendly environment, I cannot recommend them enough!!
We have been taking our kids to Coventry Pet Resort for the past decade for boarding, grooming and daycare services. The service is top notch and all our dogs love going, especially to daycare where they play all day with their friends. Ryan and all the staff are always so friendly and you can tell they love animals which makes me feel very comfortable leaving my loved ones at Coventry. Murphy has been coming here for the past 8 years and absolutely loves doggy daycare. Doggy Olympics was one of his favorite events and he won a gold medal. The staff is super friendly and they carry tons of high quality food and treats for the dogs. Highly recommend!!!
We had a last min change of plans from a trip booked to the Grand canyon to death valley due to bad weather! This place was perfect for our quick change! It's $15 a night for tent camping. We had a cute spot with a pretty tree and a picnic bench. The bathrooms were nearby. They have 2 stalls and showers. The water was hot which I need! Across the street is the gas station and general store. We stopped by a few times for ice cream and souvenirs. The restaurant next door we had lunch at one day and breakfast the next. The food was great and the service too. The drive to most of the trails and death Valley were at least an hour to an hour and a half away. Make sure you have gas in your car!!! We overall had a blast and highly recommend staying here to tent camp!
Coventry Place is an amazing place for daycare and boarding! My Spicy absolutely loves it there, the staff are caring and friendly. The groomers also do a great job! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My dogs have been going to Coventry for years now and what in love is the special care my dog receives. It is the only place I trust to leave my animal knowing he will be treated as if he was home. He is so excited to see the staff daily when he is dropped off at daycare. The staff is like family and greets us by name when we walk into the door. You don’t receive service like this anymore, if you’re looking for a place for your fur baby- this is the spot!
I’ve been taking my fur babies to Coventry for over 15 years. My beautiful baby girl Racine LOVES it there. She enjoys daycare 3 days a week and is so excited to see the wonderful staff and greets them with hugs and kisses. She gets a bath and teeth brushed once a month and they always do a beautiful job. I was so happy Coventry was recommended by several of my coworkers. Everyone is so nice. I love that I can request grooming during daycare! I love that it is affordable but most of all my dog enjoys the pet resort. She goes in happy and comes out happy. It’s a safe place for my dog to run and play while I work.
Michael took care of our dog and groomed him. Let me just say this was the best grooming we have ever had. Deborah the business owner is so kind and they literally are there to take care of the dogs all the time. Wish if I can give more than 5 stars for this wonderful service ♥️
My "dog daughter" and I love this place. From the first meeting over a year ago now, they were friendly, highly professional offered great competitive rates and the hours that we need. These folks really care for our furry friends and family. My dog does day care and boarding and is always happy when I pick her up. Highly recommend.
My husky, Azula, has been coming to Better K9 for around 3 years. I cannot stress enough how much she has loved this place. She starts to recognize the route when I’m about to drop her off and immediately starts crying with impatience. Not only has she made friends with the dogs, but with the staff as well. They have shown, on multiple occasions, that this is not just their job. They love these dogs. They are amazing and thoughtful, we’ve received Christmas cards/treats and overall, friendly service. On her last day, the staff came out to say bye to her 😭 I have included pictures they took of Azula to show how much fun and caring this place is!
Better K9 has been wonderful for our dogs. They love going there and get great care. We appreciate how they keep us informed and make sure our dogs are doing well. We have had a fabulous experience with Jack Reacher, the trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Our dog has become much better trained and more reliable. We are excited about continuing to learn from Jack and helping our big dog be at his best.

My frenchie stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. When I picked him up he immediately wanted to go back inside which was a great indication that he was happy while there! He came home exhausted and slept for hours. Will definitely use again
My dog is a new boy! I adopted him at about 1 from a City shelter, he had never left the backyard prior to being surrendered to the City. He was very overreactive to everything, no understanding of a collar and leash. What I loved the most is that all breeds are allowed to mingle and ay as part of pack time. We are 7 months out since he completed his 21day training stay, he continues to be as good as the day he came home! Wonderful job😀

The staff is welcoming and open, making sure your pup(s) feel welcomed. They do a trial run to ensure your pet is well behaved and fits in with the other pups. I really appreciated this because then I knew my dogs were with other pups that were also vetted. The facility is well equipped with indoor and outdoor activities and is very clean. Security is of utmost importance as well. We have 2 dogs and they boarded them together at night which made us feel more comfortable.
Our 3 year old foxhound loved her time at Better K9! She was at the Corona location for 3 weeks to learn obedience and was also boarded. The staff were quick to reply if we had questions and also provided updates and photos throughout her time there. They even called to inform us she wasn't mastering a few commands and asked if they could keep her a few extra days to ensure she learned them at no extra charge! Jack did an amazing job teaching our girl basic commands and instilling obedience into her. She looked happy in every photo we received and came home well mannered. I highly recommend Better K9 for boarding or training! Jack is a great, thoughtful trainer and the staff are incredibly sweet.

The staff at Better K9 have taken care of Wylie at overnight camp at both of the facilities since he was 2 years old . He loves going there. When I first took him to other overnight facilities, he would look over his shoulder so sadly at me as I dropped him off. With the Better K9 staff, he walks right in and never looks back, his tailing wagging a mile a minute. Now that he is older, the great care they give him, including his medications, is a great comfort to me. He is always happy and more energized when I pick him up than when I dropped him off. He thrives on the attention the staff gives him and the chance to "just hang out" with other older dogs. Audrey and Veronica and their staff are great.
An absolute pleasure to leave our fur babies with. Very Professional and Respectful and truly reliable. We received text messages and pictures of our babies every day to show how they were doing and adjusting. They were even bathe when we picked them up after a week 👍🏾. Ines is the absolute BEST! She is extremely professional and thorough. After the meet and greet I knew our animals were going to be in great hands. We were gone for 2 weeks, and every day we received pictures and videos of her caring/playing with all our fur babies. She goes above and beyond when she takes care of your pets. I highly recommend Ines if you're looking for someone to care for your furry family members. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else but her.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ines Miller for taking care of my 17 year old cat named Lilly... This is my second time having Ines come to my home to take care of my sweet baby. I never had to worry or be concerned as she always sent me photo's and text me twice a day on her visits. She is reliable and loving which shows in her process of taking care of you pet. Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. I highly recommend Ines and will definitely be booking her services whenever I travel. A job well done!!!!
Great service! Ines came to my house and cared for my 4 dogs. She feeds them, cleans up after them, gives meds, and plays with them. Every time she comes to the house she texts an update and sends pics! I didn’t have to worry at all about my babies!
She was awesome. My fur babies and my home were well taken care of while I was out of town. I received photos and video everyday putting my mind at ease. I highly recommend Menifee Pet Sitting and will definitely use again.
What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Really not sure how she feeds, walks, plays with all these pets. I can NOT recommend Inez high enough. I will just let my dog, Mick, give the recommendation!!!🦮🐶🦴🦴💕💕
From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. We will definitely be using her services next time we go out of town and need a sitter for our little guy.
I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.
My 5 month old puppy, Rocky, stayed in this resort when I had a business trip out of town come up on rather short notice. It was his first time being outside of the house and with strangers. I was nervous for him. But the staff at this resort were kind, professional, caring and helpful. They made my puppy’s stay very comfortable and he was happy. They posted photos of his play days and pool day and he looked like he was having a great time. They bathed him before I picked him up and the whole process was very smooth. I will also soon bring him for day care since he had such a good time. Thank you guys!
I’ve used their services 3 times now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the superior care they provide my little pup! He loves it there and I feel so comfortable knowing he’s in good hands when I leave him. They’re the best!
We tried it out for the 1st time. My pup loved it! He came home clean and happy. I love that they have the pool area for them. The only con is that they open at (830am) much later than most daycare facilities. My work start time is 830am, so I'd always be late to work if I have to drop him off at HPR, which is why unfortunately we have to continue using his other daycare (PSS) which opens at 7am, and sadly my pup is not fond of it. HPS, please consider taking drop-offs a little earlier (8am)! You'd have my business every day! :)
Awesome resort for Stella, she has the best time. Plenty of 1 on 1 and the social pool time is incredible. Don't forget to have them treat your puppy to an ice cream.
This was the first time we’ve boarded our dog so we didn’t know how he would handle not being with us. We were going on a 5 day cruise and just before sailing I looked at Facebook and found a couple of pictures. Chili was having a blast. Will use them again
I’m so glad I found Heavenly Pet Resort. Visited a couple other places but they were too expensive, not clean and no private rooms. My dogs are my kids so when I leave them with Heavenly Pet Resort I know they will be well taken care of. They post pictures of my babies, trim their face hair and even have bandanas on them. I love being able to see them while I’m away on Instagram knowing they are running around on the yard and having fun. Thank you Heavenly Pet Resort!
We’ve use Heavenly Pet Resort several times. This place is awesome. They treat our senior lab wonderful. I know he’s treated well because he’s not running for the door the minute we walk in. He willingly goes with the wonderful staff. We always get private play time and ice cream. After all he’s on vacation also. I love that they post pictures on instagram. This last time we were able to see that he finally decided to give the water area a try.
We used them several times, we absolutely loved taking our dogs there, they seemed happy and we would get the washed before we picked up, so they came home smelling great. The last time we took them was July of 2024. The reason being we left them there for a week, they go in so happy. Saw a few pictures over the week and they looked happy. We picked them up and one of dogs seems a little off, but we assumed maybe overwhelmed or something. I said give him 24 hrs to readjust, but he just keep getting more off. Without getting into too many details, our dog had salmonella and almost died and $4,000 later in vet bills trying to heal him. Unfortunately, he is still dealing with the side effects of the illness. I don't know how he got it, and I can never prove it was the resort but the facts are we dropped them happy and healthy, they looked happy in the photos and never did I hear from them that he was ill or not eating or his poop was not normal. We pick him up and noticed he was off, and he just kept getting worse until we found out why. I can never leave them there again in good faith.
We have been taking our dog Todd for about a year now. He LOVES it. He doesn’t even look back when we drop him off. Now we take him and his new brother Theodore. Theodore is still learning the ropes but can tell he has a blast. I don’t ever feel nervous leaving them. They get play time and ice cream. We all appreciate all the photos they take and post on instagram. 5 stars!
Gizmo loves to go to Heavenly pet resort. We were just away out of state for 10 days. He always comes just bouncing right out of the kennels. Happy to see me. He has fun playing with all the other small dogs in the group environment. He runs around and plays when he comes home he is as fresh and clean as when I brought him, no smells no fleas! I also like the daily pictures they post! I never worry about going and leaving him. Sandy and the other gal at the front desk are awesome. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name.
