I would 100% recommend Whiskers and Snoots, especially if you live in Ascot Point Village. Tiffany comes to walk our dog and check on our cat most weekdays at lunchtime. She always sends a thorough explanation of everything she did and a collage of pictures. It is the highlight of my and my husband’s days to get her emails while we are at work. She truly goes above and beyond, humoring our senior dog and walking her at her own pace even when it takes longer than the allotted 30 minutes. I’ve attached some examples of the reports we get from her each time she visits.

My first experience using a pet-sitter since moving to Asheville and I could not be more pleased with Whiskers and Snoots!! Tiffany responded quickly and took wonderful care of my cat while I was away! She gave me daily updates and sent a whole COLLAGE of cute photos every day! I appreciated how she showed evidence of fresh water/food, a clean box, playtime, and affection in daily pics—it really gave me peace of mind. I will 10000% be using Whiskers and Snoots in the future! 😸 Nov. 2024 Update— STILL A FAN! As much as I dread leaving my precious bean behind when I travel, it gives me so much peace to know that Tiffany will be taking the very best care of my cat. Tiffany is amazing. She cared for our 2 cat's while we were away for Christmas. She stayed in contact daily with updates, pictures and even videos. Tiffany watched both my sammies for over a year and she was so loving, attentive and caring and always stayed later with my girls!!! She NEVER missed a visit and was always on time. They always accommodate my dog, even on short notice, and go the extra mile to ensure he is well-fed and has a soft bed when unexpected plans arise. Our black lab has the best time here! She gets to see all her doggo friends and comes back exhausted. We have also gotten her nails trimmed and they do a great job! The woof lodge will treat your family like their own family. We appreciate them. Thank you!

My sweet boy died out of nowhere immediately after coming home from this facility. He had never had a health problem in his life. The facility only tried to call me ONCE the morning of pickup when I was at work. They left a voicemail saying they didn’t think he was feeling well since he didn’t seem hungry over the weekend. They did not say it was an emergency or urgent or ask me to come get him sooner. However, when I picked him up he was breathing rapidly with obvious shallowness and a blue tongue. He was in distress. No vet was called. They didn’t try calling me again or texting me. As soon as I picked him up I could tell there was something seriously wrong and immediately drove him to an after hours emergency vet. Unfortunately he didn’t make it. I truly believe he would still be here today if he had not stayed at the Woof Lodge.

Selena at Woof Lodge/Sophisticated Paws Grooming is AWESOME! Always takes such care of our baby Sasha. Their grooming facility is very clean and I have absolutely no reservations every leaving Sasha in their care. The facilities for their day care is also clean and tidy. The animals LOVE it there!

Woof Lodge for the win! Wonderful place! So kind & professional! They are fantastic with our 2 dogs who are definitely extra lol. We boarded them here during a recent trip & also an overnight to enjoy other local holiday events. So grateful for this awesome place & the super staff. Happy dogs, happy people. Much respect for their covid awareness too, helping to keep everyone safe 🐶🐺❤️ (Heads up to prepare the paperwork & records in advance to save time when dropping off & also plan accordingly with the specific drop off/pick up times 😉.)

My pups love the Woof Lodge and the staff. They treat them as members of their own family. One of my dogs was 16 and recently passed. They made sure she didn’t over do It and gave her plenty of rest while she was in daycare. I have boarded as well on several occasions and know my dogs will be well taken care of.

Stella loves the days that she gets to spend at The Woof Lodge. She has so much fun playing and interacting with the other dogs. She has really come out of her shell since she started coming here. The staff is wonderful and they treat Stella and myself like we are part of their family.

Super happy with the boarding experience our little Bella had at Woof Lodge. She came back to us thirsty and tired, and very glad to see us, but in no way did she appear scared or even bored. Overnight borders get to interact with other dogs, they get human attention and they get down time when they need it. The staff is amazing to both pets and owners, and Woof Lodge even has an attendant on the premises overnight! I do wish fur parents got a tour of the facility or that a virtual tour was available online, but the fact the Bella comes back happy speaks volumes! Thanks Wood Lodge!

The dogs stay active and socialize during the day. Nice areas to sleep at night. Not the typical chain link and concrete kennel. Our dogs will never again be taken to one of these “kennels” now that they’ve been to Camp Bow Wow. Oh, and being able to pull our babies up on the webcam and see them so happy and playing with friends is a big plus!!

They are a very caring team. They really put you at ease when bringing in your furbaby for care. Teddy stays overnight there on occasion. We've had him stay at various Camp Bow Wow's and we are most at ease for him to be there. They really engage with the little dogs, down on their level. Fabulous to see.

We were in the area on vacation. I needed my dog to go to daycare twice and to spend the night once. Everything was great and perfect. Was nice to check in on the free WebCams. My dogs did not smell when I picked them up. They were happy and my dogs were not scared to be there

This is such a great place for everyone to take their fur babies! The staff is so friendly. Love this Camp Bow Wow! Everyone knows our dogs by name and greets them as they come in. Our dogs love it! Day camp and overnight stay are great, and the cameras are fun to watch. Brittany is always super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our dog loves Camp Bow Wow! The staff is always friendly and enthusiastic. It is a positive place. The owner is involved in the care of the dogs, as well as the entire staff! From the second we arrived, my 10 month old puppy Mr. Pepper seemed happy to be at Camp Bow Wow. After I left him there it was comforting to know I could check in on him throughout the day using the video camera on the CBW app. Everytime I checked in this way, he seemed to be happy and engaged. CBW offers dogs both an inside as well as outside area that they can come and go at their leisure between of their choosing. Most importantly, there was hardly any time that I checked in that I did not see a person who was in the space with them watching their interactions, petting them and even holding them. All of the dogs seemed to love the extra personalized attention. Lastly, it was nice to know that the first visit is free so that you and your dog have an opportunity to try things out and see if they like it and it seems to be a good fit. I will certainly be bringing my puppy back again in the future both for daycamp as well as boarding as needed.

I absolutely love this place! My dog, Whiskey, has been going for over a year now and he gets so excited when we arrive. The staff is wonderful and consistent! Brittany, Avery, Brandon, and all the rest of the staff treat my dog as their own. I recently moved and there is a closer place to me, but no way am I letting my baby go anywhere else! Amara is wonderful! She has watched my pets for several years and is always communicative and reliable. My animals love her too! She sends pictures and updates, doesn't shy away from senior pets with more needs, even made a paw print ornament of my beloved dog's paw when she was getting very poor and Amara knew it might be the last time she watched her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. I have gone out of the country with limited phone access and never once worried about my fur babies. 10 out of 10!

This is the first time I have ever posted a review but Amara is absolutely wonderful. She has been taking care of puppy since he was 2 months old. We were not expecting to need her services but we are so grateful to have found her. She is incredibly caring and kind to our rambunctious golden retriever. She is always professional and, she sends us pictures of her time with our puppy which brings me such joy when we can't be with h. I would strongly recommend Amara to anyone! I'm more happy to share our experiences!

I haven't left my dog Caroline with someone I don't know before, so I was nervous about leaving her with a Pet Sitter. When Amara came to our house for the meet and greet, Caroline warmed right up to her and I knew we were leaving her in good hands. Amara did a wonderful job taking care of Caroline. She sent messages and pictures with updates on how Caroline was doing. Amara and her son even played fetch with Caroline in our backyard. My husband and I were very impressed with how well Amara took care of Caroline. We highly recommend her as a Pet Sitter and will definitely have her take care of Caroline in the future.

Amara is naturally so good with animals! My husband and I are newer to the area and were looking for a place to take care of our cat while we left on vacation for two weeks. We found Amara, and I’m so glad we did! She took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away, and her previous experience as a vet tech made me feel so much better about if there were any complications with our cat (she’s a bit on the old side) Anyway, I highly recommend Amara’s pet care for anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, experienced sitter for their pet.

Amara has been my Petsitter for close to 9 years and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Any time I’ve had to be out of town, I never worry about my senior dogs or my cats because I know they’re in good hands. She provides updates and pictures, which is a nice touch. I’ve always been able to count on Amara and don’t know what I’d do without her!

Amara is a great with our fur babies and treats them with love and tender care. Her professionalism in pet care is evident if you watch her with your pets, see her at ease with them and listen to her talk. She asks all the right questions & when asked a question, has the right answer. She will give meds, even injections if needed & prescribed by a vet. I can tell my dogs love when Amara comes to care for them. When she texts me while I’m away & she is visiting my babies, their tails are always wagging. You don’t trust just any one with your beloved family, but I trust Amara with ours.

Christin does an amazing job with our German Shepherd! She is so patient and understanding with our big girl and gives her lots of extra love. Ranging from daily walks to weekend stays with CT’s Pawty Waggin, I couldn’t imagine or trust anyone more than Christin to take care of our sweet girl! Definitely check her out, Willow always comes back happy and refreshed after spending the day with Christin and the other pups! ps: she also updates us with the best pictures to show us how much fun they’re having!

Christin is one of those people that you immediately feel grateful for as soon as you get to know her. There is truly no one else that I trust for my puppers! She is the most trustworthy, kind, and dependable out there! First, she trained Max as a puppy. Now, we use her for day visits and stays while we are away. I never have a doubt that he gets the very best care, love, and attention while we are gone! Max ADORES her and eagerly awaits any visits that he gets! We have recommended her to numerous people and will continue to!

CT’s Party Waggin is AMAZING!!! This was our first time boarding our new puppy and I was a little nervous. CT is wonderful! The way she handles all of the fur babies is unreal. She really gets to know each dog’s personality and incorporates into different activities. As an added bonus, she is a superb trainer, so our little Tater came back a little smarter than he was when he went in. Now, every time someone mentions that they have a dog, I say……so, let me tell you about this incredible place!!! 😊 (PS…Did I mention that the prices are phenomenal?)

Simply Amazing. I might be bias because I work with this fabulous company. But I will say I fell in love with what we do on a whole different level. Being the client and not having to worry about our babies at all was stress free. Both of us Pawrents really appreciated all our wonderful sitters who gave our fur family all of the love and treated them as their own. In all the reports they all looked so happy and carefree not worrying about anything. They all seemed grateful to not have to go anywhere and have special visitors just for them throughout the day. I sincerely love making our reports when I am caring for others pet families myself. I must say I see why these reports are quite the rave, with the details and GPS map of any walks taken. We were able to see our nuggets taking their favorite routes and showing their Professional Pet Sitters around. New to the area, we had a ten day trip scheduled and no one to watch our pets (one of which is special needs). They provided timely services and went above and beyond to keep our dogs happy and healthy and house clean despite multiple accidents. The constant updates and photos offered reassurance from across the country knowing they were cared for and received love and pets from people who understand and care about animals and their nuances. Caroline and her employees are the most caring, friendly, and trustworthy people! My dog loves them all so much and they love him too! The thorough reports accompanied by photos every time they drop in to take care of my Corgi, Higgins make me so happy! I hate leaving him to go out of town but I can always rest assured he will be more than taken care of with WNC Pet Care. I like to have him stay home while the staff comes to check on him and walk & feed him a few times a day/night, but they have many options to meet your needs! I can’t recommend them enough.

When I moved her I interviewed 5 different overnight and dog walking service. They guys were the best and they’ve proven it for 2 years now. Run by former vet tech, all overnight sitters and walkers are educated, trained. I can trust the ladies that stay overnight (at my house) with my pups, they are amazing. They love my girl 🐾 and she loves them. Such piece of mind honestly. I don’t normally leave reviews I’m a hard critic, but when I do it means they are good! And for any Pete to e dog mom, you know what I mean. ❤️🐾
