Alicia is a most friendly, hospitable and really welcoming person, she is a perfect host and her cat Topcho is a lovely, playful and loving creature, we felt like he became a member of the family, we all loved him. The flat is airy, clean and sunny. Lovely safe neighborhood, so close to the station. Thank you, Alicia , for having us and entrusting to us the care of Topcho.
My partner Paulina and I had the pleasure of house sitting for Alix and Fred for two and a half months. We were entrusted with the care of their lovely Bonny, who quickly became a dear friend to us. She's a sweetheart and captured our hearts from the beginning. Each walk with Bonny was an invigorating experience that recharged our batteries. We met many people walking their own dogs, and Bonny had a great time playing with her furry friends. She loves swimming, and even on chilly days, she wouldn't miss the opportunity for a splash! Riehen's town centre is just a 15-minute walk away, making it very convenient for us to explore the local shops and cafés. We found three supermarkets in the area where we could easily buy anything we needed. The variety and quality of products available were quite impressive. During our stay, we had the opportunity to visit several cities and truly appreciate the beauty of the area. What we also enjoyed a lot was the warm and welcoming neighbours. They were always friendly and made us feel right at home. We shared many pleasant moments with them, enhancing our house sitting experience. Alix and Fred are a charming and easygoing couple. They were so kind to pick us up at our arrival and drop us off at our departure at the Basel station. During our stay, communication was straightforward, and before their departure, they made sure to explain everything regarding the daily care of the place and Bonny. We also spent some days together as they were so kind to let us stay for a couple of days until our next trip. In summary, our stay in Riehen, looking after Bonny and living in Alix and Fred's beautiful home, was an unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this house sit to anyone who enjoys the company of a lovely dog, a charming town, welcoming neighbours, and warm pet parents. We had the best time taking care of Wesley and Donnay's home in Modena. Their large flat was very family friendly and it was in one of the best locations we have ever visited. We were spoiled for choice when it came to local shops, bars and restaurants, and boutiques. The sightseeing was incredible and it was magical staying there over Christmas. Home and pet instructions were very detailed and left in a convenient location which allowed us to refer to them often. This was very handy and greatly appreciated. Caring for the dogs was very straightforward. Daisy and Mater were absolute sweethearts--a couple of characters with lovely temperaments. Dusty and Dakota--The cats warmed up to us quickly and we had daily snuggling sessions, which was lovely. Their daily routine was easy to follow and allowed for sight seeing time, too. Communication was great and we always had replies to updates. Fantastic house sit. We'd return in a heartbeat.
I really enjoyed myself at Claire and David’s. My first international house sit couldn’t have been better. They have a lovely home. With all the conveniences one would expect. My bedroom was roomy. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. I used the shower. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The WiFi was strong and fast. Marlow is a lovely town. Many restaurant and pub choices. Grocery store nearby. Walking along the Thames is a real treat. I only cared for Maisie and Purr during my visit. But met Jasper and Harrie. I’d definitely love caring for them to. Maisie and Purr were wonderful! Maisie young and playful. Purr loving and enjoys being brushed immensely. I can’t recommend this house sit more highly!
I had such a wonderful time looking after Chicken & Egg. Gabriella is so friendly, and was so helpful with all details regarding the sit, any queries that I had during the sit were answered very quickly & I felt at home very quickly. The house is so lovely & in a perfect location to explore Brighton by foot, but is very peaceful with lovely views over the local park. Chicken & Egg were a delight to look after, both giving cuddles & sleeping on the bed with me - I fell in love with them! I didn’t get to meet Fifi this time, but hopefully I will one day. I would love to return to look after these beautiful puss-cats again!
