It was a real pleasure house-sitting for Christine at her house in October, looking after her two cats - Frankie and Pearl. She made sure we had everything we needed in terms of information about the cats, the house, and the local area, and we were made to feel really welcome in her home. We were also able to stay in touch via Whatsapp whilst she was away, so communication was really good throughout. A great host, a lovely house and local area, so all in all we would definitely recommend to any prospective house-sitters!
I thoroughly enjoyed spending the weekend with Benji, he's very affectionate and a great character, lots of fun to be around! Benji lives just over the road from Ludshott Common with lots of amazing walks, oh and has anybody mentioned the Farm shop just down the road, with a great deli and yummy cake?Kate was very welcoming and has a lovely comfortable house, so if you get the opportunity, I would definitely recommend this sit.
Mischa wasn't home for my sit, so it was just me and the house, but I had a great experience. Kristin and Chris were very nice and spot on with communication. Location is quite central to lots of stuff. Loved the big back south-facing deck and cozy fireplace :).
Rebecca’s cat Oscar is a lovely boy who has been well socialized. He has lots of toys and enrichment in his environment. He is affectionate and welcomes you at the door. Rebecca is well organized and clearly communicates. We didn’t get to all her recommendations but the ones we did - restaurants and sites were all great. Welcoming home, good location to the transit and local attractions. Rebecca really went above and beyond helping us. We highly recommend both Rebecca and Oscar - 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
David and I had a fantastic time at Alex and Josh's beautiful Maroochy River home. Lounging in the pool and spa overlooking the mountains and ocean was very special, however, their gorgeous poodle Tia was still the real highlight. She had such a wonderful temperament, a very well behaved clever little girl with a heart of gold. We loved taking care of her in this beautiful home and Alex was very easy to communicate with and ensured our stay was perfect :)
I adored my Christmas sit with Lily and Poppy at Juliet and Jamie’s wonderful home. These two wise ladies are so full of character and love, you will love them I have no doubt. It felt an honour to care for them by preparing their meals and being with them keeping them company in front of the cosy wood burning fire! What a glorious home set in fabulous countryside with superb documentation of all of the local walks. I would have gone on more if it hadn’t rained so much!! Next time!! I’d love to return and explore further with the girls. I slept so well in the huge comfortable bed in the peaceful energy of the countryside. I was delighted to see deer 🦌 wandering through the grounds and a hedgehog! Juliet and Jamie were wonderfully communicative and supportive before and during their trip and nothing was too much trouble. The welcome pack is absolutely brilliant, with everything clearly laid out. It is lovely to see just how much they love and care for Lily and Poppy. A fantastic opportunity to enjoy such adorable dogs and this graceful gorgeous home.

Miss Emily’s was amazing! I boarded my 5 month old kitten, Sammy, there this past weekend and they took exceptional care of him. They were super communicative with me whenever I had questions or just wanted an update on Sam. They definitely gave him lots of love this weekend and I’m so glad he had a friendly and loving place to stay while I was away. I know there’s not too many reviews for cat owners on here so I wanted to let you guys know that they treat their kitties amazing as well. He had lots of playtime and social time with the workers from what I could see. I definitely recommended Miss Emily’s if anyone needs to board their cat.
I picked up Sonny from boarding with Miss Emily’s- this was our first time boarding & I was very anxious as this was my first time away from my dog, however miss Emily’s made me feel so at ease and took care of my baby! I trust them to take care of him moving forward and absolutely adore the staff! My dog had his first experience with doggie daycare last week at Miss Emily's bed and biscuit. He was a resurender dog when I got him from the pound. He is afraid of kennels and crates. Emily's was a positive experience for him. Just look at that face. It says it all. We are looking forward to future visits.

Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit has been nothing but amazing to me and my pup! When I first took my puppy she was super timid and didn’t love being at daycare, but, the staff put together a plan for her! They eased her into being in the play room with other dogs and also put her in a room with another friend. That way she was constantly with friends and was getting more comfortable with dogs her size and that were bigger than her. They really helped my little dog get out of her comfort zone!! Now, everyday I take her to daycare she so so so excited to see all the staff and her fur friends!! They take so many pictures, give her treats, and love her unconditionally while I am at work! They also give me so many updates on how she did that day, and funny stories of what my pup did! They truly do love every single fur baby that goes to daycare! I love Miss Emily’s and the wonderful staff as well!!!

In addition to daycare 2-3 times a week, I have used their overnight boarding service which I would also highly recommend. My cat Rocky loved his stay, and didn’t want to leave. The condos are literally all windows, seventh kitty heaven! FYI, Make sure to have cash on-hand for their tip jar. I had to stop by later in the day. Here’s a picture or him at home. He’s literally so relaxed and happy. Clearly he had a good vacation too! Thank you everyone.
I have used Oviedo Pet Resort multiple times for my Frenchie, Bruno. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Natalie is very caring and welcoming each time we come in. I highly recommend for doggy day care and the facility is always clean and organized. A+++
I bring my pittie pup here a few times a week for daycare, and she's always super excited to spend time here. The staff are always very excited to see her and very polite to me and my wife. I love that they always put pics of the dogs at play on their FB page, almost every if not every day. Even if I only see my girl in 2 or 3 of them, it's awesome to see she's having a great time there. EDIT: I had to add to this. I guess we're spoiled, as we moved so close to this place so it was the first place we looked at. I remember a conversation with another customer in the waiting area, her saying "Other kennels are clean and sterile looking, like a doctor's office. This place is clean, but feels more like someone's home" and it couldn't be more accurate. Every time I walk in, whether for daycare or boarding, it feels like I'm dropping her off at a good friend's house to watch her, instead of a daycare. We've been regulars here for several months now, upgrading to the monthly package. My dog is finally to the stage in puppyhood/adulthood that she's exhausted when she gets home (thankfully). Her temperament, social ability, and overall happiness have improved, and I honestly have to give most credit to this place. All of the staff remind me of how great a dog she is, on a regular basis, and I couldn't be happier with their service and care of our girl. They have themed events and celebrate birthdays and gotcha-days for rescues, it's really a phenomenal place to trust your dog with. 5 stars really isn't enough...
We’ve been taking my ten month Goldendoodle here for several weeks now. He goes 2-3 times a week for daycare and loves it! He comes back exhausted (which we love!) but not overwhelmed - which is huge for my anxious boy. He loves being with other dogs but tends to get overwhelmed as well (rescue boy with his own baggage). Oviedo Pet Resort gives him the best of both worlds. Oh, and he loves the pool! I’m lucky at this point if I even get a second thought when I drop him off. 😂 Thank you for caring so well for my boy!
We are new to the doggie day care scene, so this is our first experience. So far we are very happy. Our pup goes to day care two times a week and she LOVES it. When she comes home after her day she is "dog tired",lol. The staff are also very kind. One staff member even encouraged me to seek out dog sunscreen for my fair skinned girl so she wouldn't burn, I never would have thought of it. So far we are all very happy with the group. I also like that they have different activities and add ons. My girl like the extra ball throwing and frozen beef pops. They even had a doggie disco party!!
Oviedo Pet Resort is the best! Our dogs love staying there and we don't worry about them at all because we know they are in good hands. One of our pups can be a little difficult but they love her anyway. The staff works very hard to make sure each and every pet is happy and comfortable. We're very thankful for the care that they show our pets.
We were nervous about leaving our 7 month old English Cream Golden Retriever when we went on vacation. The staff at Oviedo Pet Resort made us feel like he would be in good hands and have a good time while we’re gone. They asked us to bring him in for a half day trial, which was a good idea, both for our puppy and for us. I know he will love swimming and making new friends— both humans and doggies. ❤️

Winter Park Paws can not be beat. I have taken my pup to other places and he's one of tons of other dogs and he smells like pee when I pick him up. At WPP he gets monitored play time with a manageable group of dogs, gets a naptime in a cute little suite (not a crate), and he smells GREAT when I pick him up. Not only that, but I get cute pictures and descriptions of his day with a daily report card. Alicia and Chelsey are making constant upgrades to the facility to ensure our pets are getting the cleanest, healthiest environment available. They are also incredibly responsive to all messages, no matter the urgency. Lastly, they have fun activities planned for every day such as photo ops, kiwi day, pool parties, and more which promotes engagement and entertainment. High marks for the staff and facilities at Winter Park Paws! My dog Oli attends daycare at Winter Park Paws and can't wait to get through the front door every time we arrive. He LOVES his time with the staff and other dogs. The staff are amazing! When boarding for a weekend or longer, they have taken special care to work with his anxiety in the evening. We always get daily reports about his day complete with photos of he and his dog pals! I highly recommend Winter Park Paws! They are awesome! P.S. Expect fun around the holidays for your furry friends - for both Halloween and Christmas they had costume contest complete with fun photos to cherish!
Sushi, our French Bulldog fur baby has an absolute BLAST while attending Doggy Daycare or Boarding at WINTER PARK PAWS. The staff is super excited to see their fur clients upon arrival-you can tell they adore the animals, they are extremely professional and welcoming. The facility always smells fresh and clean, which we really appreciate knowing that Sushi has a safe/clean space to play. Having the shaded astro turf outdoors ensures that Sushi doesn’t have any allergy exposure to regular grass/pesticides. We love that our family gets daily updates/photos and notifications of our pups active day. We have personally recommended Winter Park Paws to many friends and family!
The only place we trust with our baby! It's true - Winter Park Paws truly cares about your family member. Our puppy has been going there one day a week because she loves to play with her friends. When she boards overnight we know she is well taken care of with a private suite. We can check on her via camera and we get a daily report via text/email every time she visits. The facility is very clean, communication is exceptional, and you interact directly with the owners. We feel very confident our baby is well taken care of when she is there. Don't look any further - you will love this experience for your fur-baby.

Our dog, Benny, loves his time at Winter Park Paws. He has attended daycare and recently had a week boarding stay. Benny's boarding happened during a Hurricane and the staff at Winter Park Paws were communicative, helpful, and thoughtful, about the necessary inclement weather procedures that they practice. A huge benefit we have found with Winter Park Paws, is that they are all-inclusive, during his boarding, they provided a camera for viewing, he attended the doggy daycare, he participated in their daily 'treat' activities, they sent daily updates via an app, and Benny had an individual room to settle and sleep in. Winter Park Paws is everything we were looking for in a caregiver for our Benny!!
My dog Pickle absolutely loves coming to daycare here. Before we even leave the house it’s like he knows he’s coming and is so excited, he drags me to the door every time! It feels good to know he has a place that takes such good care of him and that he enjoys so much. He also stays for overnight boarding and I love that he gets to play all day and is tired and ready for alone time at night. It has really made him such a social pup and great with all dogs. The owners are caring and responsive and treat him like their own. I’m so glad I found this place!
My husband and I have 3 dogs and have moved around a lot as a young couple. With that said, we have tried so many different dog daycares and boarding establishments in the past. But none have come close to giving us the comfort, professionalism and peace of mind as Winter Park Paws. We’ve been consistent weekly customers of Winter Park paws for the past 6 months. In that time, they have watched and cared for our 3 dogs in the best way. We even took a few vacations and tried their boarding service as well. They gave us daily updates for both daycare and boarding. They took many photos of our pups and are very active on their Instagram which was great to discover! We could always check on our dogs and see how they were doing. They always have the biggest smiles on their faces when they are in the care of Winter Park Paws. You can tell all the employees are well trained and they’ve all loved our dogs fully & work very hard to give the best service possible. We were also happy to find out there was an onboarding evaluation before being able to be clients in their facility. They care that all the dogs that interact are in a safe and positive environment. Winter Park Paws is the best you can find as far as boarding and daycare services go. They are caring to the dogs, serious about their safety and go above and beyond. I recently was abroad for 2 weeks and the team sent numerous photos and updates while I was gone to make sure I felt peace of mind. I left both of my golden retrievers with the team and they were well taken care of and had the best time. If you are looking for good people that are in the business for the good of the dogs and not the money, this is your place. Thank you WPP!!

I been meaning to do this for years but, I used to bring my dog there years ago. One day I got scolded by the owner shaming me tell me that I can’t be late because the groomer has thing to do besides wait for me. Yet When ever they called me it would be 30 minutes before they closed because mind you my appointments were always at 10-10:30 am but my dog wouldn’t get done until 30 minutes or a hour before closing and I would inform them on the phone I live 30 minutes away depending on traffic. So the owner manger whom ever took it apond herself to scolded me like I was child. Henceforth after that day I went somewhere else and they were great kind, sweet they were great with my senior boy at the time and gave my dog a heck of a lot better cut too. So go somewhere else not here.

I was given an all over tour of the pet hotel. Very clean. The rabbit’s room was clean. They were cleaning as I visited. The play yard was completely clean. It’s very clear that the staff loves animals and they are treated well while there. They also board rabbits if you are in need of a bunny sitter. Highly recommend!
I love this lodge my cocker spaniel goes there when I’m out of town and they take good care of him. The groomer is very nice and does a good job on him. It’s an affordable, one stop shop for grooming and pet lodging.

Amazing place to take your pet! I bring my 4 month old dog, Aragorn, here for the first time at daycare, and he enjoyed it. I was so scared of leaving him by himself for the first time, but I love the fact that they put him in a room with a small number of dogs near his size and his energy level so he wasn't overwhelmed or overwhelming to others. I definitely recommend this place, and I feel very comfortable leaving him there for long periods of time. Also very affordable!
The staff at this place are beyond phenomenal. I have an older dog with health issues, but I feel so safe knowing he's with them! There have been instances where I've picked him up after work and been shown a cute picture or told a story about something silly he did during the day. They also responded in such a commendable way when my dog had a seizure under their supervision. They went above and beyond their job description to help me get him to my car when he struggled to walk afterwards. It has been made apparent to me how much they care about senior dogs. I'm consistently reminded that they genuinely care. I have sent my dog to other boarding facilities in the past, but none of them held a candle to All Creatures Pet Lodge.
So many better options out there. Boarded my dog in their super suite option and found that my dog had been moved to the back without my knowledge, yet I was still charged for the super suite. Once I picked up my dog, they were soaked in their own urine and I had to bathe them once I got home. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking to board with this location. Choose a location that will put the love and attention into your pet like you would.
My puppa Blake has been a regular at All Creatures Pet Lodge for a year now. He loves it so much that he has memorized the route and knows that we are getting close. Everyone is kind, professional, polite, and genuinely care about all the pets who stay with them. I highly recommend this boarding facility.

We absolutely love Happy Paw! Our dog Max is always so excited to go, and one of his favorite things is the amazing bone-shaped pool! He has the best time splashing around and cooling off, and we love how much attention he gets from the caring and professional staff. The team goes above and beyond to make sure Max is happy and comfortable, and the facility is always clean and well-maintained. We’re so grateful to have found a place where Max has so much fun and is treated like family. Highly recommend Happy Paw for anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!
We have been loyal Happy Paws customers for 10 years for our dog Stewart. They have been absolutely fantastic. If I say “Happy Paws,” Stewart rushes to the car yipping to go. Every single staff member I’ve ever interacted with has been nothing short of professional and kind. Always my favorite place they take care of my boys and have been for three years now .I drive way out of my way because the number one according to the slantenal was not for me and was closer to me . These folks always treat my dogs so good . Cameras and report cards everyday I love it. Thanks to all the staff at Happy paws the pics are my boys passed out after there day at Happy paws.
My doggy was so happy to come home. They did an awesome job on her nails. It's better than the vet she goes to. I think I will do her grooming here from now on.
I'm working on the new UCF housing behind Happy Paws and all the dogs are having a blast in the pool and the employees are playing fetch with them!! If you bring your dogs here I'm pretty sure they're happy as can be, I'd bring my dogs here!!!

Took excellent care of our 8 month old golden, Bucky and our cat Smoky. Answered all of our questions and were very friendly when we called to check on them as we had never boarded our pets before. Took extra time to spend with Bucky since he is intact and was unable to play in daycare with other dogs. Gave us photos of Bucky and Smoky from their vacation when they were picked up. Will definitely recommend and use again.
The staff was so sweet and understanding. They took amazing care of my cat overnight. This was my first time ever boarding any pet but was an amazing experience. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to coax my nervous kitty out to the cat tree. I would gladly leave my cat in their care again. Cats are in good hands here!

Where do I start??!! Roll Over is exceptional! Our 2 year old has been here almost daily since he turned 3 months old. He has been treated like her own and we never worry while he’s in her care. His breed is known for separation anxiety and therefore he is never (ever) left alone at home. The environment that has been created here is secure and fun for our boy. Our dog eagerly looks forward to each visit, and we truly value the individualized care he receives. In fact, when our boy hurt his tail, she went way over and above for months to help us treat and wrap his wound daily which helped us tremendously. I highly recommend Roll Over for both daycare and boarding. I can’t imagine a more suitable place for our beloved pup!
I LOVE taking my dog Winter here! The staff are very kind people & they take care of your animals. Winter always comes home happy & tired from all the playing! Its very affordable. I got these photos from Winters "Report Card", how stinking cute?!
So I decided to take some time after the incident before writing this review. After moving to Florida, I found Roll Over due to the closeness to my new place. I took my dog here several times with no incident. One time, when picking him up, I was told that my dog suddenly had a UTI and blood was found in his urine. I had dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and I have a habit of monitoring his bowel movements and not once was there blood in his urine. Not even after. That should've been what I needed to never take him there again, but you know what they say about hindsight. In July, I took my baby there again as I was going out of town for my birthday celebration. Again, I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog. And not even a full 24hrs later, I'm getting a call that my dog needs to be rushed to the Emergency vet because they think he may be going into kidney failure. I'm sure anyone who loves their pets can understand how terrifying and confusing a call like that can be. It quickly became one of my worse birthdays. On my way to the Emergency vet I'm getting updates, but while the vet was telling me one thing Lanina (the owner of Roll Over) was giving me her own diagnostic. She kept trying to push the kidney failure narrative. She seems to like giving medical diagnostics despite not being a vet. In the end, it was ruled to be heat exhaustion/heat stroke. The owner then tried to say that the hospital staff were trying to make her look bad. I asked for all video footage with my dog from the time I dropped him off to when they had to take him take him to the vet... I have yet to receive it. Instead, she showed me partial videos where my dog was outside for minimal amount of time claiming that there was no way he caught heat stroke in that short amount of time. I would've liked to receive the full comprehensive videos so I could make that judgement for myself. I was never given the opportunity. 2 weeks after the incident I get a text. You'd think it would be to check on the well being of my dog, but it was not. Instead, she wanted to know about the collar and leash that was used to take my dog to the ER vet. Needless to say, I have learned my lesson. My dog will not be returning to Roll Over. I cannot and will not risk my dog like that again.
Found this cute place thinking I'd be able to support a local business. I made a reservation to drop my dog off for a temperament test for 4.5 hours on November 13th, 2023 at 10 AM before they could babysit him for my trip. Took my baby there and waited for 30 minutes. The sign still said "closed" at 10:30 AM even though business hours are from 9 AM to 7:30 PM. I rang the bell, called their number multiple times but no answers. I left a voicemail for them to call me back because I didn't want to wait around all morning. Not only that they didn't call me back but they also cancelled my dog's reservation without informing me. Updated: The owner personally reached out to me informing me of their recent hospitalization and handled the situation accordingly. I'd like to give Roll Over another chance.
Sent my 8 month old pup for day care and could not be happier with the service! She was picked up at home promptly and dropped off to our front door at the end of the day. Copper is extremely high energy and does not do well being alone, making it very time consuming to make sure she gets enough exercise. But 40 minutes after coming home, she was spent! And I love that she gets to interact with other dogs!
We absolutely love Roll Over. The nannies are all so dedicated and clearly love their jobs and all the fur children. Their caring clearly shows in every interaction! This is so different from my previous experiences with doggie daycare and boarding. Benji gets to play his heart out all day long. He is so excited to come here and he comes home happy and tired. The report cards are wonderful- I honestly get more info on how Benji is doing than what I would get sometimes from my kids’ daycare. We have also used the transportation services and they are reliable and prompt. Wow, could not ask for better care for Benji (and a better experience for us). Thank you to the whole Roll Over team. You are so appreciated.
My dog, Levi, loves to go to Roll Over because the staff treats him like he is their own. They know how to handle his loud personality and his playfulness. Even though there are closer dog-boarding facilities where I live, I rather drive the extra time so that my dog can feel comfortable.

Used the for the first time and couldn’t be happier. The visit updates gave us peace of mind and we were thrilled to see our dogs happy during the visits. The app makes it easy to schedule, communicate and pay. We love the variety with the options for visits so that we can choose the time lenght that best fits our needs. Will definitely continue to use them.
So happy to have found them! I just needed a drop in this time, but it gave me peace of mind not having to worry about rushing home to let the pupper out to potty. Wonderful people and affordable prices. They were so thorough with their visit and I even received a bunch of pictures! I will definitely be using them from now on.
Kim did an amazing job taking care of my pets. She sent picture confirmations of each visit, marked them as completed in her system, sent me notifications, and communicated how each pet was doing. There's a level of comfort to having Kim take care of your furry friends.
Kim and her crew are always so wonderful with my cats while I'm on vacation. When my dad would visit with his senior dog they were great with short notice dog walking. They have great rates and easy online scheduling. They always send updates while you are away and take care to note any changes or potential issues. They really care about your fur kids and it shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for in home pet services.
I have been using Fur Babies for several years. Kim is amazing! She takes great care of my dog and 3 cats! I love how she sends pictures and texts after each visit , it helps my anxiety when we are not home. I know my dog Paige looks forward to her time when Kim comes to hang out with her! Kimberly is absolutely the best! She takes care of our fish and also our 16 year old rescue kitty. Our cat, who usually won't let anyone else touch her LOVES Kimberly! She allows pets, chin rubs, tummy rubs, and brushing from Kimberly, and purrs the entire time! Kimberly sends pics and texts after each visit so we're able to see how happy our senior kitty is! Kimberly is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and professional. We feel confident and at ease when we know Kimberly is providing her special care for our feline and fish pets when we're away from home!
Furbabies is amazing! It's hard to leave your pet behind, but we no longer have to worry. Their care goes above and beyond. We love the detailed updates and pictures on the mobile app after the visits. It's so easy to get in contact with the owner (who is awesome) and the person caring for our pet through the app. You can easily book or modify appointments in the app as well. After a friend who watched our dog moved away we had always stressed over who was going to watch our dog. That is no longer the case! I'm so glad we tried Furbabies!
Amazing service, best pet sitters we've ever used. Kim is great to work with and they took care of our 2 kitties like those cats had won a lottery. Our little shy cat warmed up to the pet sitter better than we've seen her with anyone. Highly recommended!
I used Kim's "pet taxi" and dog-walking services last year. She is phenomenal. Before meeting Kim, I had been extremely wary of pet-care/pet-sitter services. But as soon as she stopped by to meet my pets before I left for an out-of-state trip, I immediately felt at ease. My dog and cat absolutely adore her, and I trust her 100 percent to care for them.
