Pat and Juan are amazing. They took really good care of Areti and gave her all the attention that she needed. They gave me regular updates with pictures and videos and I could see that my kitty was very relaxed (and not missing me 😛). She’s not an easy cat but they managed to win her trust. The house was very clean when I came back, I could see that they did some cleaning and even washed the towels and bed sheet and made the bed. I was so happy that I asked them to come another time to pet sit Areti. Thank you very much again all of the love that you gave Areti and everything 💚

I think this was our third time having Geoffrey & Nathalie sit for us, and every time gets better and better. They are the most delightful people, and so caring and considerate. It was incredibly easy to communicate with Geoffrey about everything, and they are always so flexible and easygoing about adjustments or changes. But they are also very attentive and proactive about details for the pets, ensuring that they are fully aware of everything that needs to be done, and how to do it properly. They are very calm and caring towards our old cats and I think that the kitties felt like it was a vacation having them stay with them. They were SO relaxed when we returned home. And the house was in perfect condition as well. You will not go wrong to have this wonderful couple stay in your home and care for your furry family. We ADORE them and hope to have a very long term relationship with them. I almost don't want to praise them too much at risk of having them become too popular and less available lol!!! They are amazing. Don't hesitate - welcome them!!! They are fantastic!!!

Tom and Hiljanne were amazing guests. We knew our furry friends were well taken care of because they sent lots of updates throughout the stay. They left the home sparkling clean and were extremely easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them !

Nathalie, Richard and Scott took very good care of our three medium/large dogs. We felt like they were left in good hands. One of our dogs developed an issue with her paw just before we left which made her anxious on certain grounds. Richard was great and actually carried her for part of the walks to make sure she wasn't left out of the fun. They were great communicators and gave regular updates (with photos). They left the house very clean and tidy. Even replacing the oat milk we left for them.

May and JB are such great dog-sitters! Great communication, and really nice updates of so many pics and wonderful home made videos (with sound tracks!!). They go on so many long walks with Arthur, and we can tell he really loves to spend time with them! Absolutely highly recommended!

Shuxin is the sweetest, calmest and most dedicated pet sitter you could wish for with a heart of gold and lots of love for animals. The way she took care of my 6 (mainly senior) dogs and 2 cats during my absence was heartwarming and with very much care and attention to the individual character of each of my animals. Not an everyday house sit, as there are 8 furry friends in total. I received photos and updates every day and did not have to worry about my animals for a minute. Corina, Patrick and Jade were perfect housesitters. They gave the animals so much love and care and kept the house clean and tidy. They sent us photos of the animals and what they were doing. Jade was wonderful with Teddy our dog and possible gave even more cuddles than my own daughter does! We would welcome Corina and family back any time. xx

I had the absolute best experience with Katerina! She watched my dog Rico for a week while I was on holiday and took such great care of him! She was super reliable and responsive ahead of time even coming by before the sit to meet me and Rico. I got lots of pictures during my trip and it was very clear Rico got lots of love and attention while I was away! Katerina left the house super tidy when I got back and even freshened up my flowers and left a little gift! Could not have asked for a better sitter :)

Samia and Alfian are a very nice couple. They have taken very good care of our furry family and our home. Although they have been in a hot period, they have taken generous walks with the dog and have been very affectionate with the cat. The house was tidy and very clean. I would highly recommend them

We did a video chat with Pam before we booked her and based on that chat and the numerous great reviews she had received, we immediately booked her for our 2-week trip in the fall.   Pam was doing a house/cat sit on Vancouver Island prior to our sit and so when she was done that one, she came to our home to meet my husband and I and to meet our cat Shadow.  Shadow took an instant liking to Pam!  It was nice to be able to show her around in person before we left and provide her with the keys to the house.  

Pam gave us regular updates while we were away and sent lots of pictures which was awesome!  When we booked Pam there was no medication requirements for Shadow, but that changed after booking her and she took it in stride and managed to do the meds while we were away.  Pam also was kind enough to coordinate her ferry booking back to Vancouver around our return flights - and she was the one that prompted that, not us!   That made us feel good to know that she was around until closer to the time we arrived home.  When we got home, the house seemed cleaner than when we left!  She had even done the sheets on the spare bed that she slept in and had it made up and ready for the next guest we may have.  She also laundered the towels and had all dishes put away.  Such a treat to come home to!

We would highly recommend Pam and would not hesitate to book her again if we can make it work another time.

I was pleased to have Rita and Eric visit to look after Hamish and Dylan, and the house. We had a chat on WhatsApps before they arrived, and I was impressed with how diligent they were with my pets routine. I didn't meet them face to face before I left on holiday, but they were in touch around the arrival time which put my mind at ease. I got some good updates from them while I was away, and they certainly seemed to put time into ensuring Dylan was well walked, and the Hamish had lots of lap time. My return date unexpectedly changed at the last minute, and Rita and Eric generously and flexibly (?) stayed on a few days, which really helped me out. I returned to a clean house and well cared for pets. I would gladly have them over again.

Wanna was so great with Boo! This was the first time I had gone away for an extended period and I was super stressed about my pup! Wanna has such a warm personality, she immediately put me at ease. She sent us updates about boo, even helped take care of an issue with our dryer while keeping us updated. The house was super clean and we came home to a happy pup. I would love for Wanda to return and housesit for us again :)
