This was my first sitting with this Community, and when I applied, neither Reta nor I, had any reviews, but somehow we connected from the very beginning and gave it a go. We texted, Skyped, talked on the phone and..... voilà we made it happen. And I definitely would recommend to stay by Reta and care for her beautiful cats!! ■The Host: Reta was always very caring, trying for me to be as comfortable as possible, she even went out of her way extra miles ( I want to emphasise this ) so I would be at ease during the sitting. She left me written clear instructions about each cat, feeding preferences, habits, what to do in case of emergency, etc During my stay she was always available through the phone (even though she was literally on the other side of the world) giving me some instructions, and taking care of some issues that arised I left a couple of hours before she was back (it was the last flight available ) , but we communicated through text and the handling of the house was smooth ■ The House: Reta's apartment is very comfortable, warm and with lots of light. It is well equipped with a fine WIFI connection, and nice office space for those who have to home work, it also has an amazing garden, well furnished with a fantastic table , so you can enjoy the view, watch over the cats and work at the same time. Some of the neighboors were also very helpful. The house is located in a quiet area of Zurich, close to Nature, and even a Forest where you can wander and even visit a mini 'Stonehenge' , Parks, and Scenic Viewpoints where you can see the whole city, you also have a good selection of shops to do the groceries and restaurants in the area. The apartment is also very well connected to the city center through a good network of buses, some literally stop at the doorstep, so you can be in the city center in 15 min or less ■ The Cats. I had never seen Maine Coons in the flesh so I learned why they are called the 'Gentle Giants' - Widar, a formidable beautiful Maine Coon, we bonded from the very beginning and was a loyal companion during my stay, he would sleep with me and wake up early and go to the office room to wait for me there. He has some health issues, and sometimes has to be reminded to eat, nevertheless he is a very playful kitty who would make everyone's joys -Juma, also a beautiful Maine Coon. Juma is very intelligent and belongs to Royalty, and even has a white Ruff around his neck to prove it, he was wary of me at first , but after a couple of days he decided to trust me, and spent a lot of time by me, but at a distance and always from a high point (he is a Royal). He spends lots of time sleeping, and grooming and you will win his heart with special treats -Aaron, is a massive white Plush Doll, he is a very uncomplicated cat and very sweet, you cannot stop rubbing his tummy. He likes to eat, cuddle, get brushed and pose pretty in the garden, he is usually always at sight, either indoors or outside -Momo, is the coolest of the bunch, he spends lots of time outdoors, and then comes suddenly to eat, (he does have a good appetite) and loves to get brushed and cuddle so he can leave again. What a free soul!! All in all, my Catsitting with Reta was a fantastic experience, the cats are wonderful, she is a trustworthy and caring person, the house is very comfortable, and Zurich is always woth a visit, what else can you ask for?
I had a lovely relaxing stay with Leila and Cosmo in picturesque Whaley Bridge. Kitties were very well behaved and friendly.

We had the delightful opportunity to take care of Mashi and Gatsby. From the very beginning, Nancy was communicative and thorough, ensuring we had all the information we needed to provide the best care for her cute cats. She provided detailed instructions about their feeding routines, preferences, and any special care instructions which made our job so much easier and more enjoyable. Her trust and organization allowed us to fully enjoy our time with Mashi and Gatsby without any worries in her cozy flat. My negative experience has lead me to give a one star. It began, with trying to enter the extremely tiny, and I mean tiny spa. No welcome with a smile for a new customer, instead the AC hose was dangling out the door, and I needed to somehow climb over the hose with a dog on a leash without damaging the hose. Once inside, still no smile & a hello. Just a yell from within. I left my pooch for her groom, and checked in on her a few hours later, still no smile, with an atmosphere of tension. I was simply told to come back. Upon pickup, my dogs paws were bleeding due to her nails cut shorter than normal 😢. No trim on her ears, and frankly it didn't look like her shag was completely shaved. They took my 100 bucks still no smile, and told me to text for her next appointment. There will not be a next appointment! Seems, the owner lacks Basic Customer Service Skills, and the Grooming was of poor standard for the amount charged.... Buyer Beware! Although the location is convenient to some, as per my recommendations. The lack of quality service supersedes convenience!!!
Sandy was very welcoming of our highly anxious Emma. Our dog Emma has been very scared when it came to grooming. Sandy listened to us and worked with Emma to give her a wonderful experience and successful grooming service. She was patient and understanding to our pups needs and she did a wonderful job. We are so glad to have found her and will definitely be back for continued appointments
Absolutely highly recommend. As I was bringing my fur baby in for a nail trim I received a call that my gram passed. I still took my pup in for his appointment, being in tears and the ladies were kind and understanding. Not to mention, the biggest compliment, they were great with my fur baby so he left happy!
