It was a great stay. Kobe is the sweetest dog in Chicago; he will be by your side, filling you with love, kisses, and being your companion for exploration and adventures... I already miss him. Rachel's apartment is beautiful, the building has a pool and gym. It is located in a strategic place to explore Chicago and very easy to reach downtown. Rachel was very special and kind to me, she left me a book about Chicago and always stayed in touch. As Kobe's mom, I admire her a lot. Kobe has multiple beds, leashes, treats, and delicious soft food, and it's evident that she does everything to give him the best. It's wonderful to meet people like her. Highly recommended!
Lovely first sit. Nibbles warmed to us and was no problem to care for. Cassie was a lovely and informative host.
Unfortunately, we would not house sit for Andrea again, nor would we recommend that others do unless they are fully aware of Andrea's expectations of them. Mike is wonderful, as is the apartment but you might find it though to meet the high expectations. There was an initial red flag when we went to pick up the key from Andrea and before leaving we were accused of having lost the key despite it never being handed over. The other issues came after the house sit when we checked Andrea's review of us on Trusted Housesitters and were surprised to read the negative comments. The apartment is really nice and we thought we did a good job of cleaning before leaving (removing bedsheets, cleaning bathroom and kitchen, and sweeping/vacuuming floors), however, when Andrea returned she was upset to see that we missed some spots of chili sauce in the kitchen that must have splashed as a result of chopping chipotle chilis. Apparently, those spots of sauce were enough to describe the apartment as 'filthy' despite everything else being perfectly clean. We found the comment to be totally unfair and this is the first time we have had a host on this site or otherwise, complain about how we left their home. We were also accused of neglecting the flowers on their balcony despite watering them (and it raining). Additionally, we were accosted for using their en-suite bathroom when there was a note on the door asking us to use the guest bathroom only. Having not noticed the note initially it did get used once, but after seeing the note, it was not even entered again. We find it very strange and even a bit creepy that Andrea knew we had used their bathroom (even if just once) and would have appreciated it if she had let us known in person, or included the request in the welcome notes if it was such a big deal. Finally, there was a complaint about sporadic communication which is entirely wrong. During a stay of 7 days, there were 2 days without messages between us. If Andrea wanted us to communicate with her every day of the stay that would have been fine but it was never mentioned so we were disappointed to see it being used against us in her review despite us sending multiple photos of Mike and communicating with her almost every day. We get that some pet owners prefer more communication than others but we were never made aware of Andrea's expectations, nor did she initiate more communication if that is what she wanted. For the reasons stated above, we can only recommend this house sit to those who are aware of what they are getting into with regards to Andrea's expectations.
I just finished a fun week long sit with Cheese in Jennifer’s comfortable apartment and I can’t say enough nice things about the experience. Cheese is a delight. A true gentleman with a playful streak, he was endearing from the start. His daily routine is simple and he always seems content. He was a little shy, but soon his personality came out and he accepted a stand-in person very well. He likes his food, his toys, and he likes to have someone around when his ears need to be scratched. Just an all around nice kitty. Jennifer’s home is next to new, nicely furnished, quiet, private, and secure. The building has great amenities. The neighborhood is full of restaurants with a grocery store a couple blocks away. Public transit is close by making it easy to explore. I was set up for success with clear and complete instructions & suggestions. Jennifer was always quick to respond to any question. She was gracious about sharing her home and making sure I was comfortable. I would whole heartedly recommend sitting for Jennifer & Cheese for anyone that enjoys cats.

I cannot recommend SpeediePaws enough. We contacted Siobhan to help us with one to one puppy classes for our Cockapoo, Dolly, and we have been so impressed with how much she has learnt in such a small time. We have had 4 hours of one to one time over the last few months. I don't think there is anything you could teach Siobhan about dogs as she seems to know everything. Super professional and very reliable and caring. So pleased we came across her!

They kept me up-to-date with pictures. looks like he was having a wonderful time he met loads of new friends, they also do a daycare that Reggie will be going to , The staff Are very friendly and helpful , I will definitely be putting him In there again 100% A big thank you to all the staff

Our cat Luna received such wonderful care from Emma & her lovely team. This was the first time that we had left our fur baby & we can't thank Emma enough for taking such excellent care of our Luna, while we were abroad for 2 weeks. Initially Luna wasn't eating well, so bless her Emma went to the trouble of buying a selection of meals & treats to tempt Luna, which thankfully worked. Emma sent us photos & videos of our beloved Luna & we could clearly see that Luna was content & in excellent hands. We would highly recommend Mutts n Moggies, they provide an excellent service, a safe and secure environment and they have such a wonderful caring team. Nothing was too much trouble for them.Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our beloved Luna, we wouldn't hesitate to use your services again.
Use this for my two dogs when we are on holiday. The facilities are good and the staff are very friendly but it gets booked up in advance so if you want to use for the summer holiday need to book at least 4-6 months in advance
We went for a viewing today, and the lady we spoke with who gave us a tour was genuinely lovely. She was so bubbly and knowledgeable. She couldn't have done more to assist us. Not many places will even take one working protection dog with open arms, let alone 3, but they were so accommodating and reassuring. I have already booked in, and from what I have seen so far, we will be a regular customer, hopefully.
Marie the owner is amazing. My small dog is diabetic and nervous and can snap out of fear and Marie spent an hour or two over several visits winning his trust and spending the time to get him used to the surroundings. I really can't praise the business and all the staff highly enough. Would recommend to anyone needing a pet hotel
We (Tulips & Tails Pet Photography) have done a two Photo Shoot days here and have seen how well the pups are looked after. Marie and the team clearly have a great understanding of Doggy behaviour and clearly love dogs!! As a local business we have no issues at all recommending them to our clients and have booked our pup into Both Daycare and the Kennels too. Highly Recommended!

Dog seemed to have a great time here, couldn't ask her for her feedback (obviously)!! The staff were very friendly, they post pictures of the dogs on their FB page so you can see how they are getting on. When we picked the pooch up they let us know how she was and we would definitely book here again.
My 15 month old ridgeback absolutely loves going to Mutts N Moggies. She is well looked after and is completed ready for bed when she comes home. Pictures taken during the day are brilliant
Christian’s service was really great. I was really worried in the beginning that I wouldn’t find a Dog walker that could manage my Staffie cross Rottweiler as he is very hyperactive and tends to pull on the leash, but she was amazing with him, my Bruno really loves children and I was very happy when Christina’s daughter Jasmine joined them for a walk to play with Bruno. She kept me updated and sent me pictures and videos of every walk. I really recommend 😊

Its the first time I needed my cats looked after so we can go on holiday. Looking for someone who can take care of your fur babies can be scarey but when I met Christina you instantly know she is a genuine animal lover my cats took to her instantly and they are fussy to whom they approach. Christina sent daily pics and updates of her visits when we came back you could tell they cats hadnt really missed us as they were so well looked after. Thank you Christina

Cannot recommend Christina enough. While on caravanning holiday in Cornwall and due to travel up to Windsor on the Saturday we got a call on the Friday and let down by the dog day care we had booked for Sunday/Monday while we went into Legoland. I got in touch with Christina and at such short notice she managed to take our 8 month old (very large 30kg) pup Marlo for both days. She sent us photos and updates throughout both days and I simply had to text as we were leaving Legoland each day so she she could get him ready to leave. The second day I was nervous he might not want to be left again but he was excited to see her and her children and went in happily, tail wagging. Thanks to Christina our holiday was not ruined and we still got to go to Legoland while we knew our baby was safe and happy- thanks Christina your a star ⭐️
I am so thankful to Christina for looking after my two ringneck parrots. She arranged a separate room for them. My parrots were fed fresh fruits and vegetables as per their diet. Most importantly I was updated every single day with their pictures and videos. This was so kind of her. My birds were very comfortable and relaxed at her place. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and would love to keep my birds with her in future too.
Christina was absulutely amazing. She provided my 3 pups an awesome home. She has a beautiful home, a great back garden and she kept me up to date with photos and information. I have used a few carers before and havent met anyone that great. 100% reccomended👌

They simply do not answer! And this after multiple emails and online enquiries. Not very professional, wouldn't recommend even trying to contact them, they will probably just ghost you. The sad part is that the only reason I decided to enquire was because I had met one of their dog walkers while out with my dog, and, when I asked for her contact details, she said she was not able to give those to me since she had signed a contract with this We Love Pets company and was legally unable to give me her details for dog walking and sitting services. Bit cheeky if you ask me... I needed a dog walker since my previous one moved away, and I immediately had a great rapport with the young lady I met, so hoped that if I booked in with the company, I would be able to book in with that dog walker. I've since forgotten her name, but I hope that if she sees this she'll reach out! Long story short, don't bother with this company. Much better private alternatives out there that actually answer!

Jasmine has been amazing with our two Dalmatians for the past couple of years and treats the two as if they were her own. Jasmine has been an absolute godsend for me and my reactive dog Jagger. We have been working with her for a few years now and she is knowledgeable, caring and always puts the wellbeing of the animals in her care first. Jagger has come leaps and bounds with her help, and when we experience set backs she's happy to refocus and help Jagger rebuild confidence. Thanks to Jasmine he now has a weekly walk with two other dogs - something that at one time seemed impossible. She's also been an incredible emotional support to me on this difficult journey. If you have a reactive dog and you're worried about trusting another person to understand their boundaries I cannot recommend her enough. She has changed both our lives for the better and we will forever be grateful. Jagger loves aunty Jasmine and runs out the door with her happy and excited every time. Jasmine is brilliant. We have two large dogs (boxer/staffie X) and Jasmine walked them for the past 12 months at least twice a week. She is extremely knowledgeable, great at making sure they got into good habits, and ultimately makes sure they have a great time in her company. At times Jasmine would have to collect or drop them off whilst we were not at home and this was never an issue, and she made our lives so much easier. Jasmine is a very experienced and professional dog walker who loves my dogs as if they were her own. She is patient and completely reliable. She offers optional trackers, has an online shared calendars for her clients, sends daily photos, the list goes on! Her knowledge of dogs and her ability to read dog behaviour is outstanding. My dogs go on one of her group walks, and I highly doubt I will ever go to another! I cannot recommend Jasmine and JS Pet Care enough.
My dog Lulu can be a bit tricky and with my wedding coming up, my usual carers won't be available. So I turned to Home From Home Dog Boarding to start building a connection with a capable carer. We were introduced to Monika and Alessandro who turned out to be more than perfect. They have great experience with bigger and stronger dogs. Lulu had a great weekend and I didn't worry once whilst I was away for the weekend. They sent great updates and took Lulu out for day trips and were so accommodating when plans changed and I needed to pick her up later than planned. She had a great time and is already booked in for more holidays and I can know that I can focus on my wedding next year and not worry about Lulu enjoying herself as well!

Such a lovely couple, who adore dogs and have lots of experience. I got daily updates and went away knowing they’re being looked after. If anything happens to one of them there’s 24 hour support from Home from Home. Staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

This is the second time Eddie and Vera have looked after Tiago and despite there being a year in between stays he was so excited to see them and return to their home. It is so reassuring for my wife and I to know that he is happy and well cared for by them and we are very grateful that he too had a wonderful holiday! Thank you Eddie and Vera! We visited the family first before committing to the booking, and that made us confident our dog would be in safe hands and well looked after. We delivered the dog with all the bedding, food, toys, meds, treats. And when we collected her after the boarding, it's clear there was an affectionate bond between the dog and the family (both ways). She was very well cared for, and I'd say she had a fantastic time. Wendy send us a few photos over WhatsApp too — lovely to see. Will be booking again next year.
Caroline from Minding Pets looks after our elderly deaf cat when we are away and it gives me peace of mind knowing that Caroline cares for our cat as if he was her own. She provides regular updates and contacts us with any concerns about his health or behaviour. We would highly recommend her.

Caroline looked after my yorkie/shitzu cross Benjy from a puppy for his first year or so whilst I was at work. Caroline would pop in and take him out for a 15 minute walk before I came home for lunch. I now work from home a lot so her services are not required but I can honestly say Caroline was reliable, honest and great with Benjy, I’m sure he misses her!!!

Tony is amazing he really helped me with kobe my puppy, with off the lead training, Tony is very kind and understanding, and with his experience and advice, nothing is too much trouble, my pup really loves him and he was so responsive to Tony and loving every minute of his training..he's great with the owners and their dogs giving great understanding and help to make dogs and owners happy..thankyou Tony.
Highly recommend! Tony was looking after my cat Gumball, and the whole experience was fantastic. He was extremely professional and flexible, I was getting daily pictures and video updates. There was no problems doing small adjustments in food portions etc. He also did one of my now favourite pics of my derpy cat 😂 overall strongly recommend:)
Wow finding someone to help look after our little dog (Prince) when we are away the same way we do was so worrying but Tony is like the horse whisperer (but for dogs) not sure how but Tony managed to calm a working cocker spaniel, feeling so much better about our next trip away without our beloved pet dog.
Tony recently provided some training for my golden retriever Snowy who is reactive on lead. Tony was very patient, explained everything so well, gave some great insights into canine behaviour & made the training feel easy to follow & understandable. I would highly recommend Tony for any pet training you may need.
Tony has been so helpful throughout our training and he is always available to talk and give tips on training and progress. He regularly checks in with us to see how our boy is doing too. It’s clear that he really cares about the animals and wants the best for them.

Tony and Savina are amazing pet parents to my dogs. They look after my rescue dogs and my puppies who have grown into lovely young adults. They care deeply for each of them, understand their personalities and in return, they are very much loved by each one of them. I recommend them for day care and boarding. Dogs are truly happy with them!
I had contacted Tony for help with walking and with discipline for my Beagle. Tony has been amazing and very caring. After going with the training Max no longer pulls on his lead. I would really recommend using Tony as this had really made our lives easier!
