Paul and Arnel were very communicative and prompt in their arrival. They shared lots of photos and seem to really love dogs. They arrived early for a walk through of the house, which I really appreciated. The house was also left in great condition, with the sheets washed and bed remade. They made sure to not leave until my flight had departed. I never had any issues getting a hold of Paul, and he was very responsive.

I substracted a few stars as I want to be very fair and objective in my review about what my instructions said and what occured. My instructions state that my dog "likes to walk 2-3 miles per day - spread over 4 walks. We typically do three walks (AM, Lunch, and PM, and then a quick potty break before bed)." I have a Ring and notifications for doors opening and realized that on one day, my dog went out to the bathroom at 3:45pm for a ten minute walk and then wasn't taken out again for the rest of the day. He then didn't go outside again until 10:05am the following day. My instructions are very detailed and I try to be chill, but it's hard to know your dog didn't pee for 18+hours. Objectively, that's way too long for a dog.

When I called Paul, he answered immediately, was kind, and did promise to take my pup out more often (which he did). I appreciate him and Arnel being responsive and I do believe they really care for dogs, but I do need to note that a day of my trip was spent with a lot of anxiety about my pup's bathrooms breaks. Would recommend Paul and Arnel for houses with yards!

Clare
Clare was very hospitable and it was easy to organise our stay. The house is lovely and we had a great time exploring the local areas. Kit is a very sweet dog who we will both miss.

Kara
Kate and Kara were wonderful hosts; they are really gracious and kind. Their home is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. Liam and Fiona are so sweet and well-behaved. Liam loved sitting on our laps while Fiona took a little more time to warm up to us but she also loved to be pet and snuggled with. We miss the kitties!

Kristin
Wow, this was my first sit where I sadly did not get to meet the hosts but it worked out amazingly well. Kristin was super organised and provided both a welcome pack and a little video showing me around the house and the cats routine so I knew what to expect. She also text me some local walks and places to visit which was really helpful with such a short stay.

Their modern house is on the edge of town and is super quiet it felt like a country sit (with the countryside actually being only a short walk away) Godalming; known to me as a station that I pass through on the train to and from London, I was pleasantly surprised and had a delightful canal walk suggested by Kristin and the town is very beautiful with lots of little independent shops and an amazing choice of the all important coffee shops!

And Henry and Telulah? They are just such pretty and delightful little cats and came down from their sleeps upstairs to say hello within the first hour of me arriving. A little shy and timid at first but soon friendly once they realised that I will be feeding them for the next few days. Both loved a good chin and tummy rub and enjoyed being groomed.

Even though I had to head onto my next sit before Kristin and the family returned, this sit worked out amazingly well for us both, so thank you Kristen for letting me stay and look after your little fur babies, so sorry we did not get to meet but hopefully Henry and Telulah told you all about me on your return :)

Harriett
One of the most enjoyable pet sits we have ever done. Harriett's pets and home are great!
Charlie is an old boy, Golden Retriever, he is the kindest and most affectionate dog, he loves human contact and enjoyed being walked and cuddled by my children. Kit the 3 legged cat is very independent and after being fed likes to disappear in the garden.
The house is very conveniently located close to a park, it is modern and comfortable. We would be delighted to pet sit Charlie and Kit in future.

We really enjoyed our first house sit with Tibby and Thatcher. The dogs have very loving personalities and are extremely easy to work with. Paul and Becki are wonderful people and have done an excellent job of training Tibby and Thatcher. The home was very nice and relaxing. We were able to do some sight seeing, try some new restaurants and take in a concert. This was a great experience for us and we will miss seeing Tibby and Thatcher:)
