Lauren had a very quick stay with Poppy, but she was so wonderful! She was really warm and easy to connect with, and was very responsive with our communications. She left my apartment very tidy and I came home to find Poppy very calm and content. I would definitely recommend Lauren!

Joan

Joan was a good communicator in both arranging the house sit and sending updates about the dogs. She also left the house in good shape. She stripped the bed as we asked and even brought her own pillows/ towels leaving the ones we provided clean. She arrived and left at the time we had planned and made the effort to come meet us and the dogs ahead of time.

Emajja & Thomas

I appreciate that Emajja was very kind and communicative throughout her stay, however, I don’t feel as though she read the Welcome Guide or followed my directions very well. She asked many questions that were addressed in the guide and didn’t follow feeding instructions for the dogs or the instructions for how to handle the dogs when she leaves the house, which resulted in difficulties with my neighbor.

Spencer & Linda

It was truly great having Spencer stay with Telli. He was neat, organized, and communicated very well. More importantly, he took excellent care of Telli, taking her for walks, playing with her, and even training her a bit! I'd have him come back any time.

Gail once again accepted a last minute sit and Booch was very happy to have her company again! Gail was flexible on coordinating arrival and departure time, and attentive to Booch’s weight loss food regime 😄

Mary Jessica was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our GIANT dog Mamma Mia. She took extremely good care of our house with it cleaner than we left it upon our return. Our neighbors remarked on all the walks she gave Mamma and Mamma seemed very pleased with the entire experience. Mary Jessica was self sufficient, needing very little instruction outside of our Welcome Guide. She followed everything I wrote and asked how much communication I’d want. I’m very pleased and would both recommend her and love to have her again.

Molly and Nicholas were great sitters, and we would definitely have them back! They communicated just the right amount, took excellent care of our pets, and left the house clean and tidy.

Emily

Emily communicated in advance, arrived on time & asked very good questions before the sit. We cooked dinner for her & enjoyed chatting with her about her travels. I thought we became instant friends. But when we returned home only 3 hours after she had checked out, we found the cat's food & water bowls almost empty & mentioned it to her on text. She got upset & said that I did not trust her, accused her of not feeding my cat, & she immediately wanted to cancel her next scheduled sit. We also found that she never watered the plants during the 2 days she was here even though my husband had taken her around the yard & showed her the vegetable garden. Otherwise, Emily left everything clean & seemed friendly.

Mac & Brendan

Mac and her partner arrived and departed on time, were friendly and easy to please, and took great care of a tiny senior doggo who can be anxious. We were out of service for most of the sit, and I didn’t worry that they’d need help - they seem like they could handle any situation that came up independently. When I did have service during the sit, average text response times were about ~2 hours (ranged from 5 minutes to 7 hours during the day - I would never bother a sitter overnight!) I’ve rated 5 stars overall and I’m happy our pup got to be at home!

Jami went above and beyond in caring for both my home and my pet while I was away. She kept me updated daily with thoughtful messages and adorable pictures of my dog, which really put my mind at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine love for animals was clear from the start. I would happily welcome Jami and her sweet dog Vina back anytime. Highly recommend her!

Jo, Gary, Martha and Isaac are a lovely family and fantastic house/pet sitters. Our dogs had a wonderful time being looked after so well and taken for wonderful walks, thank you also for the wonderful guinea pig and hamster care. To top it all the family very thoughtfully bought us lots of food and drink for our return from the USA. The house was immaculate, a 100% recommendation.

I can’t say enough good things about Lauren and Ben and their conscientious care for our pets and our home. This is the second time we have asked them to come and stay and we were just as pleased and comforted knowing they had everything in hand on this occasion as we were on their first visit. 
Our dog definitely remembered them, even after a 5 month separation, and was so happy to be reunited with his friends! 
As we were leaving early in the morning, we asked if Lauren and Ben could arrive the night before. This worked with their plans and it gave us all a chance to visit, enjoy dinner together and catch up on their news. 
We feel very fortunate to have met this lovely couple who we feel are friends as well as people we can wholeheartedly turn to for the care of our home and our pets.
