Lori and Joe were great. Felt comfortable from the time we met. Would recommend.
Taking care of Phoebe was a pleasure since she is a very tender, affectionate and clean cat. Unfortunately, when we arrived at Clément's home, we were surprised to find that the apartment was not as clean as we expected or as we have had in other experiences through the app. The bathroom was not in a condition to be used. The toilet bowl had traces of dirt and scale everywhere. The bathroom floor had accumulated dirt for weeks. The tub, sink and bathroom walls also had accumulated dirt and scale. The kitchen was in similar conditions. Grease and food remains on the counter, floor and countertops. All the dishes and cutlery were dirty and needed to be washed before using them. In addition to the floor being covered in dirt and food, we found broken glass which was a danger to us and his pet. Finally, the entire floor of the apartment was covered in dust, dirt and cat hair. It was not a pleasant experience for us to find the apartment in that condition, as we had to clean it when we arrived after buying cleaning products and implements since there were no necessary items available in the apartment. It is important to mention that after speaking with the application's help desk and with Clément, he took responsibility for the situation. He reimbursed us the money we spent on cleaning products and hired someone to go and clean the apartment completely.
Katy, Patrick, Fergal, and Bertie were a real pleasure to meet and spend time with. Fergal loves playing ball/ ball chucker, and he also loves being off-lead in the woods near to Katy and Patrick's home. He really just wants to be wherever you are. Bertie renamed Flirty Bertie because, well, he's a big slice of affection tart with a dollop of cream. We spent two nights at both ends of our stay with K&P. They're highly intelligent, interesting, charming and really funny people. No, they did not pay me to say any of this. Well, not much anyway. We're hoping to stay in touch as friends. The Cranbrook area is very good for exploring parts of Kent and Sussex, especially Whitstable, which was a personal favourite.
Sitting for Agata was fantastic! Great area, the kitties were personable and lovely, and Agata and her husband were great at communicating. Would sit again!
This was a very nice pet sit with three very cute and sweet dogs. Their home was very warm and welcoming. The location was by the beautiful Phoenix Park. I highly recommend this sit.
We loved caring for Wally and Fonzie. They both have their unique personalities and kept us entertained the entire sit. This is a lovely home with wonderful guest accommodations - great bed, beautiful linens, HOT water with amazing water pressure, located in a fabulous area in which you can walk to most anything you want. We especially enjoyed the balcony with views and lots of sunshine!
We had a great time sitting Roo and Doser! They are good friends, we loved watching them playing. I walked them to the park in the mornings, and Kevin threw balls at the backyard in the afternoon. We played more when we watched TV and cooking. Jose and Matt are very cool couple, great communication and a very sweet home in a quiet and convenient neighborhood.
