For this sit they brought their sweet, well-behaved dog, Luna, who was a very fine guest and company for our dog Angus. Before we departed Terry and I were also delighted to have a whole day to spend with Elsa and Ben. In fact, we were enjoying their company at dinner so much that we nearly forgot that we still had to pack for our early morning departure the next day. While we traveled we were in regular contact and never had a moments worry about the pets or house. When we returned we found happy pets and a spotless home - laundry done, kitchen and bathrooms clean and orderly, everything in its place. If Elsa and Ben apply for a sit, we recommend them without reservation. They lived up to the name and expectations of "Trusted" Housesitters and we look forward to the next opportunity to welcome them back to our home as friends!
Tia did another great job of keeping Deegan. Her daughter who has a Great Dane (Duke) comes over and loves to play with Deegan and they roam the woods. House was great and she planted some spring flowers in my gardens.
This was our first experience with zeewoi, and we were lucky to find Rita! Rita has the perfect personality for our shy kitties; quiet, warm and lap-friendly. Glinda warmed up to Rita immediately, and Willy did what Willy does… sneaking into the house to be fed twice a day. Both kitties looked well fed and happy when we returned. I was happy that Rita enjoyed staying in our house; working remotely, cooking, and visiting the beaches and local attractions. Rita was extremely respectful of our old house, and paid great attention to small details. Rita left everything sparkling clean (it’s true, the house was actually cleaner than when we left!) Our neighbors also enjoyed their conversations with Rita, and said she was great. I’m hoping to get Rita back to San Diego for our next vacation!
