Jan arrived from Holland the evening before our departure allowing us time to get to know a bit about him and for us to explain a few things about the house and our dog. He was very easy going and we felt happy to leave him in charge. He seemed to enjoy his time here and sent us information on his experiences and photos. The house was left clean and tidy and the dog was clearly very relaxed and well cared for.

Esther petsitted my cat for a little over 2 days. She was extremely flexible as i had to change the dates 3 times due to my work which never seemed to bother her. I really appreciated it. On top of that, you can see that she knows how to be around cats and how to care for them. It left me with a lot of confidence while i was away. Her communication was excellent. I came back to an happy pet and clean house. It was a great experience! I can only recommend her and hope she will come back again in the future :-)

Marjolein was a truly wonderful house sitter for me. She looked after everything beautifully and took excellent care of my fur babies. She was reliable and kept me informed of what was happening at home whenever I needed updates. Marjolein also went out of her way to help me out with a couple of unexpected matters that cropped up while I was away, and I felt that I could trust her completely. She is a lovely person, and I would have no hesitation at all in asking her to house sit for me again in the future.

Rebecca & Konrad

Super friendly and responsive to messages. We arranged a pre meet as Rebecca brought her dog Ziggy. There was no need to worry as Ziggy was so calm and friendly and Rebecca and Konrad had read the brief about “food is life”. They met Lady with treats in hand - always a winning situation. The house was left perfectly tidy and I only know they stayed 5 nights as the bedding was washed and hung to dry. We wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again and we are hoping to stay in touch. Thank you Rebecca & Konrad you allowed us to have a break knowing our elderly dog was well cared for - we know she was well walked as she slept for 2 days solid on our return 😂

Christel was absolutely wonderful. She was very well organised, easy to communicate with, conscientious and attentive. Due to train cancellations I had to leave earlier than originally planned, but Christel's good organisation meant that she was able to arrive with plenty of time to spare and we could do the handover. She even kindly dropped me off at the station. I feel lucky to have had Christel as a sitter.

Adriaan was an absolutely brilliant sitter for us during our travels. He kept great care of our two cats, keeping them well fed and entertained. His communication was also great providing pictures and updates while we were away! He took great care of our home, and the only concern we had was that the cats would be disappointed when he ultimately left! He left the entire apartment wonderfully clean on his departure which was not expected but very much appreciated too. We would happily welcome him backand recommend him to anyone looking for a sitter in the future!

Carolina and Sebastian were absolultely amazing! They unfortunately arrived the day after the sit started, due to a sudden flood warning for their home town. When they arrived at our apartment, they met our one cat Lily but Jenny was missing. This is normal behaviour for Jenny to hide but Carolina persisted in asking where he could be. After a while, we realised he was truly missing and Carolina and Sebastian jumped into action. They were on the phone with us while we gave them ideas for where he could be. Eventually, they found Jenny on our balcony, he had gotten out while our housekeeper was there. They were wonderful in handling the situation and ensuring that Jenny was treated with love and care. We came home to a spotless apartment and flowers. Carolina and Sebastian were wonderful, we've never had a situation like this before and they kept calm and communicated well with us. Our cats were happy campers when we returned home. I am deeply grateful to both of them for everything they had done to ensure that both of our cats were well taken care of. I would have them back in a heartbeat!

Donna and Rickey are the sweetest pets, very calm and well mannered.  Dan is nice and communicates well, an easy and relaxing sit/stay.

Rif Raf and Rocky are two absolutely adorable dogs. Rocky is older and blind and needs injections twice a day for his diabetes. It was very easy once Sue showed me. He is an adorable dog though as long as you're gentle and guide him as he is mostly blind and deaf. He loves a cuddle once he's comfortable with you though. Raf is a cheeky monkey and no matter how many times we walked and played ball, he never once got tired. I'm not sure he ever gets tired. I had so much fun walking him and playing with him while Rocky stayed home with just tiny walks outside the front door. He's not capable of going far.
Sue is warm and friendly and very open with her home. She likes guests to come a day or two before to show them how everything works, where to walk dogs (there is an art to it). It is very valuable in fact this advice which means you are completely secure and feel comfortable with what you are doing. 
Sue checked in with me during her holiday as did I as she's understandably concerned about poor Rocky and his diabetes. 
This is not a house sit for anyone who wants to have a base to explore London and be gone all day. This is a house sit for someone who works online or doesn't mind spending most of the days with the dogs as they like to have company. However, if you want to go out for dinner or a bit of a shop, the dogs are fine for a few hours and nearby Chiswick and surrounds are just beautiful. Lots of love restaurants, pubs and cafés. Really is a walker's paradise.
