Such a great kennels! Rufio is always well taken care of and enjoys being there. Large paddock to burn off steam. The owner, Miles is excellent and really easy to speak with.
I understand why it’s a lot cheaper than everywhere else. I will never send my dog here again. We only used as the normal one we used was fully booked. My 6 month old puppy was terrified. We had to wait for the man to get there, no one was around. Anyone could even steal dogs without anyone knowing. He literally got pushed in a cage and all the dogs left again while the kennel owner went out for the afternoon. No other staff. Completely different to the one we usually use that actually care for the animals, this one definitely doesn’t only interested in the money. Not changed in 20 years as I actually did work experience here 20 years ago, I was 15 years old, not getting paid and was left all day by myself, I always thought what do they normally do and 20 years later I have found out, they do what I thought they do nothing and leave the dogs by themselves apart from to feed and clean out (about 1 hour a day, rest of time they are left to bark by themselves)
Our elderly dog came home very happy from here. Simple caring setting, they are not about the looking bling but all about the dogs welfare and comfort.
I've been taking my lab here since he was 4m old. He is always happy to go and ecstatic when collected. He's exercised, fed a d looked after. He even appears to be more behaved everytime he comes home so that's a bonus. I feel at ease going away leaving him here knowing he's looked after, fed and kept warm.
I was working with a dog named Jack that was temporarily staying here, he was happy to be returned each day when I dropped him back off. The man that runs Country Club was so lovely and understanding and great with all the dogs. This place is clean and tidy. Plenty of space for the dogs to exercise. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my dogs here.
Great place for dogs to holiday at, every time I take my dog he runs in knowing exactly where to go, the staff are kind and helpful. Fully trust the team at country club kennels with the furriest member of our family.
Both our dogs love this kennels and can't wait to get in there! They look just as happy when they come out and aren't dull or depressed as they have been elsewhere. We must have visited close to a dozen times now and never had any issues. You just need to be aware of opening times as with any kennels and make sure you visit between those times. We have never had a problem with dropping off or collecting.
Been trusting this place to care for our dogs for many years. Never any issues or any indication that they are anything less than well looked after.
I have been taking my pets here for 15 years - the staff are friendly and attentive and I can feel confident the animals are well cared for. When my lurcher was getting older she became increasingly fussy with eating and at the kennels, she was given lots of individual attention.
Always good, have taken our labradoodle here for years. Never any issues and he seems to enjoy his stay as he bounds in each time! Would highly recommend
