These guys are fabulous house sitters and pet sitters! This was the third time they have stayed for me & this one was a long trip away. Throughout the stay I got regular updates on both my pets. During their stay my dog Billy needed to go to the vet as he has an allergic reaction. Carolina communicated well with me on how he was & took him to the vet & cared for him as if he was her own pet. Until the vet could see billy Carolina gave him baths to help & made him as comfortable as possible. Once the vet had given medication this was given to billy & when I got home he was back to normal.I truly appreciate the care that was given to both my pets & home. I would have no hesitation in having them back & wish them all the best on the adventures down in South Island & beyond. You wil be in great hands if you go with these guys!
Kelly is simply AMAZING. If I could give her six stars, I would. This was the first time I used zeewoi and I could not be happier with my experience, and I have Kelly to thank for that! I felt so much guilt leading up to this 10 day trip and the idea of leaving my cats alone made me so anxious. But that completely changed the minute I talked to Kelly. She was so reassuring and kind, making it so easy to trust her. Kelly is extremely reliable, texting me with updates daily, even when I was across the world and couldn’t answer. She was committed to caring for my cats and genuinely cared about making a connection with them. Even buying a toy for them, that they now LOVE. Even when one of them left her an unwelcome surprise 💩 twice! She cleaned it up and reached out to ask about how to potentially prevent it. Never once making me feel guilty or ashamed for them having an accident. Kelly is not only tidy, but will leave your home cleaner than she found it. It was so nice to come home after a long trip to a clean home and happy, healthy cats. And when I say clean, I mean SPOTLESS. She went out of her way to clean my bathrooms! I can’t even get my husband to do that! Kelly is amazing, and I cannot thank her enough for caring for my “little men.” I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a loving, attentive pet sitter, who will treat your home with respect, and keep you updated and carefree as you travel the world.
