Cat Sitters in Sompting

Fiona and Derek have just completed a week house sitting and caring for our two boisterous bengals. They are lovely people who, from our initial chat with them, we immediately knew would give us a great house-sit, which they certainly did! Communication was great from the get-go. And they were more than happy to arrive the day before we left on holiday to meet the cats and allow us to show them the workings of the house. While we were away, they sent us several messages a day to let us know how things were going. Which was much appreciated. And they clearly enjoyed their stay making the most of the house and local surroundings, especially walking sections of the SW coastal path. And from a couple of the photos they sent, clearly had a good time with the cats! On our return, the cats were relaxed, happy and had obviously been well cared for. And the house was immaculately clean and tidy. Many thanks again Fiona and Derek. And as already said, we would be delighted if you would like to house-sit again for us sometime in the future.

Bonny was a great sitter, really friendly, reliable and I could tell the cats were taken great care of.

Ophelia was fantastic! She was super flexible with arriving in time for us to show her round & very patient when we had some last minute set backs on the day that meant we had to leave later than expected. She instantly connected with our cat Mishka & we could tell straight away that he would be in very caring & capable hands. She was very self sufficient but also reached out to make sure she was giving the right eye drops when he had an eye issue flare up while we were away. We would have her back anytime to sit for us & recommend her to everyone.

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter to look after our babies, especially as it was our first time using Zeewoi. Natalie was organised and great with communication pre stay, which provided a lot of reassurance. We received updates daily while we were away, which we encouraged and she certainly delivered. On our return the house was left spotlessly clean and both cats had quite clearly been well looked after while we were away. We would have Natalie to stay and look after our boys any time without any hesitation!

Alexandra came to look after our anxious dog for a week whilst we were away. She came by and met her before we left. She sent us updates whilst we were away and we came back to a very happy dog and she left our home tidy.

Good sitters

Laurent house sat our cat and flat for a month over Christmas and January. He was responsive, keeping in touch in the lead up to and during his stay, sending us regular updates and photos of Jabu the cat. They seemed to get on very well! We had a great trip away because we knew our flat and pet were well looked after. We met Laurent a couple of times beforehand which really put our minds at ease and it has been great to get to know him. We would highly recommend Laurent!

Ruth looked after Basil whilst we were in Portugal for 10 days. She was amazing from start to finish and so much so that I think Basil was pinning for her when she left. I couldn't recommend her more, she is very calm and caring and a lovely down to earth person. I felt very comfortable with Ruth mar also very confident leaving Basil and the house in her capable hands. She instilled trust in me right from the get go just because she is so genuine and easy to get on with and clearly knows what is doing with cat care as well as organising things in general. Basil absolutely adored her and I will definitely invite Ruth to Basil sit again and can't recommend her enough. She is so reliable, trustworthy and capable and well as being lovely. Thank you Ruth for doing such a fantastic job!

Marc was a super house sitter and a very nice easy going person to communicate with. Our initial conversations left me confident I had chosen the right person. Despite and being at a festival with no phone signal all w/e (luckily I have back up contact numbers for friends who know our house) he resolved an electrical issue easily and communication afterwards was great. He even communicated and assisted my daughter who had forgotten her contact lenses before her holiday! Marc left the house as clean and tidy as we had left it with bedding washed and hung out to dry and most importantly our pets were extremely well cared for. He walked the dogs regularly and they were very disappointed when we arrived home that it wasn't him! I would throughly recommend him and hope he'll be able to sit for us again soon.

It was a pleasure to meet these guys in advance and they did a fabulous job of looking after my doggie and my home.

Maddy and Martin house sat for us for a week whilst we were in the Scilly Isles. The dogs were really happy and not that pleased to see us when we returned as they’d obviously had a lovely time. The whippet had an upset tummy at night and they coped admirably. The house was immaculately clean and tidy when we returned. They were really easy to communicate with. I felt happy they were coming from the moment we spoke. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and have them to sit again.
