Tami was such a great find! She kept us updated about Emma - sent pictures and let us know how she was doing. She was so considerate and respectful of the house and our things, leaving everything in prefect shape. We would ask to have her sit again and would highly recommend her. Meg
We housesat for Mark and Stacy for five weeks in July 2024 and had a wonderful stay. What an amazing sit! From the initial contact we had with Mark and Stacy, to the welcoming arrival (including two pre-sit walk-throughs), and the perfect handover, everything was great. The communication was great throughout the sit and they were accessible when we needed information or advice. They equipped us with an instruction booklet to help with animal maintenance and daily chores. Charlie the border collie is an energetic, intelligent and sometimes particular dog. He loves to play fetch in the yard and is keen for hikes in the neighbourhood, parks and nearby beaches. He is extremely loving and was always along for the ride in anything we did. Mark and Stacy explained that he did not like crowded public spaces and petting from unknown people, so we planned accordingly with this advice. Ruby the cat is an independent soul who spends most of her time in the yard or out and about. She is very loving and would come snuggle and sleep beside our teenage kids overnight. When playing fetch with Charlie she would often come join the fun! Fluffy the bunny is low maintenance and loves periodic visits to his pen with fresh vegetable treats. The chickens were easy to care for and we absolutely loved having fresh eggs daily. The property was amazing and exactly as described. The house was very comfy, clean and their large kitchen was a delight to cook in and hosted many family game nights. The wrap around porch was peaceful and inviting, the gardens were visually impressive and provided abundant fruits and vegetables. The pool and trampoline kept our kids happy and entertained! We feel so fortunate that Mark and Stacy trusted us to care for their menagerie of fur babies and with their lovely homestead. Our entire family was so happy here. Hopefully this is not a goodbye but a see you again!
Igi was fantastic to care for, she is very playful and fun and really loves her walks. Caitlin and Rowen are such kind people and made sure we were comfortable and ready to spend Christmas there! The location is brilliant, near parks and just off Twickenham green. The house, amenities including bed are fabulous. Thank you Rowen and Caitlin π
