Giulia was great! She visited us the evening before to get to know the cats and everything that was needed. She kept me posted everyday with pics and GIFs of the cats so I could feel safe they were doing well. Even Perla who is quite skeptical she seemed doing fine. Martina was amazing! Super reliable, communicative and flexible. She agreed to come the day before the sit started to get the layout of the house as not to be in our way on the day we were leaving (she suggested it, she is very considerate!). She kept us informed during the sit and seemed to really enjoy her time with our Grape. We come back to a very clean house and a very happy pet (she usually gives us the cold shoulder for a bit when we got back but not so much this time!). I would definitely recommend Martina to anyone who needed someone to look after their house or pet. Grazie Martina!

I STRONGLY recommend Valeria and Matteo! They cared for my two senior dogs with such love and enthusiasm, and outstanding communication. My dog Dixie wasn’t feeling well and they had to take her to the vet — they did a fantastic job clearly communicating her symptoms to me, sending me photo updates, and they worked with the vet for the best treatment plan for her. Lilli and Matteo arrived the night before i left for a weeks holiday. Their English was great and they easily took on board what I said about the house, dogs and chickens and asked sensible questions when necessary. they were good fun company, enthusiastic and interested and i think they really enjoyed their stay here. They cooked a delicious dinner the night i got back...the dogs were in great shape and everything was as I left it. i would highly recommend them and it was a pleasure to get to know them albeit briefly.

An oasis in London Fields! Bettina’s property is beautiful, clean and in a great location with great access to the overground, park and local shops. 
The cats and indoor jungle was a pleasure to take care of during my stay. Communication was easy and quick before and during my stay. I would definitely recommend this house sit 🙂

Rita and Keith have a lovely home in a secluded area near Lake Arenal. Their three dogs and one cat are loaded with personality and were an absolute pleasure to care for. I just hated to leave them when the time came! Their care routine allows for partial daytime adventures in Nuevo Arenal or at the Arenal Brewery. There is an abundance of good restaurants in the area.

Rita made a delicious dinner for us where we became acquainted and learned about the house and pet routines.

There is a beautiful vista of the lake from the yard, which doubles as a great evening beverage and sunset viewing area. The house has an intruder alarm system which is easy to use.

This is a quiet area, and I would highly recommend sitting as a couple (which I did with my wife) unless you are very comfortable being alone for long periods of time. A 4WD car is necessary, and for our visit they allowed us the use of theirs. I do caution potential sitters to be aware that the house is a bit tricky to get to without your own car. Rita picked us up at a nearby brewery so it was not a problem.

This is a great sit for quiet relaxation in beautiful surroundings. Although they are steep, you can walk the roads and see plenty of birds, wildlife, and of course cows and horses! (I am 66 years old and I was able to handle the hills.) It is unfortunate that her husband did not seem to be on board with having us there but in the end it was not an issue. I recommend this sit for anyone looking for relaxation with buckets of animal love!

This was a lovely few days spent with Jinxi and Jasper that got extended thanks to Covid. The sweet pussy cats are easy care and the house comfortable with excellent public transport.

We had a lovely time in Diana & Julian's lovely home. Our communication was good and everything was clear and simple. Diana provided a delicious supper upon our arrival, and we enjoyed a lovely evening together. Betty, Rori & Otto were a delight and loved lots of cuddles. The local walks revealed beautiful views of rolling countryside. South Petherton although a small village contained every amenity we needed, everything we needed was to hand.
